Believe it or not, I'm not finished reviewing games. In fact, I have a lot of games left to review just from my collection of games I have! So here is my list of games to review, please tell me if there is a certain game (or several games) or system you want me to review games from! The thing is, I need to play all these games first (I need a refresher and it'll be fun to play them again). I need to decide what to play, I'm feeling indecisive at the moment. So here's the list:
(from PlayStation) A Bug's Life, Spyro 2 and 3, Crash Bandicoot, Crash Team Racing, Crash Bash, Rayman Rush
(from N64) Super Mario 64, Star Wars Rogue Squadron, Zelda Ocarina and Majora, Rayman 2
(from GBA) Star Wars New Droid Army (never heard of THAT game now have you?)
(from GB) Zelda Link's Awakening
(from GameCube) Paper Mario 2, Pokemon Colosseum, Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness
(from DS) Zelda Phantom Hourglass, Mario 64 DS
(from Wii) Kirby 64 (VC), Metroid Prime 3, Zelda Ocarina (VC)
Quite a list there, but I want to review them all eventually. Thanks for reading and I hope to get some responses here! And if you want to see my playing La Grange in Guitar Hero III, check out my video section.

I looked at the Fire Emblem DS page on GameSpot just a minute ago, and lo and behold the release date was August 7, 2008 for Japan! But this makes me worry. If it's coming out in Japan in THREE WEEKS, then WHY THE HECK ARE WE STILL LEFT IN THE DARK??? Why has Nintendo not put stuff out there for us to learn about the game and see screen shots and gameplay footage or ANYTHING??? Sure you can go to Wikipedia and find out some neat stuff, but I want real info right here on a site like GS or a magazine like Nintendo Power or GameInformer. Why was it not shown at E3 when THEY'RE DONE MAKING IT??? This not only annoys me, but worries me: is it even coming out here in the US? I REALLY hope so...

Oh, and here's me playing La Grange in Guitar Hero III!

I'm back home now! Man the car ride was long, and I hardly played video games if you could believe that. I read about 250 pages' worth of the Artemis Fowl series, a new book came out and I forgot just about everything so off to the 5-book rereading I go! And now, here are your answers to the questions some of you asked a couple weeks ago! Remember that? Good, here they come:
PrincesTwilight asked "What's your favorite anime and game?" Sorry, I'm not into anime at all, but may favorite game has got to be Smash Bros. Brawl, even though I didn't give it a perfect score it's a blast to play every once in a while.
MariovsSonic123 asked "TissueShoe, where you've gone to?" I went to visit some family living a pretty long ways away, I'd rather not say exactly where.
-"TissueShoe, can your GameSpot users vote the video games for the Top 5 Video Game Zone?" No. Not any more, at least.
NirdBerd asked "What's your top 10 favourite franchises?" Top TEN? I haven't got the time for that, maybe another day. But I love Zelda, Fire Emblem, Paper Mario, Smash Bros, Mario Kart...
-"What's your favourite game(s)?" Brawl sits at the #1 seat just because it's so fun, but Mario Galaxy, Zelda Twilight Princess, Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn, Zelda Wind Waker, and Paper Mario have my perfect 10 scores.
-"What's your favourite movie(s)?" I don't know what's #1 any more now that I've seen The Dark Knight, it's definitely in my top 5 favorite movies but I also love Lord of the Rings (all 3), those used to be my #1, 2, and 3 movies. Now I'm just not sure...
-"What's your favourite animal(s)?" Don't really have one, but I like a lot of animals. For a pet, dogs.
-"What's your favourite console(s)?" Depends on the times. Right now, it's the Wii because it's given me at least half of my top 5 favorite games ever and has just been great so far, but I love the GameCube and DS as well.
-"Who's your all time favourite video game character(s)?" Sonic is #1, but I also love Link, Ike, and Mario.
Thunderstarter asked "Do you play any sports?" Baseball and ultimate frisbee (the second one is an "I wish").
Well, that's it for your questions! And now for the moment you've all been waiting for: THE LINK TO MY SUPER AWESOME REVIEW OF FINAL FANTASY TACTICS A2: GRIMOIRE OF THE RIFT!!! PLEASE go recomment it at least, but if you're not interested in the game don't bother reading it, it's probably my longest review ever (or one of them). You could skim through it though...
I think that's all I need to cover for my return, I'll be here more than I have been in the past couple weeks (obviously). Oh one more thing: I got an E3 emblem!!! I was hoping for one so much, and I got one! I haven't seen any one else with this one and I need to see how I got it
. And Dying Franchise Warnings Ep. 3 is coming as soon as I can post it (error messages galore right now
). Have a nice week!

