Guitar Hero controller woes.
Ok This is a struggle that has not ended for me and I am getting a litte tired of it. What you might ask? The answer the Black Les Paul Xbox 360 controller. The first one I purchased at the start of October broke on me. I had only played songs on Easy and Medium mode and 1 song on hard and my Strum Bar malfunctioned and could not register down strokes. After waiting about 4 months later I somehow ended up paying UPS $30 to ship it back to the Red Octane people. 2 weeks later I get a replacement of no charge from them, and its a brand new one in an unopened box. Now the 2nd one I had worked for a little bit but now I have another problem. My Blue Key doesn't register barely at all. Sometimes when i hold it down it registers than flickers off and other times nothing at all. I don't know what to do I don't want another new controller just to break on me again, and the wired ones might be more functional but not as ergonomic. Anyone have any suggestions?- Posted May 5, 2008 6:34 pm PT
