Well for the last 4 maybe 5 months i have been majorly inactive on GameSpot. Why? Well to be honest i've been so involved and occupied by my christmas presents plus a few extras i bought after christmas! My christmas presents mainly consisted of games and clothes asout of date as the news is almost 4 months old, i still enjoy and play the games i recieved at christmas mainly DJ Hero which has dominated my fingers for many evenings it has also been an absolute gem for parties and friends staying over. I also got the famous or infamous Call Of Duty MW2, the absolute masterpiece game : Little Big Planet my new favourite, also to mention i got a 250GB PS3 slim with AC2. Assassin's 2 was a big disspaointment i think personally, a quite contreversial opinion but one i can't deny. I thought AC2 had brilliant presentation and gameplay but i found the story boring, strange and an overall dragged out expierience, something i'm going to trade in for some money.

Aswell as those expensive gifts i got, i bought Killzone 2, Mass Effect 2, Bioshock 2, Left 4 Dead 2 and many other 2's. To be honest i've lost my love for games i've started working and going out more and i don't feel the need to make games such a part of my life, i'm genuinely fed up of the constant releases and big ones at that technology has ran away from me i can't afford to keep my addiction (gaming) to keep going. I've narrowed down my wish list dramaticly my only purchase till June (my birthday) will be SoulSilver for DS, one i need to relive the glory days of my childhood (6 year old) when Silver was my favourite game i've had to ignore Heavy Rain and FF13 which may i add is a very painful thing to do but i managed. Anyway i've had enough of boring rant and i'm tired from a long day but i will be blogging(much more interestingly ) more often so please visit my profile regularly if you're remotely interested i may also want to collect some SoulSilver friend codes from you guys. Bye until next time.

Sunday was a bit of a money waster for me. Starting off with trading in Street Fighter 4 in mint condition not 1 scratch or mark on the case of disc, i still only got a measly £12 the average game nowadays is about £30-£60 so it was really quite irratating. So i decided to trade it in against a Wii game, Wii music, which was an ok idea the games good fun but quite shallow, not very imersive, has very little to do on it. It was £15 preowned so it only cost me £3 of my own money. Still i kind of wish i'd kept my money and been more sensible as i then whent on to waste another £17 buying a ******* Nunchuck!! I mean it's a piece of shoddy plastic with some rubber and some minor electronics inside for £17! Then i bought an OXM magazine another £6 which is slightly overpriced i'd rather not have the disc inside which must cost them a lot to produce so that was a bit dodgy overall i spent about £40 to return home with very little to be proud of... bad day. Oh and i spent a £1 pumping a flat tyre in my bike i got going to buy the Nunchuck... me and money don't get along.

It's not all bad news! I completed God Of War chains of Olympus which was really, really good fun. Quite short but a good game to own for the PSP. The ending was good, the story was quite strong for a hack n' slash so that was a nice suprise. The boss fights were quite dissapointing as there were like 3 proper ones in the whole game, which is annoying considering GOW's reputation for having good bosses. Having said that the final boss was nigh on impossible! Overall it gave me a good excuse to spend a few hours on my PSP which is my least played console it is slowly catching up... and i expect to get like 20 hours in when LBP for the PSP comes out.

I just felt like ranting about my money trouble and how i can't save money to save my life hehe. Some advice on how to dicipline myself and with money would be appreciated if any of you can save

Anyway i hope to go back to Oddworld now complete that then complete Lost Planet which i don't really like but... might aswell. Thanks for listening hope you found it remotely interesting!

A few weeks ago i posted a blog telling you all a few of my recent completions. My "recent completions" blogs are blogs to tell you about games that i bought then abandoned, then revisited to then complete. It's a bad habit of mine but i continue to do it so i might as well blog about it.

This time i revisited Me And My Katamari for the PSP which is an incredible game. True to the Katamari series it delivers what you expect and still does that retro Katamari game as the end credits roll in it's really good fun. It's considerably longer then the Xbox 360 version but obviously lacks on the visuals but suprisingly it recycles the same world over and over again which is something the 360 version didn't do, still i'd give it an 8.5! I think i'll replay this game a bit more just to get some scores and extra cousins and presents.

A completion that i didn't abandon, oh no way did i, is Halo 3 ODST. I've already completed it twice once on normal then again on Legendary both times on my own. I've been doing a lot of firefight as well to get some more hours out of it as it's not particularly epicly long, but my only dissapointment is the lack of multiplayer for itself it uses the Halo 3 multiplayer by including a disc in with the case with the maps on it and some fancy armor. This itself is the only reason why this game is not a perfect 10 i would have loved to have seen some multiplayer even if it was just average it would've been awsome! That included Halo 3 ODST is still an incredible game and i would reccomend it to ANYONE with a 360 without a doubt. I'll probably write a review for this once the rush dies down so mine actually gets read.

