Gamestop just added a page for the Gears of War 2 Limited Edition release. It will retail at only $69.99, an increase of $10 rather than the $20 we've seen from some other recent special editions. Here is everything included:

1. Collectible SteelBook DVD case
2. "Beneath the Surface: An Inside Look at Gears of War 2," a 48-page hardbound book including character profiles, exclusive concept art, and foreword by Design Director Cliff Bleszinski
3. Bonus DVD including exclusive making-of-the-game video footage, design galleries with audio commentary by Epic Games, and promotional videos including the E3 2008 trailer,
4. An exclusive gold-plated Lancer Assault Rifle available during online play

One thing they don't mention that can be seen in the picture is that sweet old-timey photo of Dom and his wife. I'm only half-sarcastic, it actually is kind of cool, but probably won't be the deciding factor for anyone.
