  So Much to Do...

  So Little Time! Just jotting a few notes for posterity's sake. Currently all of my playing time is devoted primarily to excelling in Left 4 Dead. The incremental improvements in the game due to the trickle of updates from Steam is enough to keep me somewhat engaged. Add that to having joined with a strong community of generally good players is further incentive. Tourneys are starting for the summer and the competitive claws are being bared on all sides! Finally, there is yet the promise of user developed content, a 4x4 matchmaking release, and the scheduled Fall release of L4D II. The Bottom line is: when am I going to get a chance to play all my other titles?!

  

  In other game fronts, I just cleared Call of Duty: World at War. It was a decent title, and I will have to submit a review soon. I'm still slogging through several other titles: GTA IV, Gears of War (I), World of Goo, Dead Space, and Doom 3 (which, by this time, I have nearly lost all interest in). In addition, I just reloaded Faces of War and I am thoroughly enjoying the missions in that sleeper WWII strategy game.

  

  Once I clear my deck, I feel the draw to revisit The Witcher. I'm about 25% through the game and feel like I've mustered up enough strength and patience to continue. That is such an interesting title, but it's bogged down by long travel distances, random encounters, backtracking, and at some points, uncertainty and lack of direction. Nevertheless, it has it's interesting moments.

  

  Oh well, better keep busy! Until next time... Play well.
