  Why Do I Even Bother?

  Seriously? I really am asking this question here. I'll try to make this without any **** moanings" and whatnot.....emphasis on try.

  So these character battles. What on EARTH is the point to them? There is nothing definitive about them, and no matter what they bottle down to either who has the biggest fan base, or who has the biggest ANTI fanbase. Just look at the "Greatest Hero" battle. Let's be honest here, do we really think that Gordon Freeman is ALL inclusive for the greatest hero of all time? The answer is a firm NO. Sure, I may have voted for him and I was a little happy that he won. In reality, that was all. It was just a self pat on the back for fanboys who want to see their title elevated to "God-Hood".

  In addition. The fact that there can only be one victor, that implies that all of the other candidates are somehow inadequate or to another extent unworthy. The entire point of human civilization is that we all have different opinions and bias. Should we be so quick to condemn those that view the world differently? (so long as they don't go blowing up **** buildings).

  So I ask myself and anyone who wants to waste a few minutes thinking about this: why do I even bother?

  Come and Get Me Mother ****

  Intolerance. It's something we deal with on a day to day basis. I've always tried to keep a level-headed mind about these sorts of things. But unfortunately I have no sympathy for those who do not reciprocate. I'm tired of watching myself simply because not everyone is the same. It's foolish to admit that an extremist represents the faction as a whole. However, when these extremists strike in MY HOME, in MY COUNTRY, then I have NO remorse for retaliating.   Back in Business!

  I was finally able to get back to my original position in my Union. Now it's time for some major overhauling. So, once again, I'm the leader of the Battle RP Union. Though now that I think about it the name isn't quite fitting.....nuts...

  Basically, it's a Union dedicated to Forum RPG's. Originally, I had it designed that it would be strictly DnD based, so that way it would prevent unnecessary things like God-Modding, but I scrapped that since no one wanted to do it. It's going to be much more open now. So, if you enjoy RPing of any kind, you are more than welcome to join!
