A Complicated Plan
Hello my companions!

Well, been playing a lot of Morrowind... There's some stuff that rlly annoys me as a Oblivion player, and there are some things that make me annoyed coz it wasn't in Oblivion. I will do a blog on Morrowind and Oblivion sometime but not now. I also won't do a review on Morrowind coz I totally modded the heck out of it, well just the graphics. So it doesnt look as dated as before.
I just got mods that retextured almost everything. So yea...Now, here's my update. Next week, on Monday, I'm going on vacation for a month back to Malaysia. Yea so, 1 month. Now there's a problem. My 360... Should i bring it? I could but I'm not 100% sure it will work back in msia. I'll be away from Canada and my 360 for a month. My 360 is north american but I don't even know if my TV back in msia is NTSC or PAL... And then I have to get a voltage transformer and stuff... Also when I get back there I plan on buying a couple of 360 games, Prototype and Red Faction. Coz it's kinda cheaper there and I dont need to be 17
So, i've decided to not go through that hassle and leave my 360 here for a month. And to make it up to myself, I'm going to try to buy ELDER SCROLLS IV: OBLIVION GOTY editiong for the PC.

I'm so excited! Now I can enjoy Oblivion the way I want! And also back in Msia I might get Sims 3 depending on how much memory my PC over there has. That's my video game plan for the rest of July. I will be away from my 360 but when I get back I'll have Prototype and Red Faction to play with! That is... if they have it in msia. Well let's hope! Ohhh also I get to play some of my rlly old games like Final Fantasy VIII, MGS1 on my old PS1!!

So see ya. Gonna play some Oblivion or somethin..

They Didn't Need a Sequel.
Yello...
Yea, well I'm bored and I saw Transformers 2, two days ago. And I just finished watching Transformers 1 for like the 100th time (I love th first).
I just want to rant a bit.Now Revenge of the Fallen started out awesome, you see new autobots and one huge@$$ decepticon and another one and wow it was pretty awesome. You see the autobots take on the decepticons and such, the fight/chase was well choreographed and was very enjoyable. When Optimus Prime took on Starscream and another decepticon I won't say, that was epic too and I was like, this movie is going to be great. Well it was entertaining indeed, but also disapointing...
There was a part that reminded me of Terminator too much. They showed new autobots BUT they don't introduce any of the new ones except two. There was the new female autobot which would be very interesting to get to know but, she only says like less then 10 words... Maybe about 5... In the whole movie. And the epic battle in the end looked very messy and just not cool as in "Wow look how they teamed up on that guy and then the guy transforms and shoots him while the other guy cuts his arm off while being distracted." But it was cool as in "Wow look at that big robot make explosions."
In Transformers 1, they introduced each Autobot and Decepticon one way or another. All the fights were choreographed amazingly and very fun to watch. Although the camera placing isn't great in both, he does try to place the camera so that the audience feels like they are in the action. The humor in the second is more funny and mature though. Megan Fox, doesn't have much of a role but who really cares...
Transformers also had the moments where you just watch with awe, you lose that in the sequel. So yea that was my rant, I could go a little bit more but I dont want to spoil anything.
Yea in other news, I got Morrowind, and well I see some of the reasons why Morrowind fans hate on Oblivion, I actually do. Although the combat in Morrowind is just... umm...
Not very effective. BUT nevertheless! I have the PC version! And I have access to the world of MODS! I have been trying out different mods but mostly mods to give the graphics a more recent look
Lol, I didn' know you had to select the mods in the beginning so I playd for 30 minutes and I was thought the mods wr working! Lol, anyways, I can't wait to play more Morrowind. Also I can't wait for Elder Scrolls V!!!
SO thats about it for now !! I'm bored later.

E3 2009 Stage Demos Impressions Part 2
Hi, I'm back with more!
Yes, I'm back with more impressions as you can see! These ones are the some of the most interesting games that I need to talk about so let's not waste time and here we go!

Harmonix and Traveller's Tales November 8th,2009
What do you want me to say? Doesn't bring much attention to me but I did watch it. The only interesting part is when the game crashed at the end.

