Unfinished thoughts on unfinished subjects... Why try?

    Bungie screwed you over.

They did screw you guys over. They messed up you guys, the adoring fans, with the Halo 3 beta.

    Here's what they did.

First of all, when they had announced the Halo 3 Beta and the Rule of 3 program, Bungie specifically announced that only a few thousand would get in in the first rule. In the second rule I believe only 13,337 people got entrance to the beta.

They made you guys believe that this beta was a hard thing to get in, because so few people got in the beta at that time. That was false.

So the only way to get the beta now was to buy Crackdown.

Rumors and major websites everywhere believed that only specially marked boxes of Crackdown, would get the beta. That caused many people to preorder in Crackdown, right when it was announced.

But then again, that was false. You can buy Crackdown with the Halo 3 beta ANYWHERE.

If you look at the NPD

Notice how over FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND, Crackdown copies have been sold all having the Halo 3 beta.. Now this was only in a period of 11 days from the release.  By now, it has been over a month, now probably over 1 million copies have been sold.

Doesn't that just screw you over?

Bungie just wanted your money from the start .

If over a million people could get into the beta, why only have those 20,000 people get it in for free? Just think of it this way, if there are 2 million people getting the beta (Which there will easily be, at this rate)

For every 100 people playing the beta, 99 paid 60 dollars for it, and 1 person got it free.

Don't give me "But teh Bungie is a business, they need your money!" crap.

    1) It's a beta, no one should be making money from a Beta
    2) They still screwed you over
    3) I am right, you are wrong.

Bungie, just try not to screw us over anymore please.
