NEED HELP CHOOSING GAME! Shin Megami Tensai: Devil Survivor (DS) or Sims 3 (PC)
Now I know these are two completely different games to randomly choose from, but I don't want to spend a lot of money on both right now.
On one hand I never played Shin Megami Tensai, but its a very successful jrpg and spawned the persona series so its worth starting to get into.
On the other hand I have Sims 3, I love the sims series, but I can't help but think it is the same game with more content. However I'd still play it cause its Sims.
What should I get???

My Personal List: The 5 Best and Worst Games Ever!
The Best:
#1: Super Mario Bros. (NES)

Why? Because this game is so well known even non-gamers know it. Almost everyone knows the theme music. Almost everyone knows that annoying, "Sorry, but your princess is in another castle." It has references in pop culture such as TV, movies, books, and even other videogames. Mario has become the icon of gaming and this game is what jump started his legacy. Sure, Donkey Kong gave him his debut, but Super Mario Bros. led him to become the icon he is today.
#2: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64)
.jpg)
This game created the standard for all 3D-action adventures after it. An epic story, large open worlds, big towns, and complex dungeons and bosses. Also it fixed the biggest problem with 3D-platformers at the time, enemy interface. Turning and attacking an enemy could no longer be done as fluently as it could in NES days and LoZ: OoT fixed this enormous problem with a simple solution, the inclusion of Z-targetting. Itwas one of the biggest additions to 3D games and it is thanks to Ocarina of Time.
#3: Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (PS3)

Metal Gear Solid is famous for its long cinematics, engaging story, and Tactical Espionage Action. However, MGS4 does what no game has everdone before and that is create the perfect blend of emotion, cinema, and gameplay. This game gives you largest sense of accomplishment ever, you feel the drama finally come to an end after a twenty-year longgame series concludes. The cinematics are long, but engaging and thankfully have a pause option and skip option. Finally this game's ending can do what no other game does and that is really make you cry. Not just a tear or two, flat out cry. The ending is about an hour and ten minutes and is the most emotional ending I've ever seen offering some final closure and the death of a hero (not who you might think).
#4: Portal (PC, PS3, X360)

This game was a triumph. I'm making a note here, huge success. It's hard to overstate my satisfaction. (Hopefully you get the joke). Seriously this game is close to or is perfection. It is short, sweet, but satisfying. Seriously does anyone have any complaints about this game? A cool new idea, strange story, funny dialogue, a great ending, and a even greater ending song. The idea was simple, but created tons of challenges. Make two portals, go in one, come out the other. My favorite game ever, but not the best game ever.
#5: Final Fantasy VII

As overrated as it is, it is on my list for a reason. The story was amazing (though a rip-off of the FF6 story if you ask me). It also introduced the cool new Materia system giving you a little more customization of moves and such. However, the real seller for the best game list is that not only did this game reallygain the Final Fantasy series its popularity it also popularized the RPG genre in general. This opened the scene for more RPG series. And though highly overrated it will always be considered the best rpg ever.
The Worst:
#1: E.T. (Atari)

You might've expected this. A game thatalmost killed the videogame industry. A game so bad that all the surplus copies were crushed and buried in a landfill (seriously). Such an abomination that will be spat on by the gaming community forever.
#2: Custer's Revenge (Atari)
A game so bad I can't even find a decent picture to post. The objective of the game was to violate an indian girl as a pixelated naked man...yeah. It was so bad that the public's reaction almost destroyed the game industry...again. Just...why?
#3: Superman (N64)

If this screenshot doesn't show how bad it was, I'll explain. This game came out in 2000. Gamecube was soon to be released, but this game needed to be finished. So they rushed it out and Superman 64 was the result. A horrible game with absolutely no background or ground textures. No story. And every objective was to either fly through rings or stop a car. The controls were ridiciculous and time limits were nearly impossible. Just plain embarrasing.
#4: Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde (NES)

Your weapon doesn't do any damage to enemies. There is no story at all! If you die you turn into Dr. Hyde and get struck by lightning clouds that kill you in one hit and are almost impossible to see. A completely worthless and pointless game.
#5: CD-I Nintendo Games (CD-I)

Why nintendo gave the rights of Mario and Zelda to CD-I, will never understand. These games are so bad they're funny. A matter of fact they are so hilariously bad there are a series of videos caused by them called youtube poops which can be found on youtube, of course.

Well that is my list. So give your opinions: do you agree? what would be your list?
