    XBox Live

I am not a fan of paying for things on a monthly basis. I'm like this about everything. In some cases it is necessary like phone bills or mortgages. I draw the line when monthly fees are for entertainment. My free month of XBox Live ran out today and instead of renewing it. I'm going to get a PS3 along with MW2. Now, I have been planning on doing this for a long time, but that is besides the point. I don't really have a point yet. I was hoping that by the time I was finished writing I would think of one, but onto the main topic. Many multiplayer games have a monthly fee that you are required to play. Obviously these people need to support their families and so this is their mode of income, but with this growing money crisis less people are going to be paying for those things (if they are smart that is) because it is purely entertainment. I myself am not willing to pay monthly fees even though I can afford them and still have some cash leftover. What is your opinion? Do you pay the price? Or are you like me and prefer just paying once, but a little more than you would with others, but you play it long enough that it becomes worth it?
