  WWE TLC Review

  1. ECW Title Match: Christian (C) vs. Shelton Benjamin. This was a great match and it's was a perfect way to open up the show. These two battled and went back and fourth. There were several good spots through out. The end came when Christian hit Benjamin with a frogsplash ontop of a ladder and then rolled back into the ring and retrieved the belt. ****

  2. Intercontential Championship: Drew McIntyre vs. John Morrison (C). This was a good match these two guys are very good and I thought that this match was good. Morrison went for the Starship Pain and barely hit it and McIntyre's foot was under the rope for the two count and then McIntyre poked Morrison in the eye and hit him with the double hook DDT. ***1/4

  3. Women's Championship: Mickie James vs. Michelle McCool (C). This wasn't that bad of a match but it wasn't good. They tried to tell a story but there were several botches that hurt the match and the end was weak as Mickie rolled up McCool for a two count and then McCool kicked her in the face to retain. *1/2

  4. Tables Match for the WWE Title: Sheamus vs. John Cena (C). Not too shocking that this is taking place here but I thought that Kingston vs. Orton and Batista vs. Taker would take place before it. There were a lot of boos for John Cena. This was a good match as they teased the table spot really well and the end came when Sheamus and Cena were on the top rope as Cena was going for a superplex but Sheamus pushed Cena and Cena went through the table and we have a NEW WWE CHAMPION IN SHEAMUS. It looks like Sheamus could have gone through the table on the floor but he didn't and he is the champion. Something tells me that Cena will win the belt back before the year is over with. ***

  5. Chairs Match for the World Heavyweight Championship: The Undertaker (C) vs. Batista. This was an okay match I was expecting more from these two guys. The end came when Batista hit Taker with a low blow and then with a chair shot and Batista got the three and he became the new world heavyweight champion but Teddy Long came out and said that he wasn't going to let the belt change hands like that. Long then restarted the match and Taker got the win after hitting him with a Tombstone Piledriver. **1/4

  6. Kofi Kingston vs. Randy Orton. This was a pretty good match. Orton hit Kingston with a dropkick in mid air as Kingston was coming down and Orton worked on Kingston's midsection. Kingston made a comeback and hit the Trouble in Paradise on Orton but Orton grabbed the rope. Orton then went with the Punt but it hit Kingston on the arm and then Orton with on the arm. Kingston went for another Trouble in Paradise but Orton ducked down and then Orton hit Kingston with the RKO for the win. ***1/2

  7. TLC Match for the Unified Tag Team Titles: DX vs. Jericho & Show. This was a good match. The match started off slowly but it picked up towards the end. There were several enjoyable spots the end came when Jericho was on Show's shoulders and Michaels hit Show with a Sweet Chin Music and Jericho fell on the floor and missed a table and he feel awkwardly then Show got hit again with Sweet Chin Music then Shawn climbed half a ladder as Triple H held it and Shawn got the belt to win the match and give DX their first reign with the tag team titles. ***

  This was a good show.

  TLC Match for the Unified Tag Team Titles: Jerishow over DX

  IntercontinetalChampionship Match: John Morrison (C) over Drew McIntrye

  Women's Championship: Michell McCool (C) over Mickey James

  Chairs Match for the World Heavyweight Title: Undertaker (C) over Batista

  I've been busy and I'm going to post these quickly before I forget. Last night I watched UFC 107 and it was a very good show.

  R.I.P Eddie "Umaga" Fatu

  WWE would like to express its deepest condolences to Mr. Fatu's family, friends and fans on his tragic passing. Mr. Fatu was under contract with WWE at various time periods and most recently performed under the name "Umaga." Mr. Fatu's contract was terminated on June 11, 2009.

  I would like to say thatI hope for the best for his friends and family as this is a tragic loss. I was a fan of Umaga as I thought his matches with Triple H, Cena, and Jeff Hardy were pretty good and I remember seeing him live a couple of times. The thing that sticks out most about Umaga for me is when I went to No Way Out in 2008 and his performance in the elimination chamber was great and was a highlight of the night.
