1Aug 08I haven't updated in a while, so I though it would be nice to give a small "report" on recent activities!
I have recently begun playing other games besides World of Warcraft, so I decided to try out some new ones.
I heard about "Combat Arts"; didn't try it much time but enough to conclude that it is a decent game and has an interesting leveling system.. curiously it reminds me of GunZ/KwonHo leveling system.
I also decided to try this HL2 mod "Age of Chivalry". It has been good so far, I'm starting to love those 10 vs 10 melee fights.
Strangely enough, I have returned to some not-so-new games like Age of Mythology or Command & Conquer: Generals.
And yes, I actually got some new retail games!
- Diablo Battle Chest (Better late than never!)
- Soul Calibur IV
- Ninja Gaiden II
I have not tried the any of those yet (My brother is playing the 360, and I am about to install Diablo), but I'm pretty sure they will be more than good!
Offtopic: I am watching Naruto as far as anime goes. Some random movies too.

14Mar 08Seriously, this year is starting to be an interesting year. I don't really have much to say right now, so.. I will get to the point.
Recent Entertainment Acquisitions:
- Super Smash Brothers Brawl
- Dawn of War: Soul Storm
Movies:
- Drunken Master II
- Project A-2
So far, so good. Both games have been the same or even more of what I expected. Specially Smash Bros Brawl, it just hooked me up instantly.
I still have not watched the movies yet, but I can be pretty sure already that they are indeed amazing. I mean, its Jackie Chan! *cough* Jackie Chan Fanboy *cough*

28Jan 08I have not been losing my time in the past weeks, which means new games.
Steam is just amazing, cheap, fast & reliable. I don't see why too many people see it as bad. It houses my favorite games, it is a very nice gamer utility which in my opinion, is better than Xfire (in my case).
Now to the games:

26Nov 07Finally, school's over, at least for this year. We couldn't have any better start than having these new entries for holiday vacation:
- Guitar Hero III (Last Week)
- Assassin's Creed (Today)
- Dracula X Chronicles (Today)
Looks like my "Now Playing" list is getting quite busy now... I gotta focus on a few games so I can actually finish them!

29Sep 07I always believed that Blockbuster never had a good selection of games, man I was proven wrong.
So today I went with my family to Blockbuster and I thought, why not to check the game selection (AKA Game Rush). So I went and checked and to my surprise, look what I found:
I've been looking for Wind Waker for a long time and no retailer had it (even online ones).

26Jun 07That's Right, 2 days ago I bought my Xbox 360 along with Gears of War. Indeed it is a really powerful console, the graphics are amazing, the games are really interesting and I've been enjoying for the first time Xbox Live on the 360, which has kept me entertained a lot =P.

14Jun 07As you can see today I updated Live Gamertag. I was lucky enough to find that I had a 12-Month Prepaid Xbox Live Card, which I bought around 2005 =P; on my bookshelf . The thing is that I don't have a 360 yet so I thought that it would be a great idea to play on Classic Xbox Live while I get one. Why I did change the Gamertag? well, I ran into a problem because the Gamertag that I had (Ikuba) was created on Xbox.com, so it was like a 360 Live Account; so I tried creating a new one, and it is better since it has my almost universal nickname (Demokk). It will serve me well until I get the chance to get a 360.

11Jun 07Today I created my Gamertag, that's right; without even owning a 360. Maybe I got "prepared" a bit early even though I plan on getting a 360 (not completely sure though) this Christmas or maybe next year. The 360 has some VERY interesting games (and I LOVE Online play) so it probably will be a good choice since Nintendo plans for online gaming aren't very promising.

7Jun 07I just finished this game (at least the story). All I can say about this is that it is a REALLY good experience, one of the best games. If you haven't played it you should at least give it a try. It took me long to finish it, but it was really worth it, even though it hasn't the best music or graphics, the developers managed to combine everything perfectly to make you feel and see that nothing is missing to this game.
