  Something the Wii helped me Predict

  When I was a work yesterday, my mother, little brother, and his wierd friend went to the mall to do some Christmas shopping.  Then my little brother found the demos of the Wii and started playing that.  When they came home (and when I became $45 richer) she said that it looked fun.

  HOLY FREAKEN CRAP, my mom said a video game console looked fun. Is this the sign of the apocolypse. I mean when your mom of all people, who hasent played a video game in her whole life, seems interested in a console, something is either going wrong, or going right.

  The Reason Halo is so Popular

  I have been doing some thinking about this, because school is such a drag, and I realized somthing. The reason Halo is very very good is because there is not a lot of versions of them. I know this sounds strange but listen to this.

  Every year, EA shoves out its same game just with new graphics and updated rosters. How many Halo games are there, 2.  Granted that they both have great gameplay and graphics, but Bungie did a great job by not shoving it down our throats.  People like those games because there is nothing like them, mainly because only two of them exist.  When game companies shove the same game out, people tend to stray away. Especially when these new innovatie technologies are coming out. Halo makes its mark because of the lack of making a specticle of itself.  The people are the only reason this game is great. Those other games are popular by name.

  That is why Halo is that popular.

  Its Thanksgiving, you know what that means?

  I have talked to every person in my school I could find (theres like 3000 of us) and almost all of them said that all they were going to do was eat turkey and watch football. Why do they say this, because no one has come up with anything better to do.

  Get creative people, insted of saying football say televised sporting event. instead of saying eat turkey, say consuming wild poltrey. Come up with some new stuff to say for crying out loud.
