I've been using photoshop for over a year now, it came to my senses that photoshop isn't the ultimate tool for digital painting (at least the version I have) so I downloaded Corel Painter X trial to test it out.

This is my third day using it and all I can tell is... what a difference! you get to feel that you are holding a real brush, the visualisation is fantastic and also you get to have your own color palette !

All I need is just to get a proof that I'm a university student and I'll get 75% off ! I guess its the perfect time for an upgrade


On the other hand: Huge updates are comming soon, I'm currently working on a big painting and will be posting all my WIP and steps in Graphic Studio union, even if you're not a member come check us out

I'm also working on 2 school projects :
1) Building a sound amplifier ( 75% completed)
2) Writing a thermostate code using C language and Assembly. (50% completed)

You've probably noticed my activity went down to zero last week, all I can say that our teachers are tourchering us with rediculously long assignments and lab reports.

On the other hand on 18 February I got 1 week off ! so I will be posting regularly and I'll try to finish the LP I was working on.

I'm going through my final exams at the moment, I should be finished by the 17th .

I was checking the boards and found the game of the year thread/voting page, I was 50/50 about bioshock and the orange box, both games are amazing but I voted for the more fun game imo(orange box), you can get over 100+ hours of fun since it has over 5 games + team fortress 2 which is an amazing multiplayer team game.

Been hyped for old games lately, the only games I'm getting for sure isassassin creed and unreal tournment3 (maybe), anywaysI just ordered H.E.D.Z., broken sword 1 and 2, I might reinstall populous the begining and play commander keen again.
