Erm so after watching the Leibzig Halo 3 demo, I kind of felt something I have never felt before. I need this game. Now I know of all the hype surrounding the game, but if I am honest, I never played Halo: Combat Evolved. And if I am more honest I only bought Halo 2 a year and a half ago, and that was because my friend was arranging a Halo 2 tourny and they had it in Morrisons for £10.99. Anyway I did the campaign mode and thought it had an engaging storyline for a FPS, controls were easy and it suited my style of FPS play really well. Skip to present day and I havn't had any real Halo 2 action all year as a friend has my copy and cant really ask for it back (trouble between our family, dont ask). So to blank out the cravings I have been playing all manner of games (Bioshock, Gears of War, Guitar Hero II). Then after watching the various gameplay vids on GameSpot, something dawned on me. When I get this game I will probably forget about the rest. So I have been frantically finishing Bioshock, and squeezing the last Achievements out of PES6, Forza 2 and Gears of War in readiness for 26th September. Finish the fight!
PS. Halo 3 is the only game that I have ever marked the release date for on my calendar!!
