I feel compelled again, and for one good reason. But first, let me bore anyone who reads this with and endless rant on what the heck has been going on in my life. High School Musical (refer to previous post) is almost over. Finally, I'll no longer be all in it together after this Saturday. (Forgive me, I'm still slightly crazy from it) I have been chosen in my theater class to have a short scene, that I wrote, filmed with two other actors in the class and have it sent to a contest called "Reflections." It's where students do something, usually art-related, based on a specific theme and submit it in a sort of contest. It isn't mandatory, but my theater teacher wanted all his students to write scenes for the contest and as an assignment. Hopefully, it will go well for me. Enough endless, boring ranting, and one with what the blog is supposed to be about. Hands-down Super Mario Galaxy is awesome for me and should be for anyone else. The only gripe I have with it is the difficulty issue. It's hard at some points, but overall, the experience feels unfortunately easy. Otherwise, yes, this is the perfect spiritual successor to Super Mario 64.
Sorry for boring everyone to death,

EDIT:I did indeed get the Wii version, after being sorely disappointed that the PS2 didn't have online play. Best of all, it didn't cost me any money. I won a fifty dollar gift card from the Midnight Launch tournament at it, cancelled my Mario Party DS reservation (only because I heard it wasn't online from IGN) which added 35 dollars, and used 25 dollars from my parents. My parents were actually dumb enough to buy the PS2 version from me for that much. So yes, life is getting better. It will only get better come February 10.
I haven't really been posting anything new for a while, and I've finally felt compelled (see previous entry ending) to write another entry. I've been at rehearsals for my city's showing of "High School Musical 1" I really don't want to hear any bad comments on this choice, but I understand that not everyone likes the show in the first place, so bear with me. Also, in my theater class, we are putting on a shortened version of "A Christmas Carol" to specific classes, and I've been cast for the part of Marley's Ghost. My teacher specificly said I could do this part because I had the proper acting ability. I think that's cool that he cast me just for my raw talent, and not just to flatter me. I've bought quite a few different VC games, with only one being a disappointment. I was able to finish MP3 on easy mode, and am currently finishing up a Hypermode attempt. The cruise I talked about in last entry was delayed, and has been rescheduled for the last week of November/first week of December area. I'm currently at a loss at which version of Guitar Hero 3 to buy. I want to buy the PS2 version because I already have two controllers, thus saving me fourty dollars, but I don't know if this version is or isn't online. I want to buy the Wii version because of the features added due to the Wii Remote capabilities, and I know that it's online, but I would have to spend eighty more dollars to get a full multiplayer package of two controllers. I'll end this entry so whoever is reading this will not have to read for more than five minutes or what not.
Signing off till I feel compelled,

I'm finally spending my summer the way it is supposed to be spent. I've just barely finished reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (which I thought was amazing), I've bought Paper Mario for the VC to finally get my hands on playing it, I will be pre-ordering Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Mario Galaxy, I saw our City's production of "Fiddler on the Roof" which was spectacular, I'm on vacation at this moment, and I've finally become an uncle with the recent birth of my first nephew. Of course, the action won't get better until later in the year. For example, I've got Metroid, Mario, and Smash coming up, and my familyis planning on a cruise in October.

The title says it all. I'm bored, but somewhat excited. I've already beaten all of my Wii games, VC games, and GC games. In fact, I'm so bored that I'm counting the days till school. How pathetic. I have nothing left to do this summer except work and replaying Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Pokemon Pearl, and the occasional Zelda 2: Link's Awakening. If only Metroid Prime 3 could come sooner. My preorder receipt is just sitting in my wallet collecting dust. But thankfully, I do get the good warm feeling inside me that I'll have Metroid six days before my school starts. Not to mention E3 is in 11 days. And with E3 comes new hands-on videos of Super Smash Bros. Brawl*and Mario Galaxy. Also, my nephew will be born in about two weeks.
With all due respect,**
I'm now shutting up.
*There's no denying it. If they don't have it there this year, then I will personally hijack a jet and bomb N.O.A.
**With all due respect for listening to a poor gamer rant on and on about how bored and excited he is.
The title says it all. I want some action from Nintendo. I am getting so impatient with the fact that I have to wait for Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Super Mario Galaxy, and Metroid Prime 3. I know that I have to bear my pain with everyone else, but it stinks.
P.S. I know that this is a waste of a blog space, but I need some way to vent my impatience.
P.S.S. Hopefully the Pokemon Pearl game I will be getting soon will comfort me for a short time.
I have just turned 16, and I'm sure many people know what that means. I have just gotten my license and am enjoying the non-living daylight out of it. However, getting my license was really the only highlight of my birthday. I used my birthday money to go on a instrumental tour with my band and used the money for the vacation basics. Though I did get Super Paper Mario with the money, it wasn't a very exciting birthday for me. I'm still glad all the same. As for now, like so many people say when someone gets a license, the roads are no longer safe.
P.S. I have also made a much smoother banner and user icon.
