The new series of Doctor Who!!!

I have just watched the new episode of Doctor Who - Partners in Crime.

Wow - I loved it. Cracking new start, the story was great - soo funny in places too. I like Catherine Tate as Donna, a lot of people have criticised her but I thought she was funny. Loved the grandpa at the end too.

The best thing of the whole episode was the Adipose who were so cute - so I have dedicated my banner to them.

Wow! I can't believe how long it has been since I was on here! Almost 8 months in fact.

Its been a busy 2008 so far, both personal and tv wise so I will be trying to catch up with tv.com.

Just a quick note to say that i am now upto level 10 Yeah!!!! I go off this for a few days, stuck on level 9 - 80%. Come back on and i'm passed level 10 - woohoo

In other news, i'm off to see Harry Potter tomorrow. I just bought the last book for £5. I haven't started reading any yet but i will now, i have 5 out of 7 books, but the last book was an absolute bargain that i just had to get it.

I watched Lion King today for the first time in years. Also i watched the end of Toy Story 2 as it has been repeated thousands of times on Disney today. To top off my childhood day i watched a tape i had of Old Bear Stories. Does anybody else remember them? I loved it

I haven't been on here for a while, i have been really busy at home tidying my room and other stuff. i will catch up with people's blogs and news over the next couple of days.

So after what seems like years of tidying, i have eventually finished my room. I have thrown away lots of stuff that i don't use, and i have to say, it killed me. i am one of those people that doesn't like throwing things away in case i can use them again. So i have now got room in my bedroom for actual stuff. It's frightening lol.

I have been finished college for 3 weeks now. I still don't have a job (not that i have been looking) and i am bored out of my mind. I have just over a month to wait for my exam results, and i get more andmore nervous everyday.

Im going away in 2 weeks time. We don't go abroad we just go anyplace thats not here lol. I just hope the weather improves. It is so annoying. Is SUMMER - so can the rain just please stop, at least long enough for me to go out. Im not a person who sits in the sun ( i just burn lol) but i would like to not have to stay inside all the time. At guess i should be greatful that at least im not in a place that floods. All of those poor people whose homes have flooded and stuff.

Harry Potter comes out tomorrow, i really want to know what happens. And i'm off to see the next film on Tuesday. I also want to say Hairspray. that looks like great fun. Has Anybody seen either of these? Are they good?

Yesterday was Friday the 13th, and i was just wondering if anyone had any weird superstitions or even phobias/fears. I have a few fears, such as heights, spiders, lifts. I hate them. But as far as superstitions - the reason i dont walk under a ladder is because it might fall, not because im superstitious lol. although when i was little i used to be scared of walking on the cracks of the pavements lol. How about you?

Well Done everyone who got Schindler's List yesterday. It's a brilliant film that everyone should see at least once. I watched it for the first time at school when doing History. And it is now on the syllabus for many schools.

Ok so nobody got yesterdays movie, which i'm pretty surprised at. It was One True Thing, starring Meryl Streep and Renee Zellweger. I love that film too.

The Live Earth Concert. Did anybody watch it? It was on so long. I didn't see much of it.

It still hasn't stopped raining here in weeks. Its so annoying because ITS SUMMER!!!! lol. i cant go out, i cant sunbathe its awful.

So is anyone going anywhere this summer? Got any plans? I haven't. Im just sitting around waiting until i get my results in August lol. Its a long time.

I dont have a lot of time today so here is a movie. this might be a little more difficult :

It is 2 years since the London Bombings. I just thought i would mention it, so many people died and even more were injured. They will be remembered in a memorial service later on today. Im sure everybody will be thinking about those people, particularly with the recent terrorist threats.

Also today is the Live Earth gig taking place in lots of places around the world. Now i am one of the critics of this, as i dont think this will help the environment at all, it may raise awareness but that doesnt mean people will change what they're doing just because Madonna sings about it. Also, it is on from 12:30 this afternoon, all the way until 5 past 4 in the morning on BBC. And i thought the Diana Concert was long.

Went to see Pirates 3 again yesterday. The cinema tickets were half price somehow, i think my friend might have got childs tickets lol. It was better the second time around. i understood certain bits more.

This afternoon on BBC1 is the concert for Princess Diana. I have been looking forward to this for ages. I would have loved to go but i guess watching it is the next best thing. The only problem is, it is on 6 and a half hours!!! From half 3 until 10pm. I love music but im not sure even i can watch something for that long lol. Anyone else planning on watching it?

So i went to see Shrek The Third yesterday. I liked the first one, loved the second one but this one wasnt as great. I mean, the plot was funny but was kinda predictable and the script was nowhere near as funny. But i love Shrek so loved it all the same. The Donkey's babies are so cute!!

A farmhand is driving 'round the farm, checking the fences. After a few minutes he radios his boss and says, "Boss, I've got a problem. I hit a pig on the road and he's stuck in the bull-bars of my truck. He's still wriggling - what should I do?''
