    When the walls came down all the way to hell [this may be my last blog here...]

    Ok... this is a short update (I think... I might ramble ). In a way to say goodbye, well at least to some of you. Please don't untrack me cause I might come back, but at least for now I'm leaving. I'm trying to get into Livejournal, cause it's much bigger and you can find lots of people with the same obsessions as you, also as an icon maker it's much more fun... But you guys are still 1000 more times awesome!!

    I miss you a lot. I even miss the ones I sometimes talk to cause we don't get to talk nearly enough

    If anyone is wondering how and what I'm doing, I'm just watching lots of stuff with Callum... still very obsessed. I'm behind of half of the shows I watch, including Castle which is on my top 10 list... I don't even want to watch Supernatural all that much and it's my favorite running show. I'm not even sure how much I want to watch stuff with Callum I enjoy it a lot but I'm not really excited about it. I hate this kind of mood, when I'm not in the mood to watch stuff. School has been going a little too well Life is alright... I've gotten a lot of friends in my **** which is nice But I'm finding myself getting annoyed with Ester because she doesn't get me *sigh* and she's my best friend... I don't even get easily annoyed with people (things yes, people no). And I don't know what to do with that... I could talk to her, but I'd really prefer to avoid that... I really need a long ramble about this, but I won't do it here...

    My parents are in Oslo today Which means I have the house for myself

    Oh and if you want to I'm sure I could find the time to blog once a month, but I just figured you wouldn't be interested in that if I didn't comment on your blogs and I get that...

    Jeez just saying that gets me wet!

    dunno why I chose that as a title. I had a weird norwegian song & Lew Ashby quotes stuck in my head today Lew Ashby quotes are all mostly very dirty...

    Well I was planning on having a blog called 7 Layer Bean Dip of the Gods today, but I guess that will have to wait. I'm about halfway done with it though I didn't have internet when I came home today, which means I couldn't download and watch stuff. So I ended up photoshopping random pictures on my computer. mostly screencaps that I have taken while watching stuff So yeah... this is a blog about nothing.

    Big damn heroes

    I felt like blogging. But I have no idea about what So I'll just say random things that pop into my head while typing

    My internet has been acting strange and not working properly all day *runs down to fix it for the 7th time today*

    Right now I'm going through random folders on my latest photobucket accout. This is always fun to do... I was reminded that my Alexander Skarsgård icon violated the TOS of photobucket and now looks like this:


    and now I feel like checking out my very first Photobucket account ever. I imagine I will find lots of funny and weird stuff there. Wow I actually foud a pretty picture I made *dies of shock*

    It was a request that's why it says "about Sunny". It's weird how I don't remember any of the people I talked to during my Charmed obsession, I hope I won't forget about you guys if I ever leave tv.com Well that's unlikely to happen cause I'm sure you are way more awesome


    This is very interesting... I just found out my stripping NPH icon gets like 200 views every day on gamespot.com. So either someone has stolen it or a lot of my friends use the site to comment on blogs and sh*t. That NPH icon has gotten 72754 views since July

    Wow I should really start having blog ideas from now on or I will go on about some other site forever next time

    I reorganised my DVDs again today... cause my mom said I had to do something productive and this was the only thing I could think of that would be fun as well This alphabetically, that's gonna be SO confusing I realised Ester still has my House season 3 DVD, she has had it for like 6 months I hope she finds it (fingers crossed).

    Speaking of DVDs. I finally got (and watched) the DVDs Ela sent me I was gonna have 100 smileys instead of just 3 but then I figued my blog would probably go over the character limit Well I got a show called Bliss and a movie called Suspicious River. Both had a lot of shirtless Callum so I was very happy I have promised myself to try and not talk about Callum too much so I won't tell you more I'm also waiting for the DVDs I ordered. I'll get them sometime next week. I ordered Bones season 3, BSG season 3, the BSG mini series and Due South season 3 & 4. Due South probably won't come anytime soon though as it was out of stock. But I really shouldn't rewatch it yet anyway Icons from Suspicious River:

    That's CKR and Molly Parker. They also worked together in Twitch City. Which is a very weird comedy I have just seen. With very weird I do really mean very weird... in one episode cats take over the world You can watch the whole show on youtube. I like them realistic, I can even like HIMYM less sometimes for being unrealistic. The show has a pretty loyal fanbase, I've read some very good reivews! I give it 8.4/10. 8.5 or higher means I love a show Of course I'm biased cause I'm completely in love with Newbie (CKR's character). Callum does comedy well

    I finnished BSG somtime not too long ago I ended up loving the show a lot but I admit that it was very hard for me to get into it. It's not easy to watch a show when your favorite character is a background character either. Leoben (CKR's character) is my favorite character on the show My second favorite character is Starbuck She's so badass The storylines are amazing! But I found some of the characters completely uninteresting even though most grew on me a lot. The cylon centric stuff was always my favorite even without Leoben I rated the show 9.1 BSG icons:

    I've also been watching an old Canadian/American show called Due South. Bea (Emma5000) is a huge fan of it and CKR stars in 2 of the seasons. It's a really fun dramedy and has some very awesome characters Even the wolfdog is pure awesomeness. You should check this show out if you haven't seen it. I'm pretty excited about watching the early seasons without Callum as well. I have this show rated as 9.3, but it may change a lot cause I haven't even seen half of the show.

    Now onto newer television I'm not really feeling this fall season and not watching much.

    Supernatural has had a great season so far! Not loving it as much as I love last season yet but that's one of my favorite seasons ever and I can't expect anything to be that good Every episode has been a lot of fun Oh and I just remembered something weird Ester asked me why the f*ck they would have Paris Hilton on the show and I answered to kill her of course! Who doesn't wanna see Paris Hilton's head being chopped off? That was before the episode, I just had a feeling they would chop her head off and I'm barely reading any spoilers this season, I was even usure weither she was gonna be evil or not

    How I Met Your Mother is as awesome as ever! I love all the Barney/Robin stuff!

    Californication is tomorrow. YAY!!! What do you guys think of this season so far? I'm pretty thrilled about it getting renewed for a fourth season already

    Dexter has been awesome Both the episodes were really exciting! Though I do feel like Dexter is a show that's much more fun to watch on DVD as a marathon than waiting a week between every episode. I really want Dexter to have some more time to just relax (and kill). Dexter is really only his true self when he's alone. I also kinda hope Dexter and Rita will get divorced or something

    Bones has been surprisingly good this season. Makes me love the show a little more, but not much more. I'm not ready to forgive it yet Give me some shirtless David and I'll be much more willing to forgive it

    Castle has had a fun season as well. Unfortunatly I'm not enjoying it nearly as much as I did the first season. My obsession isn't focused on Nate this time around. Also Castle (the character) was much more awesome in the pilot than the rest of the show But we did get to hear Nate say "BAM said the lady" again *swoon* Wanna hear him say it again?     I think House might have its best season yet It has been so awesome so far! Hugh is so awesome! & the old team is back (for now). I'm kinda sad that I've been spoiled about the casting thing I'm sure everyone else knows, but in case you don't I won't spoil you Because those are exactly the kind of spoilers I hate, I like all others! But this is the spoiler that you can't avoid. LAME. Did I mention Hugh is awesome?

    Big Bang Theory is fun Not a fan of the Penny/Leonard though

    I'm not really enjoying Dollhouse much... if it hadn't been Joss' show I would have stopped watching it now...

    I gave up Gossip Girl, Glee and Grey's Anatomy at least for now... those would have been even less fun to watch than Dollhouse. I'd much rather get back to them when I can enjoy them, which is pretty much anytime but now.

    I do enjoy Eastwick though... which is weird cause the show is bad. I'm only watching it for Paul Gross (who is the lead of Due South). He's the mysterious dude who one of the main characters is making a sculpture of.     My sister got engaged and they bought a boat I'm really happy for her

    Happy birthday Jess!

