With the holidays just around the corner, I find myself trying to figure out which games to get!  With all the new toys coming out this year, budgeting and choosing games gets tough.  Especially when you have the release of two brand spankin new consoles, who wouldn't have this kind of conundrum.  Anyway, what more could you ask when you've got titles like Gears of War (360), Zelda, FFIII, and Assassins Creed coming in the near future.  The world of gaming just gets better and better.  Hopefully you all will be as stoked as I am.  By the way, is there a patch out for Saints Row yet?  (Damn the multiplayer is fun, but c'mon....)

I must admit, Saints Row is an addictive game, just like an other sandbox title.  I'm very disappointed, however, in the glitches, freezes, and multiplayer lag that I encounter when I play.  For a company as well known as THQ, you would think they would take a bit more pride in their work.  Ah well, I guess we'll just have to wait for a patch to get things running smoothly...That's one thing I hate about "Nex-Gen" and constantly being connected to the Internet.  It's almost as if consoles were moving to migrate with PC's.  The whole reason I like consoles is for the fact I don't have to update my games.  Why must it come to this!