They are my two recent completions. At the moment i'm revisiting God Of War Chains Of Olympus and i hope to soon start Oddworld: Munch's Oddysse again ( can't believe i left that ) so expect to see anouther "recent completions" blog in due time. Thankyou for reading. Keep playing~ KriobaKeys

Tomorow the 22nd of September 2009 my most awaited game this year is released! That's right Halo 3: ODST, the ODST stand for; Orbital Drop Shock Trooper, i know this because i've read the first book, yes i know that is quite sad. I have refrained myself from viewing ANY videos on ODST purely because i want this to be 100% special and completely new to me, infact so much so it made me angry to see Gamespot post the first 60 minuites of gameplay, God help those who watched that.

Since i pre-ordered it i get SGT Johnson as a playable character in... i think co-op or maybe just the firefight mode either way it's cool . I'm worried that i'll overplay this and take for granted the true beauty of this game so expect me to take at least a week of solid playing of this game before i even mention completion! I really want to savour the moments i will have with this game, it'd be like Nintendo releasing an Animal Crossing that's not recycled, i'd go insane with excitement and overplay it such is the case with ODST!

Slight warning though you may not see me on this site for a while once it's in my hands and if my 360 decides that it wants to get the Red light again, did i mention after 3 months of getting a new one for my b-day i had to fix it myself...i must be cursed. Anyway i will probably be absent on Gamespot for quite a while this may affect my union which is slowly degrading once again, no matter how hard i try...*sigh*

Final piece of rant; ODST also comes with the final 3 maps for Halo multiplayer (about time) which means i'll have got all the Mythic maps for free, i got the first 3 with Halo Wars for getting collectors edition should be great fun! Thanks for reading my aimless rant i hope you enjoyed it never the less and i look forward to telling you about this game once i'm no longer hooked

I rarely pre-order games or decide to buy a game before it's release, but with Halo:ODST it's a different matter. Long have i awaited the day when i get to fight the Covenant in a fresh un-seen Halo universe. This is just the break and new topic Halo fans need, me of course being one of them.

Ranking number 2 in pre-order charts closely behind...ugh do i dare say...Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2; quite possibly the most over hyped game ever, with all it's bog standard, unitelligent, 'chavvy', sad fans that would still pay the ridiculous price tag of £45 for the multiplayer alone! I do think that with the amount of 'fans' COD4 has that it was obviously going to beat Halo: ODST in the Pre-Order charts, but all that aside Halo:ODST has demolished all competition for very good reasons indeed. If you are remotely interested by this release i have posted the link to the official site, detailing everything you will need to know and hopefully coaxing you in to buying it, hehehe.

    http://www.bungie.net/Projects/whvidldshbyjsdo/default.aspx

I have actually pre-ordered the collector's edition of the game, which comes with a Limited Edition controller and obviously a fancier case!

I am anticipating this release anxiously and i hope to pick it up on tuesday, the day of it's release! I will blog and tell you all about it until then thankyou for reading my blog. Keep Playing! ~KriobaKeys

Well some of you may know i lead a union that really has failed so far and is pretty mutch abandoned wich to me especially is quite sad. Yes it's partly my fault as i've not been very active and i haven't updated the union well but i really, really want this union to work. So this is more of a begging blog than a informative one. I'm asking anyone and everyone who's reading this to join or return to the union so we can make it one of the best around. Quite ambitious i know but i really want this to work and be a joyous time for all the members.

I recently posted a bulletin on the union informing people of this so please comment on the threads on the bulletins and post, create whatever you want! Thankyou for reading this blog!

Well i wanted to blog about something interesting for a change. So i decided to compile a list of gaming moments to share with the Gamespot community. They arnt official just my personal feelings and opinions and i hope you agree or at least share your views piolitely as i know i haven't played every game there is. I might have second thoughts on these views so i might release an official list later on but this is what i can think of off the top of my head. They are'nt in any order and they are of equal awsomeness, so i hope you enjoy reading this blog. !WARNING MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS!

Beautifull Katamari - Rolling up the universe!

How can rolling up the universe not be awsome?! When i first was told by the King Of All Cosmos that i could roll anywhere i didn't expect the sun and the earth it was iconic and deserves a spot in my list without thought!