    Todayish is Jess' birthday. It's still the 6th here and her birthday is on the 7th but I'm pretty sure it's the 7th already in Australia and hoping that it's morning and not night

    I'm hoping the person this title is ment for recognises it before I actually say it

    Well it's meant for Ela and as I've told her I owe her for the rest of my life Because of her I'll soon be able to see Suspicious River and Bliss She is the most awesome person ever for giving this gift to me

    I don't really feel like blogging. I don't really have time for it either. So this probably won't be too long. TV.com didn't work on my computer for a while and I couldn't blog and I had to find a different way to comment on your blogs, I won't bore you with specifics. But I fixed it.

    I have gotten a brand new obsession since my last blog. Callum Keith Rennie Which some of you have already heard about cause I keep going on and on about it

    Well he made me do something that seemed like the impossible. Watch Battlestar Galactica. For a whole year now I have been trying to get into the show... and well he's got me watching He's not even on the show yet and I'm still watching it Well by now the show have grown a lot on me and I really like it. I've loved some episodes. Disliked or barely liked about half. But it's getting better. Season 2 so far is much better than one and I'm starting to enjoy the characters a lot It's a great show, not completely for me but that's not gonna keep me from watching it. Callum is Leoben btw. The cylon with the terrible shirts.

    I watched Harper's Island for him as well, although I only watched the pilot and final four episodes. But I'll get back to the show and watch the rest. MAJOR SPOILER ALERT!! Since I watched the show for him and disliked the pilot. I rooted for him to kill everybody (he was the killer)

    I watched some other random shows and movies with him but you are probably not interested in hearing my opinion on that. If you are ask

    I rewatched Californication season 2, twice He plays Lew Ashby there and Lew is now one of my favorite characters ever!

    Speaking of Californication. I got my hands on a pre air of the first two epsiodes this season of Californication They were awesome and I loved Ed Westwick on it. High Hank made me laugh my ass off! Unhigh Hank, but less. Charlie and his wife are lame as always. I really disliked the (mark if you want spoiler) rape thing. Not a big fan of the way his daughter is acting either.

    *can't talk about Supernatural without spoilers*
    Supernatural was amazing both weeks I loved both episodes. The thing with the devil seems very interesting. I like that Cas isn't in every scene of the show, I was expecting to see him more. But I like Cas for now, until he f*cks it up again. I like Cas whenever he stops acting for a dick for a few episodes. The four horsmen are coming, the apocalypce is really starting I LOVED that Dean whistled at the car So in character and yet a clue The ending shocked me. I can't believe the brothers are splitting up. I doubt it will be for more than 2 episodes, but still

    Bones was amazing and I wasn't expecting it to be Booth looked very hot unshaved. *again with the spoiler alert * like I said, I loved this episode. But I don't trust the writers anymore. Especially not with Booth loving Brennan. If they take it back I will never forgive them... they have to go forwards. They can't take a bigass leap and step back later, there is nothing lamer than that. I wish season 4 never happened and that either BB slowly grew into lovers or that they just didn't do anything about their relationships. I hate huge leaps... it's not natural. I wish they would let it develop naturally, steps backwards annoy me the most though.

    Since I'm very busy watching Battlestar Galactica I don't have time for shows I don't love at the moment. So new shows and shows like Glee and Fringe will be downloaded but I'll wait to watch them until I have time. Which will most likely be in a week because that's when the holidays start.

    I skipped school twice this week... and one more day I did nothing but to talk to my friends for six hours. I've been so lazy lately I skipped school and watched BSG instead lol.

    I have nothing more to tell you... I really haven't been doing much lately but obsess over CKR

    Idiot Box.

    Title: Giles from Buffy. He calls the computer an idiot box But Jenny says that's TV and since I'm gonna talk about TV I thought it was a fitting title. Even though it's nothing idiotic about good TV.

    First of all I wanna say you have until the end of next Saturday to answer the quiz in my last blog, but I'll get to correcting and sending you the points you got right after this blog, it gives me something to do while i'm waiting for comments Emiko and Zala asked for a little time cause they are very busy so I gave it to them

    Well I'm finally caught up with True Blood. And I now have a huge crush on Alexander Skarsgård He's so sexy! He's even sexy when he speaks Sweedish, which really is a first to me cause it's one of the few languages I dislike. Along with German and Danish. I think all of those languages sound just weird. Sweedish to a lesser extent than Danish and German though I can understand Sweedish and Danis pretty much perfectly though Which means I can not read the text under True Blood They don't always translate it exactly the same way, which makes it fun! Yes I'm weird.

