Batman: Blood on the Hands

It's three months after the deaths of Hugo Strange and the Joker and since Protocol 10. Bruce Wayne's campaign was successful and the Arkham City super-jail was closed. All of the criminals have been sent to the newly-built Arkham Asylum.

Wayne Enterprises is approached by Lex-Corp., who strongly insist they help revitalize Gotham's North-End. Not only does this mean that Lex Luthor now has a presence in Gotham, but also married reporters Clark Kent and Lois Lane.

Bruce Wayne is still recovering from that night in Arkham City. Traumatized by the death of the only woman he ever really loved, Bruce Wayne cuts himself off more from his companions and from his responsibilities as Batman.

That is, until Batman receives a warning from the Riddler. The warning is a plea to return to Gotham, as a threat has risen against Batman and all the people of Gotham. With Bruce Wayne still traumatized, will he be able to competently be able to don the Batman suit again and once more save Gotham?
