So I was going to University like usual on my way there when I bump into 3 homeless people at the same time going "Spare some change? Change?" now do you remember that South Park episode with the homeless and all that? Well, I reacted the same way like that going "I DON'T HAVE ANY CHANGE! I DON'T HAVE ANY CHANGE!!!!!!" and some people around me got the reference and laughed, while others thought I was crazy. They just crossed the line and were asking for it, I was trying to stop myself but couldn't. XD

For some reason my original post got deleted and now I'm suspicious. Basically they ruined Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 for PC and I'm not allowed to say that? Am I going to get banned for a bad opinion of a game? Anyway I'm trying to remember what I found out after I got the game today about no dedicated servers, using Steam, 18 player limit and no mods, yeah I'm outraged and something like that. Might take it back but not sure I'll make my mind up by Thursday since its still sealed. If GameSpot ban me over this then they've really, really gone downhill.

Well last year I didn't really celebrate Halloween but today I'm going to a party so HAPPY HALLOWEEN everyone! Jeez its been a while since I last checked my profile as well!

I'm stuck between deciding on either Mario or Duke Nukem to win the whole thing because I'm voting on the character itself, not the games so its quite tricky but I think Mario is most likely going to win the whole thing but nevertheless if Duke Nukem made it to the final that would be awesome (Not sure if he's going to beat Link though, depends on how people vote and judge it). I think its crazy that Gordon Freeman is beating Snake at this moment and Sonic lost out really early as well.

Oh, and in other news I sent my Xbox 360 to Microsoft yesterday to repair/replace it after non stops of RROD and when it finally came on it crashed when I tried to play Guitar Hero World Tour so that sucks because I want to get Guitar Hero 5 and I just recently got Batman Arkham Asylum on PC and its bloody awesome and RE5 on PC hopefully very soon as well.

Ok so there's me surfing the GameSpot forums reading stupid Fanboy posts on System Wars and what do you know? I hear noises behind my computer and what do I see? Two mice moving around my bedroom. They made these minor noises and before I knew there were there I thought I had a ghost in my bedroom or something. Should I kill them with a mouse trap or trap and release them back in the wild?

It's all finished at last! My last absolute final day was today and I finished before most of the people and I'm expecting the top grades so I'm happy and I fishnied 20 days before I'm suposed to actually finish. Hooray!

Yay! My 2nd favourite time of the year has arrived: The Summer Holidays! I have no idea what I'm going to do now since I have so many games and movise to finish and there's just so much to do and with an extended 2 months of nothing to worry about, its a long time so I'm just gonna chill-out, enjoy the time off and enjoy the weather! What a great year this is turning out to be.

Well I'm having a big rest after one week of hard school work and I've still got a bit left but looking good so far and to be honest, not been doing much where I am, going fishing, visiting places I've been to before, and enjoying the scenery. It's really hard to get Internet access here so this is probably going to be the only time I'm on GameSpot on the holiday.

I brought Wipeout HD for PS3 while I was here and it's a pretty awesome game. Lost my DS and PSP mains adapter but hopefully its around here somewhere.Good fun nevertheless and I hope to show you some pictures of me when I return properly. Oh and I don't drink alcohol except Bacardi Breezers. Is that a bad thing, becaue I had a school prom last week and they weren't very impressed.

I'm on my last week of school at last and it finally ends on Friday but there's a prom on Thursday and I have to finish all my work by then because I've got a brief short holiday coming up so its gonna be pretty tight.

I've been also playing the Ghostbusters game on PS3 and it's pretty good though the ghosts are really hard to catch sometimes. Nevertheless its good to see all of the crew again lol, oh and I watched the 1st film on Blu-Ray. Best movie evar!

This week has been amazing! First a cool holiday confirmed and then what do you know? We get a freakin' 40 inch Samsung HDTV in our living room! I've underestimated how good Blu-Ray looks on one of these in 1080p. My favourites so far on it are Wall-E, The Matrix, Transformers, and Independance Day. Finally, now all we need is a huge sound theatre kit for the ultimate experience! I haven't even tried my PS3 games on it yet lol! Not sure what's better: Holiday or HDTV!

Looks like its true! It's been planned supposedly that in August we're going to Las Vegas and Los Angeles! Woohoo!

Had to make sure it wasn't a time when I was at University, and they mentioned staying in a pyramid hotel or something.

I hope I get to go to Six Flags Magic Mountain and Disneyland too. I guess I'll have to wait and see, though it seems such a a long way away...

