Guess I spoke too soon.  I got my PS3 the day after Thanksgiving (yes, on black friday...I didn't believe it myself).  Just got it online yesterday, been playing Resistance ever since.

I haven't written here in a loooong time....  Anyways, I've failed to get a PS3 on launch, might as well put that money back in the bank and wait 6 months....Oh well, what'ya gonna do?  I drove straight to Walmart\Target\Shopko right after school and the lines were already filled up. On the bright side, now i'll have even more time to save up some dough and will get it around the time of the good stuff (Oblivion, Assasin's Creed, Half-Life 2 bundle).  I've waited this long, i'm pretty sure i'll survive another couple months.

I just got modded for something I posted almost a week ago....Luckily it was just a warning but still...  I didn't even say anything that was all that bad, at least in my opinion, apparently one "your on drugs" joke is enough to get you moderated.  Oh well, whatever.

2,000 posts, hoooray!  Almost level 20, hoooray!  Wait, wait, I haven't heard good things about being level 20, noooooooooo!!!!

I just have to mention it now, why are so many writing off the PS3 and anyone who tries to defend it becomes a 'fanboy'.  It's getting ridiculous.  Around every corner of the internet all I see is "Sony Sucks", "PS3 will suck", etc.  I'm planning on getting a PS3 at launch (yes thats a crapload of money) but I don't consider myself a 'fanboy'.  I think X360 is a good system and i'm really looking forward to how Nintendo's controller will be used in the longrun.  I would buy all 3 if I had the money, but I made a choice a while back that PS3 would be my first.  I know this may be a round-a-bout way of saying it but i'm getting really annoyed by the hating.  I guess this doesn't just apply to Sony, but any system...  Anyone else agree?
