I'm expecting big things from this Skate. I have been playing the demo a lot since it has been released on the XBL Marketplace. I'm in all honesty enjoying this a lot more than any recent Tony Hawk games.

This new control scheme is a well deserved breath of fresh air. It takes a bit of practice and makes you feel a lot more involved with the air. More so than just the standard X, Y sequence that was in the Birdman games.

This is a great chance for Skate, I hope the developers deliver for us come release.

I haven't played a Tony Hawk game since THUG2 and neither one of these games seem like they will rekindle my interest in skateboarding games. I think I just grew tired if them as a whole.

Ive played every tony hawk game since the 1st one. Nintendo 64 FTW! I think they are all great games. It seems this is more a continuation of the story from THUG since eric sparrow is back. Cant wait to play it. Skate on the otherhand im not to impressed by right now. I dont like the "simulation" controls. but hey maybe it will take some getting used to.

I'll stick with the Tony Hawk Series, until I see how well Skate does review wise.

Cool, cannot wiat for either of these games. Not sure whether i want Skate to do well to be honest, i know Tony Hawk's will improve with a bit of competition but to see it completely overthrown wouldn't be good at all.
