  lol better late than never... i finally set up my xbox live account, so friend me.. or whatever they call it, because i am an xbox live noob.

  new ds!

  Well i finally traded in my old ds for a shiny new red/black ds lite. Oh the laughs old silver DS and I had shared.. but it was time for a change. In other news, I bought Guitar Hero II for 360 today... why is this noteworthy? I dont blog about all the games i buy.. so why this one, you ask? Its because I really suck at rhythm things, and games dependent on timing pressing buttons and what not... lol basically this game owns my face because I am so lame at it... its actually quite hilarious how bad I am at it. So I am off to fail at GH and work on my bowl pick 'ems....

  Twenty Two

  So my birthday passed a few days ago... it was boring as I was dealing with tonsil removal issues... like choking on my own spit and hacking up throat scabs... fun eh? My mother took it upon herself to decide that I am now to become atrendy loserand bought me an iPod. I was all..."wtf do i need with an iPod... i has me my own creative zen... and i loves it" (bad grammar intentional because I was chalk full o' narcotics while delivering this address to my mom).

  The hardest part of the tonsil healing thing is playing video games or watching sports... these are activities which, at least when I partake in them, require a lot of screaming and threatening. At least while playing Call of Duty 4 ... (which by the way I had to wait like 5 days to play after I got it because I couldnt stay awake longer than 20 minutes) ...I can throw my controller when I get pissed... nothing to throw really when Joe Haden gets burned by FAU or dumb ass Louis Murphy drops a pass in the endzone.

  I want to play some college hoops 2k8 even though stupid Greg Oden is on the cover. Speaking of basketball, I couldn't be more excited for my "baby" gators hoops team this year. Obviously we are playing a lame schedule right now, but I think we will do pretty well in conf. play... maybe ending in 3rd... or 2nd?!? I figured that barring any unforeseen circumstance of insanity we might be able to "OSU" our way into the NCAA Tourney because of the easy non-cons that we are playing. I just checked out Billy's 08 class, and was very pleased to see some bigger guys in there. Speights is a beast, but he can't do it all. I consider him to have been an integral part of our championship game last season after Richard and Noah got in foul trouble. I don't think he ever really got the credit he deserved for being awesome when we were in a somewhat tight spot.

  Anyway, tonsil and Gator basketball rant is now over... please continue on with your lives...
