  Let the Dragon Quest insanity ensue

  I got my Dragon Quest stuff today. Dragon Quest Monsters Joker along with a slime controller and a few figures, the start of a collection hopefully. DQMJ is cool so far, it's nice to see all the good old DQ monsters again.

  The pit of 100 frustrations

  I've been trying to do the pit of 100 trials in Super Paper Mario over the last two days and dying around lvl 75 several times has gotten me closer to tossing a controller than I think I've ever been.

  I'll go back to it tomorrow and I'm going to beat it. Dammit.

  New PC, new games!

  I've gotten me a new kickass PC which lets me play all the new great PC games coming out this fall and next year. I've played lots of Orange Box and Hellgate London lately. Some of the guys in the Warhammer Online guild I'm in are playing HGL and it's a lot of fun if you like those sort of games. It is buggy though and deserves to be called out on that but hopefully future patches will fix most of it.

  I'm also playing Super Paper Mario a bit and liking it a lot, although it feels a bit repetetive. I don't know there just is something about it that doesn't keep me engrossed enough to play it for more than ~2 hours before wanting to do something else.

  School work is preventing me from playing games for any extended periods of time so I'm going to wait with getting Metroid Prime 3 and Super Mario Galaxy until I'm done with my exams. There is enough to do on the PC side of new releases anyway.
