  PSN Help

  Today, most people can say that they have recieved their PSN back but I can't. I have called many times to Sonyand sent numerous emails. But i still have not recieved a email or call back. Now yesterday after being on my phone for 20 minutes I was told that I might not recieve the "Welcome Back" package. I have had this system for 5 years. Now what I am I suppose to do. Start a new account and lose all my tophies, free games and costumes. I know trhat Sony had to suffer with tons of people calling in and complaining but I'm not happy with the amount of help I'm getting. Now I can't help but to wonder, if Mircosoft would be nicer
