Well, I still can't spend large amounts of cash on anything just yet, but I did manage to get down to my cousin's yard sale he was having. He is only 14 years old, and is trying to save up for a camcorder so I decided to help out his fund raising by buying a few things from him. I overpaid dearly, but it was for a good cause. The whole lot cost me $15

    Triple Play 2000, for N64
Turok the Dinosaur Hunter, for N64 *already in my collection, now a double*
an N64 Transfer Pak for the Pokemon Stadium games *I already had 2 of these*

Wario Land 3, for Game Boy Color
A Nyko Shock 'N' Rock accessory for the Game Boy Color
A *Pelican Brand* Power Grip Rechargable Battery for the Game Boy Color

    Sim Ant, for PC

Finding Nemo, for Game Boy Advance

This added 4 new games to my collection, and the money spent went to a good cause.

Well, everyone knows I collect games, even my grandmother. When she was out hitting a few yard sales last weekend she bought some games for me. She just got them to me now but they were purchased last Saturday ( 05 / 04 / 2005 ). I believe she paid $1 each for them.

    05 / 06 / 2005

    Blasto, for PS1
    Stuntman, for PS2
    Legends of Wrestling, for XBOX
Bruce Lee: Quest of the Dragon, for XBOX

Now on to the sad news, due to some recent money troubles I will be cutting back on game buying for the next few weeks. I just need to get back on track financially and buying multitudes of games was really cutting into my buget. To all my loyal journal fans: The journal won't be updated as much since I won't be buying anything, but I promise things won't stay this way forever, but for now I can't afford to buy anything.

I have found a new spot to buy used games.... Bull Moose Music has used, Sega, SNES, N64, Dreamcast, PS1, and all the next gen consoles games for sale. I didn't think to check in there until I saw a sign on the window that said they had used games. Its right on my way to YCT so now I might make it a place I frequent often. They are a little high priced but the selection is quite good. I walked away with only 2 new games for the collection as I need to save up a bit of money for a trip I'm going on.

    05 / 31 / 2005

    Alundra 2, for PS1, $5.97

    Grandia II, for Dreamcast, $11.97

add in $.90 for tax and I spent $18.84 total.

One of my next door neighbors knows that I collect games and she happened to have a few she didn't want anymore and amazingly they happened to be ones I didn't have. So she gave me 7 PS1 games and 4 memory cards for nothing. As you will see by the titles, they are games a girl would buy, but none of that matters to me. Free stuff, I'll take it!!

    05 / 30 / 2005

    Barbie Race and Ride
    Casper: Friends Around the World
    Detective Barbie: The Mystery Cruise
    Pink Panther: Pinkadelic Pursuit
    Rayman Brain Games
Sabrina the Teenage Witch: A Twitch in Time
    ZoBooMaFoo
4 Memory Cards (15 blocks each w/ a performance jewel case)

Well, I haven't posted as much in the last few days as I have been quite busy. I have some catching up to do on my game finds journal. So thats what I'm here to do. I also recently noticed I have a few fans of my journal by reading the comments on some of my other journal entries. So I hope you enjoy this update.

Well this stuff was purchased on my last yard sale outing, which was last Saturday. Most of these are PC games as you will read and 1 PS1 game thrown in for good measure. It was just a PC kind of day I guess. Maybe next week will be console week at the yard sales. Some of the PC games are a little pricey at $2.00 a piece, as I usually only like to spend $1.00 each on them. Its just so hard to pass a game by.

    05 / 21 / 2005

Jeff Gordon XS Racing (w/large manual), for PC, $2.00
Hunting 2 Pak: The Hunting Game and Whitetail Extreme (complete in box), for PC, $2.00
Theme Hospital (w/ large manual), for PC, $2.00
Tonka Monster Trucks, for PC, $2.00
3D Ms. Maze: Tropical Adventures, for PC, $2.00
    Tonka Construction, for PC, $2.00
    Lemmings Paintball, for PC, $2.00
    Deadly Dozen, for PC, $1.00
    Frogger, for PC, $1.00
    Shadow Warrior, for PC, $1.00
    Army Men, for PC, $1.00
British Open Championship Golf, for PC, $1.00

    Destruction Derby 2, for PS1, $2.00

This gave me 13 New Games for my collection page!

    ___________________________________________________________

Now on to what I bought yesterday... I decided to go to Goodwill in Dover NH, to see what I could find. As usual they had some good stuff although they are getting more pricey on the Genesis games as of late. I also bought an "already in my collection" complete copy of Fun 'N' Games to replace my copy that was a little beat. This was another $3.95

    05 / 25 / 2005

Bo Jackson Baseball (complete), for PC, $.95

PGA Tour Golf '96 (w/box), for Genesis, $3.95
PGA European Tour (complete), for Genesis, $3.95
    Crystal's Pony Tale (w/box), for Genesis, $3.95

So this added 4 New Games to my collection page!!

Hope you enjoyed reading my latest finds you journal followers!!

It is a great find, and only cost $325.00 + $20.00 shipping = $345.00 total. At least I got to spend my money on something!! Still sad about losing that Jaguar lot though.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8187831515&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEDW%3AIT&rd=1

Stopped in at GoodWill a few days ago and picked up some more PC games. I'm just getting around to writing this entry now, nothing was that interesting though..... Its just 2 new games for my collection page.

    Animation Hangman $1.95
    StoneKeep $1.95

Also, I recently traded with the user JerseyDevil on AtariAge. I traded the NES games Operation Wolf and Power Blade for a his NES game Times of Lore.
