Mitch Hedberg, the worlds greatest comedian, has a new, posthumously released CD. The CD was apparently recorded 2 months before his death. This is surely proof that there is a god who loves us and wants us to be happy : )

29Apr 08Just finished Final Fantasy 8, my fourth final fantasy experience. I was incredibly impressed with how well done the game was, especially because I was under the impression that it was supposed to be the weak link in the chain. But what I found was a game that I have nothing but good things to say about. It was graphically impression, the battle system was fun and engaging, the magic system is, as far as I know, completely unique, the story was compelling and the characters were enjoyable. Particularly Squall, who I found to be the most well developed protagonist out of all the final fantasies I've played. I had a blast playing this game, even though it was a bit on the easy side. Expect a review soon, but for now, I'm off to Final Fantasy IX : )

I had a good week of gaming this week. I put some hardcore time into Eternal Sonata and Bioshock and beat them both
. I was very happy with both these games. . Bioshock has restored my faith in the fps genre. My overall impression of Eternal Sonata was that it was a good rpg experience. It felt alot like some of their previous titles (tales games) but with all the unnecessary stuff cut out. This helped and hurt the game because although the game was much more consice and straightforward than a tales game, it also felt a little incomplete. They introduced so many character they didn't have time to fully develop any of them, except for a few of the major ones. But anyway, If you want to hear more rantings on either of these games, I'll be putting up reviews, eventually. I'm on to new games now. RE4 Wii edition is next on my list : )- Posted Jan 30, 2008 5:12 pm PT

13Dec 07The big game release season is practically over and although I'm up to my neck in new games to play it's still kind of sad that there's nothing I want coming out to february. I've all ready beaten Mass Effect, Assassins Creed, Halo 3, Battalion Wars 2, and Call of Duty. With so many games out of the way all I have in the way of new games to beat are Fire Emblem RD, LoZ PhatomHourglass, and Mario Galaxy. O well, maybe this will give me the chance to beat all the games I've neglected to beat over this past year like Metroid Prime 3 and Final Fantasy XII
