Merry Xmas 2009!
I got some giftcards. There ain't much you can do when you have a broken leg. My mom feels kinda bad about it. But I got vouchers from eBay, Amazon, and Lip Service. And I got her a few things, and the cats a bunch of toys. Today, I am actually spending the day with relatives. My mom isn't going, but doesn't care. It's beginning to look a lot like...holiday?
I miss the good old days when I was a child. It wasn't even that long ago. When we could say the forbidden C-word - Christmas, on a commercial. I saw some commercial for a store, where they called a Xmas gift a "Holiday present." Why we have to be so politically correct nowadays I'll never know? It ain't even politically correct, it is just weird and annoying. I don't think saying Xmas is offending anyone.
