My general perspective on the huge success of the Nintendo Wii.
More than anything, I credit the media for the overwhelming success of the Nintendo Wii. And if I know anything about the media it's that the media loves to change its focus frequently. In my opinion, I think the Wii fad will be over by the end of Q1 2008 if not sooner--giving the floor to the opinions of those who matter most to this industry, the hardcore gamers.
