  Finally It Has Happened!

  Introduction

  Heya dudes and dudetes, hows your week been? After waiting for a year and a half to get the PS3 online, my cousin finally did it, and I'm not overally hyped over PSN. Here is why...

  Awakened Online!

  So I finally have a PS ID, which I've uploaded to my profile, I tried my username on here but Sony were being stupid about it. So I quickly got on to see my DMC4 ranks, and it has my overall ranks but not my mission ones (I know I'm in the high scores for sure, but I have to replay EVERY level again to get it up, break the records again really) and I'm quite suprised that like only 3 or 5 people from UK (including myself) are like really good at DMC4 (top 1,000/500). My idol of DMC4 nanasi444, he is from Japan but he is the best DMC4 player I've seen! I mean he takes along time killing the Blitz but gets the max style points for it, no damage too! I downloaded a couple of demos, and here are some games you should avoid + get...

  My PS3 Guide For Games To Avoid + Get!!

  So from the PSN I downloaded a couple of demos, and PSN downloads very slowly, plsu half the demos said about an error (like 800) so I deleted them (couldn't play Race Driver GRID or TH Proving Ground) but anyway, here they are:

  Fatal Inertia EX

  To me this is far better than Wipeout! I downloaded the demo, which allows you to go into 3 training sessions and 1 league, I got all the achievements straight away (they easy). If you have a 360 and a PS3, I would say go for the PS3 if you can get a credit card and pay the full £14.99 for the entire game. If not, go for the 360 one, EX is just a port from the original 360, just with fancier graphics.

  Rating-9.5/10 (get soon as possible!)

  Echochrome

  This reminds me of the puzzler on PSP I love so much, Crush. Now this game was confusing me a bit, I got up to the second level and I was stuck, the graphics aren't the best, and the music is really irritating, especially the girls voice. I think they should have added colour to it personally, but Sony's choice.

  Rating-7/10 (rent first)

  PAiN

  I played this at my cousins, and for £4.99 (I think) it's only a good laugh for 10 odd minutes, then it becomes a bit more boring each time. Ok yeah so it's fun to fly your person into an old lady, or the bowling ball and cause havoc, but it simple isn't a game you could constantly play.

  Rating-4/10 (avoid!)

  Motorstorm

  I downloaded this, and I have to say I was slightly impressed. The fact that you can swear and kick your opponents off their bikes is great, but the handling is soo poor, I feel off the edge like 5 times all because of a corner.

  Rating-7/10 (rent first)

  New Games For PS3....hopefully?

  So my goals for DMC4 is to get every goal before I get back to school (no problem, I'll do all my English tommorow and then spend the next 12 hours on DMC4) which is in 15 days! Man holidays went fast! So seeing as my mum doesn't have a credit card, I might have to ask my cool cousin Mark (he's 18 ) if he can buy me the stuff and I give him the money in real life plus little interest for the trouble. As for new PS3 games, well first games I'll get will hopefully be Heavenly Sword and Ridge Racer 7, also Lego Star Wars Complete Saga if it's cheaper. Now as for the whole "part time job" thing, well I found out no one will take you on UNTIL you have done your GCSE year, I'm just entering mine! So this time next year, I should have a part time job, this means my wishlist might be held back a bit, so I'm going to get some games that I know you guys and girls have, and will last long, with a good deal of replay, and also 2 player. So you guys and girls tell me what PS3 games I should get (has to be online with 2 people at least, also you must have it).

  Seems I Was Right About GTA IV!

  Introduction

  Heya guys and girls, today I went down to my cool cousin Mark's. I was allowed to play on his PS3 and when I saw Soul Calibur IV I thought I might as well play it, and only after 30 minutes I enjoyed it! Darth Vader is completely rubbish, but the game is great! I like playing as Tira with her sword that can change into a whip, great fun! I also saw he had MGS4 and GTA IV, I've sort of gone off the idea of MGS4, just doesn't interest me anymore, never really did anyway. So I played GTA IV, and I can say proudly that it...

  Seems I Was Right About GTA IV!

  Now everyone has their own opinions and I and many others respect that, but this game is appauling for what it wa supposed to be. I mean I walked into a policeman, and he said "Do that again and they'll be some consequences" I was like "okay...weird" and I walked into him again, I didn't push or punch him, and then 1 star came up, what the HELL! Seriously! Everyone seems to think the Ragdoll effect is soo awesome, well in this game it isn't, it's really poor in comparison to others like Saints Row. Now I've rated GTA IV a 7.5, but I'm not reviewing it, partially because of the fact that I haven't played the Story Mode of it, only spent 2 hours visiting the islands and listenin to the crap music on it. So I know for a fact I'm not missing out on any big exclusives for PS3 present, later on I'll get Heavenly Sword and maybe Singstar (for a laugh) and leave the rest.

  In other news, one of my best friends AweWiiGamer1 has come back from vacation, my cousin Mark and his family are coming up mine on Tuesday, so I'll be completely inactive on this site for that day. I should have my PS3 online by then, thats the main reason they are coming anyway, fix the computer and go online. The Colin McRae 04 review will be up on Sunday, as will Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 (full 10/10 for this game), and I tommorow I'll try and do a review of Fantastic Four: Rise of The Silver Surfer on MovieTome as well as a couple of shows on TV.com. I'm still working on my new theme for GS, which might be up on Wednesday, if not earlier, so as for now, enjoy the weekend!
