Lets Play A Game of Russian Roulette

Hello all. I guess it time I made another blog. Dont worry this isn't a Black Friday blog or w/e. Hmm. How long has it been since my last? (Checks) Ah 2 months. Now let me recall what has happened during that time.

Oh yes. I haveacquired several albums. The first 2 are from my previous blog. The Devil Wears Prada's,Dead Throne and We Came As Romans, Understanding What We've Grown To Be.Both are great btw. Some other albums I have gotten are For The Fallen Dreams, BackBurner. Oh Sleepers, Children of Fire and Red Seas Fire debut EP. I found Red Seas Fire recently and they are actually pretty good. There prog metal from the UK. You can actually download there new EP for free on there website. Great guys. All these bands are great.

I have gotten several games since my last blog. All of which I got on release. The first was Gears of War 3 in September. Best Gears yet. Then I got Battlefield 3 in October. Im not really a huge BF fan but the game was good. Afterwards I got MW3 in November. Good game but MW2 is still my favourite COD. Then I got the best game of the year. SKYRIM. One of the best games ive ever played and is GOTY for sure. I also got ACR. The story is solid as always but some of the things they added werent that great. Brotherhood was just slightly better. I dont plan on getting anymore games this year but I might get some more during xmas. Prob Arkham City or Uncharted 3. Im also hoping that I get a new Moniter for my PC for xmas. This current one is pretty old. Its an oldschool flatscreen. Has the giant back to it.

Two weeks before Skyrim came out I decided to get a new PC so I could play Skyrim on Ultra. Im lovinthis PC. Cost me almost a grand but it was worth it. So much better than my old PC. The specs are: 2nd Gen Intel Core i5 Quadcore, 1.5 TB HDD, 8GB Ram, 950W Power supply, Windows 7and a Geforce GTX 550 Graphics card. Pretty good ah? I might get myself another graphics card for xmas next year so ill have dual. Now all I need is my new moniter and im good.

    The Last Of 2011

Hello there internet people. Its been awhile since my last blog. I guess im starting to drift away from this world. Havent really made many purchases since my last blog. I bought Deus Ex Human Revolution on release. Great game. Also 2 great albums came out recently and im getting them both as soon as I can find a disc in store. The Devil Wears Prada's, Dead Throne and We Came As Romans, Understanding What We've Grown To Be. Nothing else that interesting really. Just been workin and workin. Makin da munz for college. Well I guess its time for my end of the year movies blog. These movies were actually hard to pick. There are quite a few good movies comming out. So dont be angry if some movies are missing. These are the movies I think look great. So here we go:

    1. Killer Elite

    Release Date: September 23rd

Based on the same real-life events that inspired Ranulph Fiennes' gripping best-seller The Feather Men, writer/director Gary McKendry's globe-trotting action thriller follows the adventures of an ex-special-ops agent (Jason Statham) as he emerges from retirement to track down his missing mentor (Robert De Niro). But accomplishing that goal won't be easy, because a master killer (Clive Owen) has dispatched a trio of fierce assassins to exterminate the hardboiled former agent by any means necessary.

    2. Bunraku

    Release Date: September 30th

A ragtag band of renegades takes on a master warrior and his private army in this stylish action thriller. In the wake of a global war, guns have been outlawed but violence is still the way for many, who now do battle with knives or their fists. Nicola (Ron Perlman), nicknamed The Woodcutter, is the most feared and powerful fighter on the East Coast, and he rules his empire with the help of a handful of similarly talented lieutenants, most notably Killer No. 2 (Kevin McKidd). One evening, The Drifter (Josh Hartnett) ambles into a bar in Nicola's village and announces he has a score to settle with the leader, and wants to know who's willing to help kill him. The Drifter's bold request catches the ear of Yoshi (Gackt), a swordsman from Japan who was also done wrong by Nicola and wants justice. Most believe the Drifter and Yoshi have signed their own death warrants by taking on the Woodcutter and his minions, but a few are eager to help them bring down the tyrannical Nicola, including the philosophical Bartender (Woody Harrelson), Alexandra (Demi Moore), a courtesan with an unpleasant history with the tyrant, and Yoshi's uncle (Shun Sugata) and cousin (Emily Kaiho). Written and directed by Israeli filmmaker Guy Moshe, Bunraku was an official selection at the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival.

    3. The Three Musketeers

    Release Date: October 21st

The Three Musketeers ride again in this three-dimensional revamp from Impact Pictures and writer/producer Paul W.S. Anderson (Alien vs. Predator, Resident Evil). Percy Jackson & the Olympians' Logan Lerman toplines as D'Artagnan, the brash young man who bands up with the famed trio (Luke Evans, Matthew Macfadyen, and Ray Stevenson) to fight the corrupt the dreaded Cardinal Richelieu (Christoph Waltz). Mads Mikkelsen and Milla Jovovich co-star in the Summit Entertainment release.