    The Darkness - Jenny's Death...

It's a very rare occaision for me to ever feel sadness for a video game characters death, i mean if people like Master Chief died or a Lumar for SMG i'd probably cry. But a game that's not big to still have an effect is rare for me, so i decided to put it in the list because it truly shocked me... Jenny was cool.

Halo 3 - Master Chief and the Arbiter helping eachother (end cutscene)

Well anyway as its the end cutscene i won't reveal too much about it (although you should've completed it) it was an iconic moment seeing the look in Arbie's eyes as Master Chief nods his way showing his approval to their co-operation in saving eachother a true moment and one i will always remember even possibly the best, so simple but so powerfull.

Half Life 2 Episode 2 - The Ending.

Well obviously i've got to spoil it so anyone reading this who hasn't completed it or is thinking of playing it please skip to the next one.

Well the ending was very shocking and a mega cliffhanger but a brilliant one. As all is thought won an unveiling of a special ship that could destroy the enclave is discovered and Gordon and Alyx attempt to embark to it. However they are stopped by a group of enclave master minds and Alyx's dad Eli is killed horribly, already developing a replationship ship with this guy it was pretty hard, shortly afterwards Gordon slips into unconciensness with Alyx in his eyes. Sounds plain but it is incredible to watch.

    Bioshock - Uncovering Atlas's secret.

One of the greatest games i have ever played with an even greater thrill of secrets. The story is of the highest quality and always keeps you on the edge of your seat. The characters and enemies are beautifully created and played a masterpiece of a game with an incredible twist. Atlas is a helpfull character with a dark secret and a dark core his phrase "would you kindly" and his sweet Irish accent fool into believing he is the good guy when the so called bad guy reveals that Atlas isn't so good and shows you what the phrase "would you kindly" made you do it becomes aparent there's more to this game.

Animal Crossing - Paying off the mortgage!

Well don't say you weren't expecting it i'm an AC fanatic and paying off my mortgage was of the most joyous times in gaming for me! The cute jingle and the glee of you characters face make grinding the bells even more worth it. Plus you get a bigger house.

Well that concludes my list of top gaming moments, yes it's a little bland but it's my opinion and i have to say i'll probably add one on when i complete Twilight Princess as it's one of my favourite games! I hope you enjoyed reading my blog! Please comment!

This week has been a very long but fun week. Seeing as though it is of course the summer holidays i have had a considerable amount of time to play games i wouldn't of necersserily attempted if it'd of been school. I decided to complete a few games i had left because i either got stuck or side tracked. Mainly Zelda games but a few like Animal Crossing Wii and Brawl as well as a few new games. I've also been playing my Gamecube wich is an absolutely beautiful console having not played it for so long, i've realised what an awsome design and console it really is. I've been playing Wind Waker on it recently with graphics that could be mistaken for a Wii game. I've really enjoyed playing a game from back in 2003 but it feels like a new game and it plays brilliantly, i've just completed it today after 15 hours of gameplay it's been a brilliant revisit and a whole lot of fun. If anyone hasn't got this game i would definitely recommend it even if you only have a Wii still go buy it it's not that rare and an incredible game i was sucked in and couldn't stop playing and it gave a good 20 hours out of it counting the side quests and extra puzzles that i did but there were still many more!

A less recent completion but equally as good was Beautiful Katamari. I'll admit i think it was too short about 4 hours it took me to complete the game not max out the levels but it took 4 hours to get to the end which...is a bit disappointing as it was a very, very fun game that i will most definitely revisit to unlock more cousins and presents, to beat scores and participate in online matches.I'm still playing the PSP version and i will complete that soon as it is a bit longer than the Xbox 360 version, and equally as fun.

I'll probably be revisiting many more games in the future and i will blog about them too.I hope you enjoyed reading my blog and please comment! =)

Lately i've been silly with money buying games from sites not realising how little money i have, buying MS points and giving my mum permission to take the money out my account i no longer have much money it's all slipped away from me! I used to work, well... i used to sell drinks at shool, and since it's been summer holidays i have no income. Unfotunately i've been attracted to buying so many things between now and christmas, hey i know its months away but time is money! Basically i'll have to work hard in the school months buying only cruitial things like Halo ODST collector's edition and clothes.