    I've also seen about 6 episodes of Six Feet Under. What an amazing show! I love it already I don't know why Jodie and Ela don't think Michael is hot in that. Sure he's hotter as Dexter but really you can't be that picky Well it's an amazing show. All the characters a flawed in the best way possible which really drives the show and makes it amazing. I'm gonna end up loving this show so much!

    I also watched the Dexter premiere. Loved the episode. People are saying this season is gonna be better than season 2. I think it could happen, but that it's unlikely. The baby was a little annoying, but it doesn't look like that that's gonna keep going on. But the murder thing looks really good I'm just not sure how much I'm gonna enjoy Dexter having less time to himself... I like Dexter alone better than Dexter with other people. It's the only time we see his true self.

    I was actually gonna post my fall TV scheduale again Everyone seems to be doing it and fall is almost here which makes me psyched

    MONDAYS

    • Gossip Girl - I may not love this show the way I used to, but I'm still gonna watch it as long as I love it. But if the show doesn't get better I will stop watching. My wish is that the show will improve and that the storylines and couples will be more original. Make it less soapy please!
    • How I Met Your Mother - Awesome show! My second favorite that's currently airing. Look desperatly forward to the Barney/Robin stuff. No way I'm giving up on this show, ever! I want Robin and Barney to date for at least half of the season and then break up, I don't want them to stay together. I'd love it if they find a good way to get Barney over her but not in a way where it seems forced. Also I hope Ted isn't as desperate as usually. I'd love for the mother to be some random thing and not like the first date with Robin!
    • Castle - I can't wait to see Nate feed the birds and hear the Firefly refference! I can't wait for the opening scene: it's hot and huge! I'm super excited about everything about this show. That's in any way Nate related anyway. Wishes: Some Castle/Beckett shipping moments maybe sex but not love or anything like that. I don't want them together yet. A Nate shirtless scene. Nathan getting more of his own jokes in, I do recognise them
    • Big Bang Theory - Awesome show! Enough said. Wish: More Penny/Sheldon even if it's just as friends
    • Heroes - Backup plan if I'm bored. Not really planning to watch it. Wish: Same quality as season 1.
    • Acsidentaly on purpose - Looks pretty bad but it's paired up with himym so whatever! hope it will surprise me. Watching the pilot and I'll see if it's worth watching then. Wish: Don't suck. Don't make HIMYM's ratings fall!

    TUESDAYS

    • V - I may not be a fan of the alien part of sci-fi but I do love the actors so I'm sold! One of the very few new shows I'm gonna watch more than the pilot of no matter what Wish: For it to be AWESOME!!

    WEDNESDAYS

    • Glee - Another one of the new shows I'm gonna watch more of no matter what. The pilot was good and I hope to fall for this show Wish: more awesome songs like don't stop believing Characterdevelopment.
    • The Beautiful Life - Looks bad, but Mischa Barton is worth a pilot Wish: for it to actually be really good and have great characters.
    • Mercy - Michelle Tratchtenberg could make me watch whatever. If the pilot sucks I won't watch though.
    • Modern Family - Another new show. I needed more shows on Wednesdays so I'm really just trying a lot. Looks pretty good though.
    • Eastwick - Another show I'll be able to tell 100% sure if it's gonna suck or be good after the pilot. Hope it's good.

