  New Blog

  Although it has been a while since I have blogged on GameSpot I have been back every now and then to check up on up-coming games. But I just want to say that I have recently started a blog over on BlogSpot where I am now at. I am doing a few general blog posts, posts on music including artist and album reviews (usually rock music) and current affairs, so if you fancy checking it out, you can do so by clicking here. I will keep using GameSpot though, just not the blog

  Stranger Thing's Have Happened

  Wow, it's been a long time since I have been active here on GameSpot. My last blog post was back in September! So here I am again after over three months, where do I start? Not much has happened to me since then, except I rejoined the gym about five weeks ago and I am now getting back into shape. Before rejoining the gym I weighed around 18.5 stone (259 lb), which is quite embarrassing, and now I have lost a stone (14 lb)! I am really chuffed with myself. Recently I saw Slipknot live with my brother and two friends. It was quite a cool gig. Really energetic and quite funny to watch as the band members were jumping around stage like hooligans.

  Call of Duty: World at War! Wow, now that is an epic game. I bought it the day after release and I find it hard to put down lol. The guns are not as cool as the ones from Modern Warfare, but what do you expect from a World War II shooter? The graphics are good, the sounds are good, the gameplay is good. The Story mode is epic! I think the story may even have some better game play than that of CoD4:MW, and that is saying something!

  It's good to be back.

  New Tattoo and Nickelback's European Tour

  Hey people. If you read one of my earlier Blogs, you may know that I was to see Nickelback last week. Well, I did. I saw them on Sunday evening at Wembley Arena, NW London. It was the biggest and best gig I have been to so far, and possibly will be for a long time... Unless Kurt Cobain rose from the dead to do a one-off tour *daydreams*. Nickelback know how to throw a concert! Pyrotechnics, jokes, kick ass drum solo by Daniel Adair, t-shirt cannons, free beer and Staind were the support act... What more can you ask for?

  Also I got a new tattoo Last week I made the snap decision to get a tattoo that I have wanted for some time, and I was originally going to get it done with a friend when he was getting his, but he still didn't know what he wanted, so I went with another friend and my brother, and we all got one I got the Nirvana Smiley Face tatttoo'd onto my left arm, my friend got three out-lined stars on his right arm and my brother got the Nirvana Smiley Face tattoo'd on to his left wrist (as he already has the RHCP Aterisk on his right wrist).