The big things i want are mostly game related.Like a PS3 with Little Big Planet i know i sound like a spoilt child but i'm not! I just NEED LBP i simply do! I also want a drum kit since i've been playing Rock Band and i can manage hard very well and on my friends real drum kit i'm pretty decent on it so i want to take up that interest as i don't have many interests and i want to get in touch with my musical side and stop being a lazy gamer, no offense to any hardcore gamers as i am myself. I also wanted to buy some games like Wii Sports resort and other new releases but these all cost money! And that's money i don't have. I need help on deciding what to do with my money as i'm very...what's the word well i'm crazy with money i can't save effectively. Bascially i need someone to tell me what's important a PS3 with LBP, a drum kit, clothes or loads of games.

On last issue i need more Gamespot friends i don't know how to find any i mean i'm relatively active but i only have a few who comment and that sucks so to any visitors to my page or anyone reading this please track me! I want to know about other peoples gaming lives etc so yeah track me! =)

In my latest blog i said that i've been ordering stuff off play.com like Oddworld well i've done it again. The game is a PSP game and it's called Me and my Katamari part of the Katamari series with it's latest release being Beautiful Katamari on the 360. It is a very rare and hard to aquire i checked on game.co.uk and gamestation.co.uk and niether had it in stock =( . I tried play and it was in stock for £15 new i was unsure because i'm not particullarly happy spending my own money but never the less i decided to stuff my money and buy it.

I hope it's worth it and in good condition for £15 i watched some video on gamespot and it looked awsome for a handheld, looked like the 360 version but smaller, i'm looking forward to getting this and i hope my dog dosen't tear it up like she did with Oddworld i had to replace the case for Oddworld and yeah for every game i've recieved off play. I'll have to put a bag behind the letterbox or something my dog's really cute so i don't want to shut her in anywhere. Anyway i will blog to tell you when i get the game and if it's still intact lol.

Well lately i've been addicted to ordering things off Play.com, i'm new to online shopping so having this sort of accessability and laziness of not having to move is an attraction to me. So far i've ordered Left 4 Dead, Forza 2 Motorsport and Oddworld Munch's Oddyysee. I've never been a long term fan of the Oddworld genre but i've always been interested in this small fish game, it's diferent and i love games that take risks and steer away from reality and this game has been incredibly successfull in my mind i love it. It's old i'll admit and the graphics are dated, but as soon as i started playing it i knew this would be my new favourite.

The story is Odd funnily enough with the main characters being Munch and Abe. Munch is the last of his kind (Gabites) as they have been hunted for their yummy Caviar. Munch has found out that their is one last can of caviar left and the eggs inside are still alive and if he can aquire it he can preserve his species Abe still has unfinished buisiness saving his Mudokon friends that ties him in with Munch's quest so the two work together quite well in gameplay. The overall story is compelling and humourous and that is one of the main things making me so obssessed with this epic game. I got it for £7, the best £7 i've ever spent.

On thrusday me and my friend both traded in some old PS2 games and both got Street Fighter IV. We were both brand new to the franchise let alone the actual genre so we decided to give it ago. Well he kinda copied me but that dosen't matter. I've wanted this game for a month and when i finally got it i didn't know what to expect. When i got home i was sort of disapointed it was quite a slow start and quite boring to be honest. But when you get a hang of it, it really takes off. It is so addictive and i mean it, it is really really hard! I mean i could hardly believe it the first time i got it Gamespot got the nice for newcomers totally wrong. It plunges you in at the deep end the only way you learn how to fight is through the instruction booklet and that's in black and white!

Ok so why do i love it? Well it's just so orginal and addictive, the graphics are really cool the characters when learnt handle pretty sleek and the whole execution of the game is just so polished and a dream to play. Me and my friend have constant brawls and it gives you so much to work towards, like icons and titles, although i can't help but think that Capcom have an obsession with baby chickens =D cute though!

At first the game seems a bit like a XBLA game but it soon turns out it has a lot more depth. The artwork is incredible the opening movie although it may be really long is illustrated beautifully and is worth watching. To be honest this was a short a blog about such a good game i guess i just wana go back and play it. I hope you liked my blog and watch the review thanks. Sorry i couldn't put any pictures on.

On friday i brough Halo Wars the limtied collecters edition which is awsome! You may have read or watched the review and seen it recieved a pitifull 6.5 but i would give it an 8.5 gladly. It is a really addictive stratedgy game that involves people who read the Halo books(like me) Infact the story is basically almost the same as the story in the book. The gameplay is great and i just love building up a massive army of scorpion tanks to smash through my enemies. I haven't completed it yet because i'm focusing on enjoying it first.