    THURSDAYS

    • Vampire Diaries - Pilot will definatly be enough to determine if this show is awesome or lame. No twilight wannabe please!
    • Supernatural - It's gonna be the best season in the history of TV except for Buffy and Angel Wish: Nothing that they haven't already promised us except I want a sex scene with Dean
    • Bones - I'm acutually a little excited over this season Wish: At least back to season 1 quality. Make another terrible season and I'm not bothering to keep this show on my top 10 list. Will always watch it for David, but I will bash it and make fun of it if it's bad. MAKE IT GOOD!!
    • Saturaday Night Live Weekend Update - I'm gonna start watching SNL I have no idea what this Thursday show is but I'll check it out!
    • Fringe - Good show. The finale made me excited for the next season. Wish: Don't make it too confusing, drop the procedural ****and characterdevelopment. I want Olivia to have actual powers she can use. Get more sci-fi like
    • The Office - Cause I feel like trying to watch it once a week. Might work out. Might not. I don't care about catching up though.
    • FlashForward - After V this is the show I'm the most excited about
    • Grey's Anatomy - Still love the show but not as much as before. Wish: more Mark and Lexie focus. More interesting Derek storylines. More Christina and Meredith moments. Kill off some characters or let them leave. Don't bring any new ones in. Make it less soapy!
    • 30 Rock - Amazing comedy

    FRIDAYS

    • Dollhouse - Joss Whedon. Enough said. Wish: Less Eliza/Echo focus. Eliza to grow into the role. More episodes written and directed by Joss. For it to get darker and closer to the 13th episode. Characterdevelopment for Paul Ballard please! Make Amy Acker's character even more interesting. As much of Alan Tudyk as possible. Give Summer Glau a f*cking amazing role.

    SATURDAY

    • Saturday Night Live - Cause it's a really great show and I think it will help me understand American pop culture more.

    SUNDAYS

    • Bored to Death - Some kind of HBO comedy... just found out about it. But it's new. Need to do more research to figure out if I'm gonna watch or not.
    • 60 minutes - Cause the news in Norway bore me to death and I kinda wanna be updated. Even if it is just with US problems
    • The Simpsons - Because it's hilarious
    • Dexter - Legendary show! Can't wait to finally watch it together with all you guys. Wish: For Dexter to get some time alone. For them to not f*ck up the baby thing, it's too easy to f*ck it up. OMG what if Dexter killed the baby! Ok I'm gonna be the only person wishing for that to happen
    • Californication - Even HIMYM can't crack me up quite like this show can. Wish: Back to season 1 quality or better.

    I hate that my TV chedule is so unbalanced. I may have to put some monday shows off and some of them Thursday shows too. Which of these shows will you watch? Do you have any more new shows to recomend?

    Daddy's home

    This blog is mostly to announce that I'm back

    I have been back for days but I've been to busy to actually come back to TV.com and I wasn't sure if I wanted to. Whenever I take a break it's so hard for me to come back, but I really missed you guys

    I don't feel like myself, I have several unwatched vids of Nate and Neil that I haven't watched. I still need to catch up on spoilers and your blogs. All I've been wanting to do lately is watch stuff. I need to force myself to do both or else I'll be tired of watching things and have nothing else to do

    I've watched all of Dexter I love the show! It's one of the best shows I've ever seen And Michael C. Hall is awesomeness as well. I love him so much, cause he's awesome. Because of him I'm also gonna watch Six feet Under Dexter season 2 was incredible. I was like in shock I loved every bit of it. Season 1 and 3 weren't as good but I loved them too. I guess I can add another show to my list of shows to watch this fall.

    I watched the pilot of Six Feet Under in russia and I liked it Other pilots I watched were Men in Trees, Queer as Folk, 21 Jump Street, Ally McBeal, Blade, Samantha Who and Eureka. I'm not gonna watch any of the shows in the near future but 21 jump street, six feet under and Ally Mcbeal are definatly still on my towatch list.

    I also watched a few episodes of the X-Files, which I'm very proud of cause I never do that

    But what I'm watching first is Will and Grace and Two Guys and a Girl. I've seen a few episodes of both shows on TV, but never been a fan. But after watching the pilot of both of the shows I was kinda hooked I've seen about the first 5 episodes of both of the shows and so far I really like them both but I prefer 2 guys and 1 girl, even if Nate hasn't appeared in it yet. Oh and I can't hate Ryan Reynolds I really wanted to hate him, but he's so awesome. Damn you RR for being so awesome But I still don't think he's hot so I'm not banging my head against the wall (yet).