Artificial Mind and Movement Fall 2009
Well, Max Payne anyone? Yes this game reminds me of Max Payne, the bullet time game for the Original Xbox. Which then leads to Stranglehold, which has the same gameplay with some extra gameplay elements which then leads on to Wet... Damn, run on sentence there, my English teacher won't be happy. Anyways, you've played one bullet-time game, you've played them all. It looks okay, but probably not great or anything revolutionary.
Ubisoft Montreal November 17th, 2009
The first game was really fun but had a terrible ending... Actually I can't tell if the ending of Prince of Persia was worst than AC or visa versa. But overall the first one was heck of a lot of fun. Now, how do I describe this game? Well, imagine this. Take everything epic, awesome, fun etc. from the first game, put it into a new game and add awesome sounding new stuff to it! The change of setting is a good idea I guess. I always wanted to go to Venice, and look at that! The Renaissance is a great time period too due to the many conflicts, tyrants and conspiracies in place. I'm glad many historical figures are in the game! Leonardo Da Vinci and Lorenzo de Medici is a couple! I want to play it and then brag to my history teacher about it! New weapon types! New attack moves! You can swim, fly, kill from your hiding spot! New assassination techniques! New mission types, a day and night cycle. One of my most anticipated games of 2009. When I got my 360, Assassin's Creed was one of my first games that I played on it, then I foolishly traded it in. I can't wait to enter that world once again. (That was beautiful.
)
Infinity Ward November 10th, 2009
Now, COD4 was an epic game with a great story, intense action throughout the game, memorable characters, cool weapons, cool missions. COD4 really brought us what they wanted to give us, a great modern FPS experience. Now everyone complained how short the game is, and I like to play multiplayer but I don't love it, so I couldn't wait for the next one. This one looks great. Like AC2, everything epic of the first one is also here with new awesome stuff! The new weapons, the crispier visuals, new settings... Man this game looks epic. I'm glad Mr. Soap is back and for some reason reminds me of Captain Price! All these connections and foreshadowing... so complicated. Anyways, the gunplay looks the same as before, intense and epic action. Perfect! Plus the add-on of snowmobiles, I definitely was against the add-on of tanks in the COD: WAW, (I came to play a ground walking, fast paced FPS, not a slow, big tank with loose controls) but maybe snowmobiles would be fun to drive around. I can't wait for this, hopefully, everything will be epic like the first one, maybe a little longer campaign and Special Forces sounds awesome!

BioWare 2010
After watching this, I popped in Mass Effect 1 again to get another taste of it and man that game was really buggy, but it's still a really great game. I love the scifi universe its set in, loved it a lot that I bought and read both prequel novels. So after seeing the great, epic ending last time, I wanted more. The game was already great and fun but they could do so much more. Mass Effect 2 might give me more although right now they don't look very different, except some redesigning and a totally new story. Gameplay looks the same with the bionic powers and such. But still, I want to play some more Mass Effect! Plus, the city that they were flying in... reminded me of Star Wars... Hmmm...

RockSteady August 25th, 2009
Now, I've had my eyes on this game for a while and the only reason I did was because... well... it looks great! The first time I heard about it, I thought, meh, another mediocre Batman game probably. But then I saw the game in action and man, I want this game! The stealth aspect in this game looks nicely done! With the grappling hook you can make your own route around enemies or you can take down enemies one by one from above or even from below! The takedowns and such is great and Arkham Aslyum has lots of hidden crooks and crannies and tunnels or stuff that you can use for your advantage. But if you don't want to do that, there is an epic battle gameplay. Awesome hand to hand combos and moves that looks really great and looks pretty fun to play! I totally want to this game sometime. Can't wait for it and hope it lives up to its hype. I want to be Batman!

Airtight Games September 22nd, 2009
Now, of course, this game looks very epic. You can fly your jetpack and go dogfight UFOs or hijack it, you can fight enemies in a traditional third person shooter. And there is also the epic vertical combat which looks amazing! And good thing is, you can do it all in each mission! There is no mission where you have to only go on ground, or a mission solely for flying, they are all in the missions and you can attack a base any way you want. Looks good, can't wait for it and hope it's great!

Pandemic Studios TBA
Now, I heard about The Saboteur a couple months ago and only saw a couple of gameplay footage and read about the game elements like the black and white part. So it has some great ideas, like how every part of Paris is Nazi occupied and they are all black and white. When you do missions in an area, the area gets inspired and color bleeds into the area. So you are a rebel saboteur (which I assume is someone who sabotages stuff.) who does missions and inspire the people of Paris to fight back. The gameplay looks pretty good and I'm glad you don't have to press a button to get into cover. I'm glad it's open-world, which is great, I want to explore Paris my own way. You can climb the Eiffel Tower! So the gameplay looks okay but a bit like other third person shooters... *cough* *cough* *uncharted* *cough* I will get it sometime but not on release date.
So, that's it for part 2.
Hope you enjoyed my little thoughts on those games! Be sure to check out my final part of stage demo impressions which will have impressions on Wolfenstein, Dragon Age: Origins, Darksiders, Borderlands and some more! It will be worth it! There will be cookies!
See ya guys, and remember, have fun!
