    360's Red Ringed

It happened last week, and no box has been delievered yet by the mail for me to send it back yet. *sigh*

Unless I get a new 360 soon, I think I'm going to miss Mass Effect when it comes out. Grrrr.

    Halo 3 Update

Halo 3's out, and been playing it a lot. Its fun when I'm playing coop or with friends. That might explain why I only play it on occasion, since usually I can't team up with my friends for stuff. And that makes me sad.

    Bioshock Demo Post

Its time for me to update this blog. Well, its almost here. Bioshock! Yeah, the demo is out and next Tuesday the game comes out. So, how does it stand? Well, lets talk.

Downloading the game is probably the worst thing about it. I managed to download about 730 megs on my 360 of the whole 1.3 gig demo, and that took about 2 hours, but then it slowed to a crawl. Another 6 hours later, around 4am in the morning, it finished. And of course I couldn't play it in the morning, which I blame on having to go to work. I did get the Beautiful Katamari demo though. That was real fun, but it only lasted 3 minutes. I totally wanted to roll on for a good 15 minutes, but alas, that was a no-go. The demo was more of a teaser, but thats okay. I want it bad.

Oh, sorry. Bioshock. Right. Once the game was rolling, its an excellent overall presentation. The textures look awesome. The character models are neat. The whole place just feels 'right'. Heck, my first play through, I totally missed how to hack items and get them on my side. Playing through on the second was so much better after I figured out how to play the game better.

Anyways, after the third time through the game, I decided to just delete the game. Why? Because while its fun, I don't want to play the same intro 15 to 20 times before I get the actual game. Its too much fun and I feel it won't be quite as exciting if I don't leave me wanting more. So yeah, its fun. I love the game, and even if it took forever to download, I loved it when I did play it.

I am a bit peeved though that I didn't get to use my Pyro power that much. I'm sure its more useful than it was in the demo. Its just that the electric power is just so darn useful to shock the heck out of enemies who are in water, and in a city full of water, thats a really useful power.
