    Been sick all weekend

Mostly, I woke up Thursday with a sore throat.

Now I have a cold. And feel terrible. It is really hard to work on a project when you can't think straight. I was gonna spend all weekend working on my Costume History project. That didn't happen. I've been doing my best to finish what I have due tomorrow, though I pry won't make it to school.

Know what sucks about being sick? Besides not feeling all that great in general, I've been drinking so many fluids, hot and cold, that I've burnt my tongue, the roof of my mouth, and then you have to keep rushing to the bathroom to pee.

I lost my whole weekend due to illness. This is what is bad about making plans. But I did some shopping. I bought a skirt from Lip Service, and got free shipping. And a bunch of other places I shop at are offering free shipping. Granted, I never go out on Black Friday. Sometimes I go out on Gray Saturday. I have yet to come up with a description for Sunday. I do however know that Monday is called Cyber Monday. Dunno why. There are some books I want to get from Barnes and Noble, The Great American Pinup and Art Nouveau.

My mom is starting to decorate for Xmas. But it is my responsibility to put up the tree. Since I am busy for the next two weeks, I won't do it till the week before.

    Happy Thanksgiving 2009!

Hello friends. As with every Thanksgiving, I'm going out to eat. Saw New Moon yesterday. It had more action than Twilight, but still was really boring. Kristen Stewart isn't the best at carrying the movie, especially that her character only shows one emotion during everything. And it is funny with how many buff, shirtless dudes that are in almost every scene. It actually was only interesting in the beginning and the end, where Edward was present. (I saw it w/ my mom, cause she wanted to see it, and I wanted to see a movie.) But people coming out of the theatre, saying how they thought it was so great and couldn't wait to see it again. Whatever. Nice visuals, in scenes. The forests I mean.

But, tis all for now. I shall end w/ my usual cartoon dolls & new graphics to celebrate.

Tis the so-called unluckiest day of the year this year...

Cue Toccata and Fugue in D Minor!

And now bow down to our evil overlord, The Evil Puppy!

If you believe it. Actually, I meant to do this on the last Friday the 13th we had, way back in June, but I forgot. I don't really fall for the superstition, but it is fun. Yesterday, I learned that Thursday 12th was bad luck. My bus going to school was way early, so I missed it. I did luckily get to cla$s before my name was called, so I wasn't tardy. But I lost all my mints (snack on em in cla$$ while doing the cakewalk. I had to stay after cla$s to copy down the vocab I couldn't do before cla$$ because I arrived too late. Because of that, I missed my bus. And then the right earbud on my iPod blew out. So I had to listen to Memento Mori through only my left. Did not have the best day. Then that night, while I am allowed back on YouTube, I had to remove all my Bettie Page videos. I went from 23 to 17. And to think, at one time I had nearly 30. Well, I also removed another video, where I called Pete Wentz a name. Because even though the video is nearly 2 years old, the people commenting are annoying me. They keep calling me mean, even though I am simply sharing an opinion.

But it is nice to be on YouTube again.

And on Tuesday I got Memento Mori, special edition. I payed full price, but the songs aren't bad at all. In fact, this is the first album I bought this year where I enjoyed first play. I am slowly getting into the songs. I think I'll give it 4.5. But I do prefer Flyleaf's self-titled debut. The songs were easier for me to relate to, and there seemed to be more passion in em. Plus, I love Lacey's screaming, which is not on Memento Mori. While it doesn't match the first, it is still a good album.

Finally, Robert Pattinson said he thinks that pale scrawny guys are favored more by women than tan muscular guys. This freaks me out, cause I've been saying that since I was 17. I hate the thought that I think the same way as the guy who plays Edward Cullen. Don't have anything against him, but ya know.
