Weeds Season Finale, and recap of other Shows I watch over the week.
I can't wait to see the Weeds season finale on Monday. At first, it didn't strike me as interesting, but when I saw the almost naked Justin Chatwin jumping up and down on a guy's queen sized bed and making out in a jacuzzi, I was instantly hooked. Too bad that I haven't seen him since. I can't wait how the show ends. Last night, I got to see Everwood. One name: Justin Baldoni. OMG. I can't get enough of that scene. It's a good thing his character gets more development on next week's episode. But that cutie Gregory Smith is still on. I do miss the dark dark dark purple hair but I like the long hair too. I didn't like the sideburn action he had at the beginnning of the last season. Next off: Supernatural, starring the two hot ones, Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, both Texan. I understand that Jared has a thick Southern accent but Jensen does not. Interesting note: Jared played a character named Dean on Gilmore Girls, and now his onscreen brother plays a character named Dean. I'm glad they decided not to make Supernatural like Buffy nor Blade. It has a feel all its own. I do hope that the characters get one step closer to finding their missing father. Next off, my favorite, Prison Break. One name, Wentworth Miller. OMG. The exotic looks alone makes my heart hurt. The acting is also very good. I understand that Mr. Miller has a Brit accent and that Dominic Purcell, who plays his onscreen brother, has an Aussie accent, like I did all so long ago. After all that's been said and done, the brothers of "Prison Break" are one step closer to busting out of prison. And last but certainly not least, Rome. All I can say is that those wacky Brits really know what they're doing when they portray historical dramas. I am reminded of Helen of Troy (no, not that farce of a movie, Troy) and the Odyssey starring Armand Assante. I can't wait for the scene when Julius Caesar gets assassinated on the Forum steps (and to those reading this, that is not a spoiler, okay?) Read some William Shakespeare or a book sometime, why don't you?" Ok, so now I'm signing off. Till next week!- Posted Oct 7, 2005 12:17 pm PT

New Justice League on Saturday! Yay!
I am so excited that there is a new Justice League (a 2 parter at that) this coming Saturday! Grodd, the quintessential schemer that he is, invites another schemer, Lex Luthor, who we saw changed from last season when he found himself unwittingly bonded to Braniac, to join the Legion of Doom. The superfriends' Legion of Doom? Well, there's 3 original members there, isn't there? The only one that doesn't have a post-Superfriends appearance is Black Manta. Thus, I cannot wait for the roster of villains the writers have chosen to Challenge the Superfr- er, Justice League Unlimited, especially now that the Watchtower is gone. I can't wait! I can't wait!- Posted Sep 14, 2005 2:35 pm PT

New shows report part 1
I have just finished this lazy Labor day (and yes, Todayborday is Labor day) and I have watched the ff. new shows on DV-R, and for those of you that don't quite know what that is, it's Time Warner's version of TiVo, without the annoying suggestions and other superfluous stupidity.
I guess you can say that this is a prelude of what I have to say about the shows, those being Rome on HBO and Prison Break on Fox. Both promising and engaging and you would do nothing else but beg and beg and beg for more. Since I am running short on time and would actually like to discuss those two shows in detail, I will leave it at this: those two shows are excellent and I can't wait for more.- Posted Sep 6, 2005 2:03 am PT
