Diablo3 is now officially in the works. While there is no release date atm ( typical blizzard stuff, were all used to it) they openned up the morning with a nice teaser trailer for Diablo 3. Needless to say it brought tears to these eyes as I've been waiting to hear about this game since around 2001 with nothing but rumors. Gamespot has a plethora of ingame screenshots and a non-subscriber Hi-Res feed of the whole blizzard event.

Wow .... thats about all i can say at this point. Just got my 27inch HDTV and my 80gig PS3 wiht dualshock 3 and MGS4. I also went out and picked up GTAIV while i was at it. I cant be more happy over my purchase choice. Amazing system despite what people have been saying/said. Runs amazing, runs cool, looks MUCH MUCH sleeker than the 360 and is a blu-ray player along with a game system. By no means am i bashing the 360, its a great system as well i just see a lot more potential in the PS3. GTAIV has been a blast to play and MGS4 im just getting started on but it looks to be phenomenal as well. DVD upscaling on the PS3 works wonderful and ive already been wowed by the same movies i once thought looked great as is.
Ill keep everyone informed as to updates along with my PSN ID as soon as i get it set up. TTYL everyone and have a good one.
P.S. Pics up soon
and some fun ingame vids will be ensuing as well.
Well to start this isn't an uneducated statement. BF2 is the only game i can honestly say i am pro at. By that i mean that i can win any match i try at. And not by just reviving everyone either ... I started using the M11-87 about 3 months ago its the US engineer starter shotgun; I must say this is probably the best weapon in the game. People complain it has no acc but i play with my buddy who is also very good and ive been consistently 1 shot from 30 yards by it ... full health. I can typically go about 9-10 kills without a death using it because if you have good reflexes and are dead on its a 1 hit kill everytime. Unlike the dao which usually takes 2 up close this sucker can 1 hit pretty much anything but the support class from under 20 yards. Snipers and medics dont stand a chance. Ill get some vids up soon to prove my point. Ill link my BF2 stats but they arent pretty as for the first 6 months of hte game i was a blackhawk pilot and I never actually got kills just team points. Ill have some vids up soon showing its pwnage ... but if youve never tried it, take my word it is easily the best gun in the game if you are accurate enough to get the shot off on the first hit. My other fav btw is the medic upgrade gun with teh scope ... that thing might not be the most accurate but in good hands is a monster and I can easily go 40-3 in a round with it. (PS i play quake style, meaning i run and gun never stop or camp. That typically changes play style so my shotgun preferance holds up to this. Obviously a camper is not going to like this weapon as much lol ...) http://bf2s.com/player/43764570/
Some of my pwn vids should be up soon.

Al-Qaeda in Iraq 'reduced by 75%'
A US soldier keeps watch during a raid on a house in Diyala province in December 2007
Security improvements coincide with the US troop surge
Three-quarters of al-Qaeda in Iraq has been destroyed over the last year, the Interior Ministry in Baghdad has said.
Iraqi and American commanders said the improvement in security in the country over 2007 had been remarkable.
But top US commander Gen David Petraeus warned al-Qaeda remained the greatest threat facing the country and security gains could easily reverse.
It came as a tape purportedly by Osama Bin Laden urged Iraqis to reject the US aim of a national unity government.
"Our duty is to foil these dangerous schemes, which try to prevent the establishment of an Islamic state in Iraq," the internet audiotape said.
The recording in the name of the al-Qaeda leader also warned Sunnis in Iraq not to join the US-allied tribal councils fighting his organisation.
'On the run'
Iraqi interior ministry spokesman Maj Gen Abdul Kareem Khalaf said the disruption of the al-Qaeda network was due to the weeding out of security force personnel with ties to militias.
He said: "[Al-Qaeda] activity is now limited to certain places north of Baghdad. We're working on pursuing those groups, that is the coming fight."
His claim that 75% of the group's hideouts in Iraq had been eliminated could not be independently verified. He also said assassination attempts were down 79% since June.
The fall in violence over the year coincides with the surge in US troop numbers authorised by President George W Bush.

Some of what we are told is that they [al-Qaeda] are really struggling to buy gas for the vehicles
Gen Petraeus
The BBC's Jo Floto in Baghdad says there are a number of other factors behind the security gains, such as a six-month ceasefire announced in August by the Mehdi Army militia of Shia cleric Moqtada Sadr.
But perhaps most crucial, says our correspondent, has been the emergence of Sunni militias who once fought the Americans and the Iraqi government but are now fighting al-Qaeda.
In his year-end review for media, Gen Petraeus said US figures showed the number of overall attacks had fallen by 60% since June.
But his figures also showed a slight rise in suicide car and vest bombs since October, highlighting the fragility of security.
He said tougher action by a number of Arab nations had helped reduce the inflow of foreign funds and fighters into Iraq.
'Less Iranian weapons'
Concerted action by the authorities in Damascus had halved the flow of insurgents through neighbouring Syria, he said.
According to Gen Petraeus, attacks using Iranian-supplied weapons had also fallen in recent months.
But he nevertheless called on Iran to respect a pledge to "stop the training, funding and arming of the so-called special groups".
Analysts said this was a reference to Shia militias that have splintered away from organisations such as the Mehdi Army.
Gen Petraeus said intelligence indicated that funding from abroad for al-Qaeda had fallen.
"Some of what we are told is that they are really struggling to buy gas for the vehicles," he said.
"You are seeing a much more survival level of conversation [among al-Qaeda in Iraq operatives]."

My commentary, while this may be exaggerated ... it really does spell a very good strike for US forces in Iraq and I am happy.
Man they offered and told us so much was going to happen ... all we end up with is a CRAPPY console game ported to the PC ... literally even the menus look like a console game ... What happened next is sad .... there are on average 500 max people online ... what happened to the prime days of UT2k3 ... 23K people playing on hundreds of maps and mods .... this is BS ... EPIC thank you very much you have managed to take what could have been your pride and glory ... fed it to the money dogs (consoles) and what came out was spit at our feet and we have been told to take it ???? F*** that I am taking this game back tomorrow and telling them that if they dont ... well they can go get management ....
For another splendid way of putting this .... just watch this video ... I GUARANTEE YOU WILL LAUGH AT THIS >>>>.1111!!!1