Yes i brought the LCE which i didn't really want to do but i decided on it at the last minuite and boy am i glad i did. With the LCE i got a metal case for halo wars, a hardback comic strip of the story, a rubber badge about the size of the averadge hand, a few cards displaying what the heroes can do, an ingame honor wraith, 48 xbox live and the best bit 3 of the 6 mythic maps! All for only £5 extra that is the bargian of the year. With the mythic maps i found all 3 skulls on them and got the achievements i also got the bulltrue achievement, aww to bad and killtacular! The 3 mythic maps are cool and maake a nice change from the old ones although they aren't revoloutinary and i'd say the legendary maps are actually better.

Back to Halo Wars i've been playing it alot online lately with my friend and it's really fun online i spent hours and hours on it last night just playing online winning and losing a couple of times. To be honest i can't see the problem witht he game ok the visuals are undeniably quite bland but the gameplay is really, really fun and addictive i would recomend it to any stratedgy fan or Halo fan this is also my first stratedy game on the xbox 360 and has made me more interested in them i might buy some more aswell. Anyway if you are reading his and also brought the LCE and want to get the sandbox skull add my xbl account then message me and i will show you where it is and you can use the tunnel i built to safely get there.

I also brought Fedding frenzy with 400 mp which is ok i'd give it a 7.0. Anyway i hoped you enjoyed my blog please comment!

I love Braid...i love braid...i love braid...did i tell you i love braid...is time rewinding? Sorry bad pun but i needed a way to get across the fact that Braid is so amazing and that it's a game of rewinding time. You may think i'm a bit stupid for saying this but i have a hunch that the cleverest people in the world made this game i mean it these guys must be the spawn of albert ainstein because i mean it when i say it this game is 100% pure genious. I felt the my mind actually having to work to solve this game and you may be sitting there thinking how is that good i play games to get away from school and relax well it's incredible fun and is very, very addictive. Unfortunately you need tob e clever to play this game, i mean actually over the age of 12 and that's just to get through the game, you really need to be clever i'm not some obnoxious nerd who looks down on people less academic i don't even enjoy school but i'm not thick and i'm clever i'm not boasting ok i just needed to get across that this game is challenging. That dosen't mean you can't enjoy it i think someone who knows they aren't the brightest blub in the box could still really enjoy this game i mean you would have to spend a lot of time on each level but braid is reeeallly short i mean it, so short i got through each level in 7 minuites and there are 6 levels. Hmm that sound awful right? Well the developers obviously knew that people would have to go back and get the puzzle pieces which i mean this are really hard to get. So it's got some good replay value and the way the game is designed is cool. It takes after mario and is obviously mimicing it with a cute little dinosaur taking toads place as the gut wrenching line comes in.. i'm sorry mario but the princess is in anouther castle. Please watch the review and i hope you enjoyed reading my blog.

Yes i know it's shamefull to be asking this but i need more friends. The reason i've lost a lot of posters and friends is because of my inactivity caused by Christmas ETC i didn't even celebrate my GameSPot birthday. But i've no=one to celebrate it with so what's the point, anyway that's not the point. What i'm trying to say is i need more friends so if you could refer me to any of your friends that like the same games as me. I mainly want to do this because i really want to start a union about Animal Crossing and even if your not interested i could really do with the help setting it up because if you don't already know i need a certain amount of members to even edit it, so please i'd appreciate it if you could find me some more friends thanks. O h and any tips on where to find friends it's not exactly easy on GS.

Lately the releases for the 360 have been constant and theres still a lot of decent games coming soon. The one i'm most hyped about that's already been released is probably Gears Of War 2. I'll admit the last Gears of War was awsome but disapointing in a number of respects.I won't go into detail but they weren't all they could have been. It loks amazing and the new Hored online mode has got me so hyped i've spent most of my time reading and watching stuff on it. Anouther one i can't wait to get is Fable 2 i know it came out ages ago but it's an awsome game with a rare British feel to it so really want it. Also i can't wait to get Fallout 3 not a lot of people have got this but it looks immense and i think it will take up most of my games time for a matter of months. It never ends i really want Mirror's Edge too. Now Mirror's Edge kind of wasn't on my list for a long time i didn't like the look of it, it looked to me like a complete "girl power" game. but i played the demo i couldn't ignore the innovation and amazing graphics and gameplay. I love the Japanese peacfull sky and buildings, as i am really Japanese orientated it attracted me to buy this. Although i'm scared it might turn into anouther Assassin's Creed game, i mean very repetitive in the gameplay and mission, that i really don't want to happen.

I hope you enjoyed reading my blog, thanks