    I'm planning to do a Supernatural picspam blog next, but I can't promise anything cause it all depends on how much computertime I get when school starts (which is Monday )

Besides I do love it he cracks me up and I totally have the song on my iPod I know people nominated a lot of different awesome Chuck guest stars, but after Rachel Bilson (who wasn't in this season I think) he was my favorite guest star.     I'm a huge fan of Firefly, and I really like Alan Tudyk there, but I thought he was even better in the short role as Alpha. I can't wait to see more of him, because this one small guest role really made me love him Amy Acker was amazing as well, but she had a much bigger role. In the first few episodes she was the highlight of the episodes. I loved the flashbacks with her! They totally showed Amy's awesomeness. Anna Dudek did a great job this year! She made the halucination awesome So I agree that the halucination of him was mostly stupid. But that was the writing not the acting. Both JDM and Katherine Heigl acted it out great I also love this actor, even if I haven't seen him in much. Steven Fry was amazing as always on Bones! I didn't love Michelle on Buffy, but I was thrilled to hear it when she first came to Gossip Girl and after Gossip Girl I started loving her Just like everything about Gossip Girl her role this year wasn't as strong as last year, but still awesome.

    NPH is amazing as Barney Stinson especially this season. He got to play a softer side and the most amazing thing is that you can often see him staring at Robin even when he's not in focus. He's always acting... and he almost never does anything wrong. If he ever does he will kick himself for it for ages too, it's so cute. This guy has been acting since he was a kid and his got it down real good by now! This is definatly a character that could become annoying and bad with the wrong actor, and the same goes for Hank. David plays him so wonderfully. He's really someone you could hate so easily, but he's just cute and funny. You really feel for him. I love how he plays kinda childish and yet you know very sexy and confident. How he is in fact kind of a bad man, but you still think he deserves Karen and everything else he wants. Jim Parsons is definatly what makes the Big Bang Theory what it is! He is absolutely hilarious and he has such a wonderful role but that I imagine is incredibly hard. Just learning the lines must be next to impossible. Alec Baldwin is so wonderful in 30 Rock. He's kinda mean and incredibly nice at the same time and I love how he plays both sides. He's even so good he makes it seem the role is easy to act Adam Baldwin is wonderful on Chuck! He's so good at making a character you're so likely to dislike really lovable. Jason Segel is hilarious on How I Met Your Mother, he's amazing at all kinds of comedy.

    Like NPH I'm a huge fan of Cobie Smulders, I really love the character she plays and how she plays it. She can be hilarious and even pulls of bad jokes pretty often Alyson Hannigan did an amazing job this year and she was pregnant, constantly trying to hide the pregnancy. Kaley Cuoco is amazing as Penny, I've always been a fan of this actress Her and Jim Parsons are so amazing together. I love the way Yvonne plays Sarah. She makes the role a lot more interesting than it should have been Julia Ling does such a great job for a supporting character! Her preformance is truly memorable. There's a reason Tina Fey wins a lot of awards, she's awesome

    Sure Nathan's preformance is more on the comedy side than most of any other drama preformances. But that doesn't matter, because playing comedy is nearly as hard as playing drama and Nathan does show that he can play drama perfectly here too. He always has an expression, and a good one! One that can make you laugh or at least smile. He really just makes you fall in love with the character he plays. Sure Bones had a terrible season, but I blame that on the writing alone. The acting was amazing this season, not as great as last season but still damn good. He was hilarious when he had to be, always had great sexual tenion with Emily and he played all the drama great too. I nearly shed a tear a lot of times. The sickness, his childhood. Nip/Tuck had a pretty weak half season, it was less dramatic and became more of a guilty pleasure rather than a cutting edge drama, but I always thought Julian did a marvelous job. He did make me cry several times. I loved the way he played the cancer and I have always loved the way he plays the character. I don't look at Troy as a bad guy even though I know he is... I love him no matter how much of a jerk he is because there are moments where he shows true friendship, love and emotion. Those moments stun me. This guy was considered as the next James Bond, he deserves some love and respect! Hugh Laurie does such a wonderful job as House, he makes the show worth watching. Without him the show would be NOTHING. Just another terrible procedural. He makes loving a jackass so easy, he makes him sexy. He's nearly 3 times my age but he's one of the sexiest men alive in my eyes. (surprised that this is the first time I mentioned someone was hot? - I could easily have mentioned that on the womanizers) Right back to Hugh. During the detox he broke my heart. Seing the tears in those gorgeous blue eyes of his brought tears to mine as well. I doubt there is anything this man can't play absolutely wonderfully! Jensen Ackles is way too underrated by award shows. He is stunning. Funny, playfull and yet in so much pain. I just love the transition he made to the character after him having been to hell. I love seing the pain in his eyes. He is amazing at crying and just about everything else. The last spot was so hard to find. It was either Ed Westwick, Patrick Dempsey or Eric Dane. But I went with Eric Dane He's had a great season. I love him playing the nicer version of Sloan, playing him in love while still being sort of a womanizer. It just made me love the character even more!