I didn't get a whole lot out of E3 this year, but there were some games that sound really cool or the other way around now, and I just wanted to talk about a few of those.
Animal Crossing: City Folk was a big winner for me and it was easily the best Nintendo showed us. I can't wait for its November release, it looks great!
Guitar Hero: World Tour is my top anticipated game right now, and it's not looking like it's going to be surpassed by anything until I get it. It looks excellent and finally seeing gameplay footage at E3 in the final part of the show was great, I can't wait to play it! And with the DLC coming to Wii, it'll be better than Rock Band is now with that stupid $30 disc that gives you 20 more songs.
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed has always caught my attention, and seeing a bunch of gameplay makes me totally psyched to play it. It's going to be epic, I can't wait for the Wii version with great lightsaber swinging controls!
Star Wars: The Clone Wars may be another lightsaber game, but it looks like it's a really neat dueling game and will be a nice extra rental when I get Force Unleashed. I'm really hoping that they'll use MotionPlus for it, it'll make it really incredible.
Sonic Unleashed looks strikingly similar to the 360/PS3 disaster from 2006 to make me buy it, but it'll be a rental without hesitation. It's one I need to try before I buy just to guarantee that it's good. The whole Wherehog deal looks ok, but the action looks kind of repetitive and stuff. I could care less about this new Sonic, just give me a decent 3-D game like Adventure 2 and I'll be happy with it. The story sounds really cool and I can't wait to see how it plays out.
Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood is a game I'll probably buy whenever I can. It looks to be a good RPG and it's being made by BioWare, so it has to be good. I can't wait to see how this one turns out as well!
Wii Sports Resort looks cool. If it's decently priced (in other words, $35 tops) I'll likely buy it for the MotionPlus and sword fighting (looks totally awesome). The jet ski thing looked like a blast as well, and I'm sure the other games will be good as well. It was kind of a surprise announcement to me, but it sounds fun.
Wii Music, on the other hand, looks ok. It looks like some simplistic fun, but it seems like Wii Play as in it should be packaged with a remote. I'd give it a try if this is the case, but like Wii Sports Resort, this is one game I'm not wasting $50 on.
Lord of the Rings: Conquest is one game I have yet to watch the coverage for, but the game sounds totally awesome. Star Wars Battlefront meets Lord of the Rings in this game, and I'm really hoping the DS version will turn out all right because it's not coming out on Wii.
Fire Emblem DS, Paper Mario DS, New Super Mario Bros. 2, and Pikmin 3 were absent from the show, although all three games have now been confirmed one way or another at this point. These are big games and I want to know about them! I guess we'll just have to wait longer for these.
That's it, I'm going to be leaving for home tomorrow and I'll post a blog Tuesday with the answers for your few questions you all asked, if you want to ask more feel free. I'll have my FFTA 2 review posted by Wednesday. And if you want a spoiler-free mini review of the best movie of the year (aka The Dark Knight), check out my last blog. Thanks for reading!

Well, I went and saw The Dark Knight last night! Boy, it was packed! It's one of the most popular movies of all time, apparantly, as it made some $18.5 million just at its first midnight showing! That beats Star Wars Ep. III! So how was it? Let me tell you...
It was incredible! Best movie of the year, no contest, yes it was better than Iron Man. Best super hero movie of all time as well, no doubt, and even beats Batman Begins in my mind. It was very different from what you expect with the trailers showing scenes in the totally wrong order making you think that's how the movie is but there are tons of parts in it you have no idea about until you see it. It was brutal, intense, extremely dark, and funny all in one. If you are anywhere under the age of 13, do yourself a favor and listen to the movie's rating: it's serious this time. I don't recommend seeing this unless you're at least 13.
So back to the actual movie. The story is pretty crazy, with the Joker trying to get Batman to reveal his identity and threatening to kill people all throughout, it's crazy. Heath Ledger (Joker) did the best acting job in the movie even though the others were excellent as well (but the cast from Begins wasn't quite as good this time around, not quite, but still great). People are saying Ledger/Joker steals the show, but he certainly didn't for me. He does make the movie what it is by being the hilarious yet totally brutal, merciless, and unpredictable villain, but he still doesn't take me away from everything else. I think I've gone on long enough, unless I were to write a full-on review but yikes I don't really want to
.
So to sum it all up, (if you're 13+ years old) you'll be sorry if you don't go to the theater to see the best movie of the year. Don't wait for the DVD: see it ASAP. It's among the best movies I've ever seen, I give it a pretty easy 10/10. Perfect score to a truly incredible movie.

I'm going to see The Dark Knight tonight! It's gotten great reviews so far and looks excellent, can't wait for it! I'll let you all know how it was either tomorrow or when I get back (which will be on Tuesday I think).
So I've still been playing FFTA2 a lot, and my opinions on it have been going kind of up and down and up again. I first said I'd give it an 8 in my first impressions blog, then I thought 'no it's annoying so I'll give it a 7,' now I'm thinking an 8.5. It's a strange game because there are some seriously annoying things about it but if you look past all that, you'll have a great time with it, and it lasts for well over 100 hours so I've still got a ways to go. I've almost finished the story, but only about 1/4 of the games' missions. There are a total of 400 of 'em and I've cleared some 93-ish. You don't even find out what the 'Grimoire of the Rift' is until right near the end of the game
.
So yeah have a nice weekend everyone!