I think I'm going on a proper holiday either this year or next year (Last one was 3 years ago back in Florida I believe).

Me and my parents have knocked it down to California or Canada/New York. Which one out of the two? Remember, either way I don't mind which one out of the two! Hell, even Japan could be another choice too if we find low enough prices.

Nevertheless, I'll be happy with whichever one we pick out of these!

For the past2 years I've been wearing glasses since I was diagnosed with being short-sighted and have always wondered what it would be like to take the opportunity of taking laser eye surgery in the future to fix this. The potentialrisk from this on what I've heard is thatit doesn't always work and can actually make your eyes worse!

I tried contact lenses and to be honest I had trouble with putting them in since my eyes were very sensitive to what touches the eye and it was hard to keep them open, making it seem less likely that I'll be permenantly abandoning glasses for lenses. Nevertheless, I've questioned whether or not I should be bothering to wear glasses all the time or just only when necessary, since I've kinda been used to not wearing them all the time.

It's not that I hate wearing glasses, its just sometimes I wonder like 3 years ago I never needed them and all of a sudden my eyes just kinda f**ked up like that. Yeah, looking at the computer monitor all the time doesn't help, but I argue to my parents and stuff like if I didn't spend my time enough on it I wouldn't have acomputer aimed target job in the future.

Just found out that 3D Realms is still alive!

Yay! That means we'll see Duke Nukem Forever on a heavily modified Unreal 3 Engine in 5 years time!

So its almost been a week since the Duke Nukem Forever developers 3D Realms closed down, and I'm still having a hard time getting over it. I've been hyping this game right from the beginning of 1997/1998 waiting patiently for the game to be released no matter whether it was good or not and this is how it alle nds?

I've been reading the official forums alot and keeping up to date with the news, with most people suspecting a conspiracy theory that 3D Realms are cleverlystepping this out to be a huge "marketing hype" tactic, but seriously, after seeing the ENTIRE plot released on the Internet and minor information linking itup accurately, I really think the whole thing is true. I'd reallylove to be proven wrong, but the more leaks this game gets the more likely the company really did shut down and the game was probably so close to finishing as well.Kind of ironic so much footage we've all been looking foris coming out now though, perhaps too much.

I really 'want to believe' this game will be released in at least a demo or beta form, or maybe it really is 100% complete, but I can't really say anything for sure and not sure what to believe in for Duke Nukem Forever anymore. With gameplay footage looking really good in my opinion reminding me of the good old times with Duke Nukem 3D, it sure looked fun to play and I probably wouldn't have been disappointed with it. Wihout any official confirmation however, there is no closure yet for this and I wonder if there will be one at all. If its all a clever marketing scheme, then I'll be damned, but here's hoping that something will come out for everyone who's been working and waiting patiently for 13 years here.

Long live Duke Nukem no matter what! Hail to the king baby!

So there was my Easter holiday off school two weeks off and what do you know? I get ill the first day off and this illness lasted over a week and I had two weeks off. It sucked because I couldn't get out of bed and when I needed to go to the bathroom I had like 30 seconds to do it otherwise my vision got all blurry and I'd probably pass out if I lasted too long. I kept get headaches and didn't leave my room for ages. Easter passed and I had no easter eggs and my Xbox 360 is f**ked and quite frankly I wanted to go on the Saw ride at Thorpe Park but I was too ill! End of holiday already and well at least I had my laptop with me to occupy my time but still major suckage nevertheless. Oh, and guess what I did with my few days I was not ill: I saw Dragonball Evolution at the cinema and it was terrible!

I've been hearing about this all over the place and people are considering this a game console? I thought it was just a PC hooked up by video streaming so it tricks the user into thinking they have the console. Basically its a cool idea but to be honest I think it would annoy me to see that I wouldn't own anything anymore if this system was implemented. What if the OnLive business fails? Do I lose all my games and my money spent on the service or what? Also, what about people with not so great Internet speeds? I'd be lucky to hit 100kb per second on any download so I guess that's high definition out of the reach for me. Oh, and I heard there will be zero latency on the system that's like rubbish because in order for the game to run totally smooth there would have to be no lag at all! I'm sorry, but surely this isn't possible yet?

In other news I've finally got 1000 gamerpointson an Xbox 360 game at last! Resident Evil 5 and it took bloody ages! Took me almost 2 years to finally get all the achievements on a proper game! That stupid AI on professional difficulty got on my nerves and finding those emblems and treasures took a while but its done. Most of them were fairly easy to be honest anyway but that's what I've spent my last 2 weeks on hehehe.
