  We are LipsLikeMorphine... and we will not die!

  

  Thats rite. my band archived Legendary Status on Rockband 2 after a 7hr Marathon. non stop. i had to play 84 songs in a row. i knoooooow took forever but we finally made it. so now i just need to 100% a song on expert Guitar n Drums. wish me luck.

  Me, Rockband2 n Obama

  

  Hey there people. i finally bought Rockband 2. and i have to admit that its kinda cool. Personally i like GH WT better. but thats just me. so the other day i was playing online with ma uber Cool band Called LipsLikeMorphine. i knoooooow coolest name eva or w00t? anyways like i was saying i was playing some not so cool songs cuz i just started world tour n some dude joined. Barak Obama. lol it was hillarious watching a Obama look like singing "Hungry Like the Wolf". so this blog is to let ppl know if u have RB2 n Gold hit me up n we can play some songs. so dont be shy n add me MissMorphine x

  Not Another RE5 Demo First Impressions blog

  

  ok the RE5 demo is up. and we are going to see tons of "RE5 Demo First Impressions Blog entries" so ill try to make this one a bit different. i played the demo like a month ago. and i have to say it was Rainbox Six Vegas 2 all over again. what do i mean with this?. well what happened with R6V2 is that. ubi sticked to the if aint broken dont fix it mediocre mentality of some devs. i mean for some its good that they dont make any significative changes cuz sometimes games get ruined(PoP) but i think that a game franchise gotta evolve. by saying this i dont mean that RE5 sucks. no its a cool game. but its RE4 with prettier graphics. same gameplay mechanics same controls. same... everything. i never played the old resident evil games and i hear a lot of ppl complaning about how capcom ruined the RE series and stuff. well i wont get into that. but ill get that if capcom decided to take the franchise to the next level. why didnt they take RE5 to the next level?. i mean theres a lot of room for improvement. yeah RE4 was such an amazing game but theres always something u could try or improve. and heres a few ideas of my own.

  * First of all get rid of the whole No Movement while Aiming BS. one of the reasons why i loved Dead Space was bc of EA didnt make that mistake. u can walk around while aiming. and yeah u might think well they do it that way to make you feel more vulnerable n stuff. but in Dead Space u feel so helpless most the time cuz enemies come from everywhere. if u have played Dead Space i think u know what i mean.

  * Melee Weapons. i mean makes sense even the zombies have melee weapons. machetes shovels n stuff. but ok melee wepons can be a lil controversial cuz it would make the game easier. u just grab a melee weapon n u dont have to worry about ammo. that might be true but that can be fixed very easily. make em kinda hard to find. and make em break eventually. see. pretty simple.

  * And since we are talking about melee weapons. whats with that useless knife of urs? seriously. u are member or former member of stars. n u cant even roundhouse a zombie. or use a kung fu move n toss em or something? yeah once again i know what you are thinking well they are zombies that means they have super human strengt n stuff... well i assume that chris has some kind of special training(Martial Arts). so im sure he would have no problem taking down some zombies. and that punch thingie doesnt count cuz u have to shoot em first then stun em so u can punch em.

  * Pull some Jason Bourne Fatalities. of course that would be complete useless against a horde of zombies. but it would be so cool to kill a zombie with a special move with your knife.

  * Human Shields.... er Zombie Shields. that would be awesome. and again how would that work? well u could do it like u do it on Gears. shoot em n stun the zombies n then use em as shields for a short period. it would be helpfull when u facing tons of zombies n u trapped in a small room.

  * Push n Shove Zombies out of your way while you are running. thats another thing that would be really helpful. i dont know you guys but i found myself a lot of times surrounded by tons of zombies. and if u try to run n theres a zombie in front of you its like hitting a brick wall. isnt that BS?. u should be able to run n tackle em or push em or hit em with a flying kick or w.e so u can run n get some more room to shoot.

  * Director AI. you know one of the things that i loved about L4d was that everytime u play things are different. u face different enemies. ammo n suplies are not in the same place. so u have to keep looking everywhere. and you are most of the times. oh please not a tank not a tank we are almost there. and you know that? that keeps the game fresh. i know thats a lot to ask. but i think it would be cool. cuz after u beat the game the first time the second time is just a walk in the park. cuz u know wheres all the suplies what enemies u gonna find around each corner. like oh im picking up the ammo here cuz ill face the dude with the chainsaw. u know what im saying? dont u think it would be more fun if u had to look for supplies if theres any cuz u have no idea when the dude with the chainsaw is gonna come after you? or that HUGE fat dude with the Axe?.

  and thats just a few of my ideas. so what about you? got any?.