    4. Immortals

    Release Date: November 11th

A brave young stonemason assembles a fierce band of warriors to prevent an evil king from acquiring the artifact that will permit him to rule the world in this epic mythological fantasy from visionary filmmaker Tarsem Singh. King Hyperion (Mickey Rourke) is a brutal tyrant on a bloody mission to seek out the mythical Bow of Epirus. Should he succeed, even the gods of Olympus will be forced to bow before him. In his efforts to locate the invincible and elusive weapon, Hyperion leads his Heraklion army on a brutal rampage across Greece, razing every town in their path, and killing with impunity. When the Hyperions lay waste to his village and cut down his mother in cold blood, vengeful stonemason Theseus (Henry Cavill) emerges from the rubble determined to make the king pay for his crimes. Later, the Sybelline Oracle, Phaedra (Freida Pinto), experiences a vision of Theseus' future that convinces her he will play a pivotal role in defeating King Hyperion. Armed with that supernatural knowledge, she agrees to help Theseus assemble a small army capable of defeating the tyrannical king and preventing him from enslaving the entire human race. Stephen Dorff, Kellan Lutz, and John Hurt co-star.

    5. The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of The Unicorn

    Release Date: December 23rd

DreamWorks presents this computer-animated motion-capture adaptation of Georges Remi's beloved Tintin comic strip in this first installment of a planned trilogy. Steven Spielberg handles direction duties on the initial film, which is set to be followed by a second film helmed by Peter Jackson, who shares producing duties on the films along with Spielberg and Kathleen Kennedy. Jamie Bell provides the voice of Tintin, with Daniel Craig, Andy Serkis, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, and Toby Jones heading up the rest of the cast. Edgar Wright, Joe Cornish, and Steven Moffat provide the screenplay.

Well there they are. All of them look great. Ive also included trailers of each movie for you. But by far the best on the list is Tintin. I have been a fan of Tintin for many many years. Since I was a young boy. And there making a trilogy! So I hope it does well. Plz tell me what u think in the comments.

Top Movies Of Summer 2011 Part 2

Hey everyone. How have you all been doing? I am doing good. I have made a few purchases since my last blog. I have purchased a 32GB Ipod Touch, 32" Vizio LED 1080p Flatscreen for my room and a PS3 with some games. Alright enough about me. This is part 2 to my earlier movie blog like I said. This will show the other 5 movies that looks great this summer. Note: I am not a Harry Potter fan and am only including this movie since it is the last. Onto the movies:

    1. Green Lantern

    Release Date: June 17th

Hal is a gifted and cocky test pilot, but the Green Lanterns have little respect for humans, who have never harnessed the infinite powers of the ring before. But Hal is clearly the missing piece to the puzzle, and along with his determination and willpower, he has one thing no member of the Corps has ever had: humanity. With the encouragement of fellow pilot and childhood sweetheart Carol Ferris (Blake Lively), if Hal can quickly master his new powers and find the courage to overcome his fears, he may prove to be not only the key to defeating Parallax he will become the greatest Green Lantern of all.

    2. Transformers: Dark of The Moon

    Release Date: June 29th

The interstellar war between the Autobots and Decepticons shifts onto overdrive following the discovery of Sentinel Prime (voice of Leonard Nemoy) in this sequel from director Michael Bay. Only a precious handful of officials in the government and military realize that the 1969 moon mission was the result of an event that threatened profound repercussions for the entire human race. When the Apollo 11 astronauts discover the wrecked remains of Sentinel Prime on the surface of our natural satellite, they bring him back to planet Earth. But Sentinel Prime wasn't the only alien object on the moon, and when a malevolent new enemy makes its presence known, only the Autobots can save mankind from certain destruction.

    3. Harry Potter and The Deathly Hollows Part 2

    Release Date: July 15th

The final adventure in the Harry Potter film series follows Harry (Daniel Radcliffe), Ron (Rupert Grint), and Hermione (Emma Watson) as they prepare for a final battle with Lord Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes), who is determined to destroy Harry once and for all. In order to defeat the powerful wizard, they must find and destroy Voldemort's last and most elusive Horcrux -- that is, the enchanted piece of soul allowing him to remain immortal -- before his nefarious plans come to fruition.

    4. Captain America: The First Avenger

    Release Date: July 22nd

Meek U.S. Army soldier Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) takes part in an experimental military program that infuses him with super-human powers, and uses his newfound strength to battle the villainous Red Skull (Hugo Weaving) in this comic book adventure from director Joe Johnston The Wolfman, The Rocketeer). Tommy Lee Jones, Neal McDonough, and Stanley Tucci so-star in a film written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeeley (who previously collaborated on The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe).

    5. Cowboys & Aliens

    Release Date: July 29th

Based on the graphic novel by Scott Mitchell Rosenberg, Cowboys & Aliens starts in 1800s Arizona, where the local cowboys, headed by gunslinger Zeke Jackson (Daniel Craig), and the indigenous Apache tribe have been feuding fiercely for quite a while. Their skirmish is interrupted, however, by the appearance of a spaceship, commanded by an alien creature that's bent on enslaving the human race. It's time for a six-gun shoot-out between these cattle rustlers and space invaders, and there might even be a temporary peace between the cowboys and Indians as they both take aim at these extraterrestrial uninvited guests. Jon Favreau directs from a script by Star Trek scribes Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, with help from Lost's Damon Lindelof. Olivia Wilde, Harrison Ford, and Sam Rockwell fill out the headlining cast.

This should be the last installment of the summer movies but who knows there could be more that I over looked. Cya in the comments.
