For the next 2 weeks I will be loaded with stuff to get done so I will have very little time. This will mean I will likely only be able to check submissions every 2 to 3 days so there will be some wait time. I apologise for this and I ask you just be patient as I will get to them as quick as I can. Like always I will be processing them in order of when submitted so if you get something rejected saying already in guide *major hint to some people* thats because someone got to it before you. This is beyond my control so dont go acting like children and run to the staff which I know some of you still will

Yes as most still know I am still around going over submissions and replying to PM's. However due to the stupid and immature actions of certain users of which many of you are aware of I will have resigned from all my guides by the end of the year.

I am not going to put up with members running to staff because they get a submission rejected when due to their experience should be very well aware of what is needed and whats not.

Dont want me to leave, then tell the staff as they have caused this to happen not me.

But yeh well I wouldnt be the first experienced editor to leave here because of staff now would i? Hey seems like not much has changed since the site started and most of the experience tvt editors complained.

Is a shame also as like many of you know I have had little time this year due to real life issues, but next year I will have plenty. Is a shame I wont be using much if any on tv.com - Maybe I will head back over to tvrage (which i only left due to time issues) The staff there care about the guides and how the site runs rather than the revenue coming in from it.

Staff either fix the moderation queue update or disable submissions until you do. Its just plain annoying to deal with.

Users once again read the rules, today more rubbish submissions - This is old news and you shouldnt need to be reminded.

Editors enforce the submissio guidelines, dont just submit trash. I know some of you just accept everything even if they are full of errors. This needs to stop as this tells users its OK when its NOT.

These editors need to be found and weeded out and removed from their guides and replaced with experienced editors who actually know what they are doing, or this problem will never be fixed.

When looking at my quotes today I had 55 and then when moderating them, I had to reject some..... Any idea how many? Anyone? Oh yes thats correct 49. Thsts 89% of them rubbish.

READ THE DAMN SUBMISSION GUIDELINES. From now on anyone who submits rubbish to one of my guides will be reported and I will be asking for you to be banned from submitting, I have had enough of wasting my time over peoples rubbish. It takes 2 seconds to learn the submission rules and they are not hard to understant so there is 0 reason to get it wrong.

I keep asking myself why I give up my time when most of what I get just needs to be rejected. Im pushed enough for time as it is at the moment and this just feels like I may as well not bother. I put things I need to get done off to do this and if this keeps up then I am gone.

There is very little to watch at current that I enjoy, my TV watching has dropped a lot this past month or so. Looking forward for the shows to return still a few months away though :s

From now on if you submit rubbish to my guides they will just be rejected without a reason as I am over writing no formatting, bad spelling and grammar, doesnt make sense, wrong section etc.

READ THE RULES BEFORE YOU START SUBMITTING. If you dont want to follow the rules then leave here. Its not the editors job to fix your stupid errors because you are to lazy to do things correctly.

I just thought I will let you know what will be going on over the next few weeks when it comes to my time on here.

Week Starting Sunday 13th - Avaliable
Week Starting Sunday 20th - Not Available
Week Starting Sunday 27th - Not Available.

This coming week I will be on but the two weeks after that I will have very little if any time to look at subs, look in at the forums, PM's or anything else on the site. I apologise in advance about this but its beyond my control.

During that time you can still submit if you want but please be aware that if you submit then it is quite likely that I wont be able to look at them untill around the 30th May. So depending on when you submit them there could be a wait of up to 2 weeks. When I get back I dont really want to have 500ish subs so if your submissions can wait please save them into a word document and then submit them when I return.

Its Anzac Day here today (Wed) even thought it is still Tuesday for you living in the US. Not much going on here just dropping by to say hey and check in and a note on rejected submissions and some other information.

Rejected Submissions

If you get a submission rejected from me there will be a reason for it and I will have stated this reason: wether it be the submission was in the wrong section, incorrect formatting or what not I will not reject a submission without telling you why. If its a submission that can be corrected then please do correct it and resubmit it. I dont reject them just for the sake of it but its to teach you and help you out in the future. If I just changed them myself you wouldnt know there was a problem with it you and would just keep doing it this way and that isnt helping you or the site out.

If you want some additional advice on a submission I have rejected feel free to drop me a line and ask me for some more help with it, I am more than happy to help you out with this or any other problems you may have.

Other Submissions

I am noticing a large amount of new users coming in and submitting things in the wrong section, New users please make sure you read up on all the rules and instructions around the site so you know what needs to go where. It just makes it a lot easier for both you and me.

Spelling again people I dont mind correcting the odd word here and there but try and make sure your work doesnt have any errors. Just copy it into word before you submit, it takes only a few seconds to do.

Other Infor

Over the next month or two I will be running over my guides to correct any errors and/or add any missing information in to make them more correct. If you feel like helping out with this feel free to ask as I will welcome the help as several of my shows have 10+ seasons and they do take a while to go through.

I will also be posting updated submission guidelines, forum information etc in the coming weeks so stay tuned for that.

As many of you know I have pretty much given up on show forums especially some as people just treat others with no respect and ruin episodes for others but posting major plot spoilers in the titles. As the editor I will help out users who are having problems but guys try and make it a nice place for all. Remember the golden rule treat others how you wish to be treated. If we do that then everyone will get on just fine.

I got up at 5AM here this morning so that I could participate in the chat and then what do you know you have banned my IP so I cant. I am rather annoyed about that. This site really does nothing but continue to annoy me. I couldnt get to my queue all of week 2 weeks ago and even thought this was reported to the staff (of which I got no reply - no shocker there though) what did I get? Oh thats right a MIA report? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE.

Yes it has been a while since I posted a blog but I dont really post blogs that much.

The title of this blog has nothing to do with me leaving as some users may no its the title of the final episode of The O.C. which airs in less than 1 day. I called it that as that is mostly what I shall be speaking about.

After 4 years the show is coming to an end. The first season was great and then the 2nd was rubbish, the 3rd slightly better but the 4th returned to the good old season 1 quality. Its the same thing with many shows - they start good and then they go bad and then when they are ending they become good again. Oh well cant be helped, I will be sad to see the show end as I have watched in since the start and have been the Editor since the site started.

In other news still not very happy with a few things that have happened but I managed to get an answer so yes I am satisfied to some extent. I will be staying at least for a little longer anyway, I know that will be good news for many users here.

I got to 2500 forum posts and I have decided to try and be a bit more active on the general forums helping new users out with problems like I used to.

Staff I know you are trying but the level 0 bug is very annoying.
