  Looks like I am leaving in September

  Well change of plans, it turns out my company, Princess, has moved me to a different time slot. I now leave September 1st, and get back December 19th. This was good and bad news for me, good because now I get to buy the new Harry Potter book. As well, I can be home for my birthday, and I also get more time to prepare for the actual departure date. I was starting to feel a little anxious because the 20th was coming up pretty fast, but now I feel a lot better. As for the bad side of this, well I now have to wait almost a month, so I will have to fill that time with a job. Though getting a job isn't exactly a bad thing, at the time I heard this news, I wasn't too pleased as I would have liked a date like August 10th or something around that. That way I wouldn't have to wait to long, but I would still get that needed time to pack and think things out. I went to an auto shop and talked to the owner (I know him because me and my dad did the electrical work in his shop) and asked him if he had any work. I told him my story that I had to find work for a month before I went out to sea, and it turns out his dad actually started the Marine Cadet program I am in! Small world! Well he gave me his dad's contact number and now I will be working on a smaller 60 passenger cruise ship for the 1 month I am here! Awesome for me because now I get some experience with ships and I can also be home. And after this, I can be a little more ready for when I leave for 4 months, this turned out better then I thought!
