All About Branmuffin316
My thoughts going into see Fast & Furious 6 was that it can't top what was for me, the most entertaining movie of 2011, Fast Five. Within ten minutes of the movie starting and seeing The Rock's interrogation scene, I was wrong. The exemplary character he portrays , Hobbs, struggles to keep within his boundaries as a man of justice. He uses reason to get answers out of his suspect, and depicts what every capable officer of the law does.
After the plot thickens when he must call for the help of criminals he was trying to detain in Fast Five. Once they learn what's at stake, and what Dom wants so badly, they agree to help him. The plot thickens so much more that it's at the consistency of honey. A lesser mind might call this Shakespeare-esque film convoluted, but that's what makes them a lesser mind. This movie has so many layers that one viewing isn't sufficient to digest the comprehensible masterpiece that is Fast & Furious Six.
As a character study, this makes Taxi Driver look like Samurai Cop. The tragedy and triumph of these relatable people strikes a chord harder than Pete Townshend. There is no longer any point in the production of movies any longer. The apex of cinema has arrived and it would be cruel and unusual punishment to subject a living being to anything of a lesser caliber. For the rest of time, movies will try to be like Fast & Furious 6, and they will all fail. For their efforts would lead to pretention, much like myself trying to sound like a guy who is capable of reviewing movies.
Now that I have run out incoherent analogies I will finish by saying that Fast & Furious 6 is simply the greatest movie ever made.
