  Halo 3 out of sync

  Is it just me, or is the matchmaking of Halo 3 is out of sync? I got it the day it came out. For the first week or so I owned it, I won about every 4 in 5 matches. Then on the second or third week on, I literaly won zero matches. I ended up trading it in for CoD 4. Out of 250-300 matched, I won about 60-70 matches, all of which were in those first couple weeks. I traded it in when CoD 4 came out, so all my matches took place in that one and a half to two month span.
  
  I'm not saying I'm bad, but it's odd that out of no where, after winning alot of matches, I suddenly win barely any. I know, it might be me, but like I said, how can I jump from win almost every match to lose almost every match.
  
  I mainly played team deathmatchs. I'm not blameing my team mates, but I do feel like I did run into an unexperienced played or two. It also might of been hacker finding exploits in the map or something.
  
  I'm sorry if it seems like I'm blameing my bad experience on others, but it felt like to me that somehow I got matched to oddly placed teams.

  Paying people to play for you.

  There aren't that many things that get on my nerves, but there are two things that I don't get. 1. People paying others to play MMORPGs for them, and 2. Gaming lessons.

  Why do people pay others to play games for them especially MMORPGS. What I mean is haveing others harvest, battle (to level up your stats), collect, etc. I don't play MMORPGs, but isn't the whole point of the game is to do those things by yourself, so your characters can get better stats, weapons, and armor?

  Another thing I don't get is why do people get "gaming leassons"? What I mean is paying someone to teach you how to play better. Why can't you play the games yourself. If you aren't that good, just keep on playing and eventually, your'll get better. Do what I do, When is there a game you aren't that good at, play the single player mode on easy, and gradually go to the harder difficulties.

  I'm not the greatest player out there, but the day I pay others to teach me or beat a game for me, is the day I stop playing video games.

  Marvel Ultimate Alliance question (Iron Man movie spoiler)

  I got Marvel Ultimate Alliance Gold Edition for the 360 about a month ago. Well, about a week and a half to 2 weeks ago, I got an update for the game. I didn't notice any thing new, so I continued playing. In the process of finding a team that suits me, since I know that the game gives your team a name if you have certain characters in it, I selected a team that was named "avenger initiative". I didn't think anything by it, then a couple of days later, I did another update, and I haven't seen that team name since. Also, during the few days in between the two updates, I'm not 100% sure about this, but I swear I saw the Samuel L. Jackson version of Nick Fury used during one of the mission briefing. Not a cut scene, but when he tells you about a mission. (**Spoiler**)Then I saw the extra scene at the end of Iron Man, with (Samuel L. Jackson's) Nick Fury asking Tony to talk about the Avenger Initiative.

  I'm asking this because I haven't heard anything about this yet, and I want to know if anyone got these updates. I don't remember the team and costume combo because, like I said, at the time I used that team, I didn't think anything by it. I know it was an Avengers reference, that's all. It might have been an Iron Man promo or possibly a promo for The First Avenger: Capitan America movie.
