  I am now an owner of all 3 consoles

  Just got the Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle. I was going to wait a while, but decided to buy one moments after hearing that the new 80 gig models will not have backwards compatibility for PS2 games. Normally I wouldn't make a big deal about B/C however the video output on my phat PS2 is dying a slow death.

  First impressions? It's ok. The PSP looking menus threw me off a bit. Blu Ray on a 1080P tv sure is nice though. For those of you that haven't experienced it yet, it's true. Blu Ray is friggin sweet. This is coming from somebody that isn't big on movies.

  So far MGS4 and NCAA Football 09 have been played. Maybe now that greatest hits are starting to show up for PS3 i can build a good library. Any suggestions?

  Still on GTA:SA 3 years later

  Monday October 25, 2004. I was supposed to be at my electronics night class at 5:30P.M. I was a little late. I got my hands on a copy of the game that would take many many many hours of my life. I beat it 3 times. Finished it at 100%. That's just the playstation version. I recently started playing the PC version and it's turned me into a born-again car jacker. Amazing that one game can hold my attention for THAT long.
