My Friends

11Feb 08

Don't get your hopes up just yet. I'm probably not going to start doing the editorials on games (like past Games of '07 blogs) until late June (After West Point Summer Leaders Program). For now I'll review the month's future releases.

February

The Club

(PC, 360, PS3)- 19th *Kind of like Fight Club...but with guns.

Frontlines: Fuel of War

(PC, 360)- 25th *Battlefield-esque gameplay (developed by the people who made the BF1942 mod: Desert Combat) with many new features such as controllable battle drones, upgradeable kits, and frontline game modes.

Lost Via Domus(PC, 360, PS3)- 25th *Based on the TV show, you play as a new character who lost his memory in the plane crash. Recommended for Lost Lovers.

Turning Point: Fall of Liberty (PC, 360, PS3)- 26th *What if Winston Churchill had died before WWII and Nazi Germany attacked the USA first? Play this game and find out.

Not the greatest month but March is PACKED. @iPodHero- It was already released before I posted this, thus not included.

I had hopes for The Club, even so that I created a backup European account for it just to try the demo before the other Americans.

Man that demo spoiled my hopes as if someone rubbed salt in an open wound. Honestly, I was dissapointed.

True on The Club. It's not going to be great but I still want to play it. Too arcadey?
