the godfather
The godfather is one of the years best, despite the beating it is taking from the critics due to the likeness to the GTA series. The fact is that the GTA series was revolutionary, and that the makers of the Godfather would be fools if they didn't incorporate GTA gameplay into the game.
This game lets you take controll of your charecter and customize him as you please. Also the game allows you to take over New York as you please, which is a pleasant turn from the GTA series, if it is one thing that i hate it is when i have no controll over the business's that i can own or extort like in the GTA series where you have almost no controll in what your charecter is able get invlolved in.
Also the game stays true to its godfather roots, and it doesn't try to make your charecter do things that is uncharecteristic of the movie, or what you would expect to see in any ganster movie.
All in all i cannot wait for further installments in this series.
