My Friends

12Nov 07

A 3 year old child's voice is louder than 200 adults in a crowded restaurant.

...doesn't really surprise me at all. I think I've been in a crowded railway station with more people than that but when a child starts to cry there's no way you can drown out that sound.

And you may have already guessed it after reading the blog title but I have a new nephew. One of my four older brothers had his first child.

A baby boy coming out on 4.2 kilos and 54 centimetres (that's not very small). He was born yesterday about 2 am Swedish time. 12 hours later the whole family was there to say "Aaaaww" and "Oooooohhh" and "Googoo-gaga"... that was not me btw >_>

My little brother and me stayed there the longest, it was Sunday and we had nothing else to do...

That's what I love with having a big family, there aren't that many "dull" weeks in one year.

I'm pretty sure that that fact is quite true. You can always tell when a baby is around even if you're a mile away.

That's cool. But wow, that must be one large family you have there.

I hate crying babies.... I just want to shout back at them, but it wouldn't be really productive

Goodness that takes me back to the years I was taking care of my friend's sister's kid for a few years. I can't explain it but somehow you just get used to getting only a few hours of sleep at any given time.

PJ - It's in the bushes

YaZ - I know. And we're only 6 brothers... with a few more cousins >_>

Marwin - No... I'm pretty sure that would make it worse

Daemon - Sounds like a very hard thing to get used to... but I guess you have to.

Zew - Half of Gamespot would be posting from inside the womb...

Kat - Thank you, didn't even notice my level. Have fun with SMG.

And yeah, I remember Blaster Master, awesome game, I even remember the "cheat-tactic" you could use on one of the bosses.

JPG - Babies are too cute, I caught myself staring at it without blinking for a long time . And thanks

Oh, and when you get a Wii , just so you know, Super Mario Galaxy freaking rocks hard!!!!!!!! I think it might replace Super Mario 3 as my all-time fav, but I still have to play Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine!!! But man, Super Mario Galaxy honestly deserved the high rating it got here on GameSpot!! Worth every penny I paid for it!!! Next up: RE: Umbrella Chronicles!!! I will still be hopping planets but I will also be killing zombies by the weekend!! Ah!!! The only thing better than SPAM is killing ZOMBIES!!!!! Die you brain-eating scum!!! DIE DIE DIE DIE!!!! Bwahhh , bwaahh, bwwahhh........yes I have had a lot of espresso today!!!!

I noticed . So far... not much have been able to top Mario 64 for me but I'd be happy if Galaxy succeeded in that endeavor. And I'm dying to find out a little more about RE: Umbrella Chronicles.

Looks like you're gonna be dealing with a child's voice in a couple of years. Here, have this defense mechanism.. *gives you earplugs*

Congrats to your brother! What's the baby's name??? Don't forget to tell your brother about Shaken Baby Syndrome most men think it's just harmless shaking but it can actually hurt the child. Baby-shaking has become very popular recently, anyone else notice that?

DJI - That's terrible , I'm pretty sure he've heard about it from one of those baby books he've read but he treats his baby like a delicate porcelain doll anyway.

And the baby's name is Romeo .

    Snipe - Thanks you Snipe.
