I am looking for advice about getting into the industry and pretty much anything relating to the actual development process. Any experience you have that will help me better prepare for my future in the industry. I look forward to hearing any trials and tribulations you have encountered. What kind of issues do you tend to face? What kind of things do you do to overcome obstacles? What is it like working for a company? You don't have to make note of the company; although, that would be nice. So basically, talk about your experience as a member of a Development Team.
I look forward to hearing some of your comments and opinions.

I am currently in College for Game Software Development and am looking to broaden my views and ideas of the gaming industry.
Please tell me any ideas that you can fathom when it comes to things you would like to see in games. Really anything you can think of. You never know, maybe one day it will happen. Anything from gameplay to gametypes and anything involving the industry. Looking for innovation and improvements.
Feel free to say anything that makes any sense.

23May 08Am I the only person on this God forsaken Earth that believes that an original Perfect Dark should be made!?!? I would love to see a remake of that game with today's graphical improvement. I believe that game could be a success with the same physics, speed, and all things great that the game offered. I miss my Farsight! The so-called sequel was more than a disappointment; rather, it was disgusting and distasteful. I felt dooped when playing that game for a little over an hour. The game felt nothing like the original. I will be happier than could be imagined if this want of mine became a reality. Although I would love to see the greatness of that game instilled and then improved. I would be just fine with an exact remake with today's graphical advantages.

I would really like to see an evolution take place in this generation of consoles. I feel like the series has had a bunch of potential. I wonder if there is anyone else out there who believes that another should be made with all that was good and then revamped and get a classic made. I am not sure as to whether there is a game in progress in one stage in the making or another. It would be nice to have a Twisted Metal game that is both in depth and well executed on both the single player campaign as well as the multiplayer with a really good online interface that would compare to the ease and convenience of the Halo online experience.
