Super Mario Cross-over
Game: Super Mario Cross-over
Description from the maker of this game: Super Mario Bros. Crossover is a nonprofit fan game created by Jay Pavlina of Exploding Rabbit. It exists as a tribute to classic video games and celebrates the games and characters that many of us grew up playing. It gives attention to our gaming roots and serves as a reminder that games do not have to be complicated to be fun. It is not intended to inhibit the copyright holders of the original games it is based on in any way.
My Review: Graphics:
Oh man, what can I say? It's Mario! Right down to the last pixel, this game is... well, the 8-bit mario we know and love!
10/10
Characters:
There's ALOT of characters! Ryu, Mario (Duh..), Link, samus, Simon, and a few more. Most of the time, I've been playing as Ryu (From ninja Gaiden). He adds a stealthy type of gameplay to the game, a genre that mario isn't used to (Stealthy gameplay, that is) But for not having kirby or Ryu from SF, this loses 2 points.
8/10
Gameplay: So much to be had here. I'm playing as Ryu right now, and like I said, He brings a strategic, stealthy feel to the game, while Link has several multidirectional attacks. I might update to tell you how the other characters are...
10/10
My overall score: 10/10
