Doing the math - Forums ****

Maybe it's time I stopped going to system wars or forums all together, even if it is still one of the better ways to stay up to date in gaming. I'm getting to the point where it sounds like a broken record from the 1900's and I'm not entirely sure they had record players back then. (After a bit of research on wikipedia) No, they didn't so let me change my metaphor. Most of the forums sounds like a busted wax cylinder on a Gramophone from the 1900's. I write in on less than two of the every one thousand threads I read on these forums. Maybe I should just stick to the main page and my blog.

A factional day in the life of the late night Whee man

Well been pretty busy as of late I figured I'd give you guys a taste of what a day in the life for me working at unspecified video game company is like.

1:00pm: Wake up, put on a green shirt and jeans, get ready for work, and goof around for a bit.
2:00pm: Catch the bus to work and wonder if either the smells or conversation on the bus will be more mind boggling today.
3:00pm: Pass the 1000th Microsoft building and then bike through the Nokia complex and get dirty stares from the nokia workers on a smoke break. Land at Nunjendo, lock up my bike, and leave my sense of reality at the door.
3:15pm: Pass my fellow co-worker wearing a black karate Gi. I proceed to the break room humming "You're the best! The Best! No ones ever gonna keep you down!"
3:20pm:Testers are still on lunch/break in normal fashion are having ornately detailed conversations over fictional characters in a video game while being way to into SSBM. Chat with one of my co-worker's sister's who is also a tester. I feel sorry for her squat demeanor and severe speech impediment and extend my nerdiness for conversation because I realize I do have a shred of pity within my soul. Truth is for being a tester she seems to be a quarter normal, but I'm not letting my guard down. These are testers not people.
3:30-12:00am: Clock in, hit the Whee line and let the games begin. I really don't have one specific job at the factory I can find myself doing just about anything. Today it's my favorite, processing Whee returns. You just never know what you're gonna get, but most of the time it's worth a laugh or two. I get the Whee's that look like someone literally put their boot down on. One side is normal and the other side is a complete pancake. I'm serious the rich brats on Youtube busting their games have NOTHING on what I've seen. Today that's not the case. Summer is pretty much over. The irate house mother about to wield the Whee over her head as her terrified children look on for the horrific smash to come knows that the respite of the school year is not far away. Nope today it's "what not to do to your Whee" day. If you are returning your whee here is some solid advice.
1)The Whee doesn't play DVD's and if you put that god awful movie Wimbledon in it you deserve to have your house burned down from an electrical short from said whee.
2)Disk not reading? Make sure the disk is not upside down.
3)Whee's that have been urinated on by animal or otherwise are not covered under warranty.
4)If you have cockroaches in your whee, you might want to check your kitchen.
5)In general just make sure there are no sd cards or games in your system if you can help it.
6)Those bad pixels might be coming from your tv. Try another source like a dvd player.

    Oh god the internets!

Not having the internet is like not having air. Moving within the same apartment complex turned out to be more haphazard than I thought. Well at any rate I'm back.