    Summer Glau is so much more awesome than any other actress out there IMO. I have a problem watching sci-fi shows with robots and aliens because I never like the characters. But Cameron is one of the best characters out there! Sometimes you forget that she isn't human, and yet you love her because she's so funny and inhuman. Also Summer Glau kicks ass in the fight scenes, not just the fighting but have you ever looked at her face while she's doing that - she really looks like a robot and that must be incredibly hard to focus on that and the fighting. I loved Kristen Bell on Heroes! Loved her relationship with Sylar and just about everything else about her. The most awesome thing about Heroes is gone btw are you proud of me for having mentioned Heroes somewhere in here Shane? Leighton and Ed are so easily the best thing about Gossip Girl. (Btw I think Ed is a better actor than Leighton. Proving that my male drama preformances are way too crowded) She makes being a b*tch cool and I love how she plays Blair's softer side as well. Ellen Pompeo is so wonderful on Grey's. I loved Meredith's softer and less dark and twisty side this season! Anna Paquin is amazing Female characters aren't usually my favorites on a show, but sookie is awesome. Katherine made a terrible storyline actually worth watching! Well her and Jeffrey Dean Morgan together. Besides the cancer afterwords was so wonderfully acted. So painful to watch.


    G. Most Memorable Fantabulous Phenomensational Moment!!!

    I really wish I could put in a Californication and Nip/Tuck moment here, but it's been too long to remember most of it Without rewatching my memory sucks. IMO the two last Chuck epiodes were the best of the show and the ending of the finale made me think: "damn next season is gonna be even better than that", that's how awesome that scene was. Derek's proposal to Meredith was incredibly cute! I love every single bit about it: that they are finally getting married, that he did it in an elevator and all the pictures. It was the most wonderful proposal ever I respect all opinions and can understand almost all of them. I do not understand how people can not love Buffy, Angel and Barney Stinson though. Moments like these... I have a feeling that is reserved for Neil alone. It's when he makes me laugh and go awww at the same time. Try dying of laughter and cuteness at the same time Also hotness mixed into that. Watch that clip, if you watch HIMYM and it doesn't make you go awww you're stone cold dude. Dean screaming like a girl was one of the most hilarious things I've ever seen. I'm laughing just thinking about it. Yeah that Bones scene... when David uses his sexy voice a part of me litteraly dies of hotness. Same goes for the passion speach. That voice is so frekking hawt. Also Brennan doing it and not understanding it - hilarious Wow that last one was truly heartbreaking.

    Yellow Fever was frekkin hilarious and awesome! I love that it was a filler episode as well, filler episodes are usually less great Naked Man was awesome. I won't lie and say it wasn't just cause of the fact that Neil was naked a lot in it and that they didn't exactly hide much Only amazing Bones episode this season. When Bones is at it's best it is the best show on TV most of season 3 was about this strong I miss awesome Bones. On the Head of a Pin was awesomeness! I love that episode. ****c Supernatural. Lazarus Rising was frekking amazing as well. Supernatural had such a strong season. Murtaugh was legendary Which means that you have to remember it Barney proving he could be young and awesome forever and Robin joining him, I loved it. Ted was lame, but in a hilarious way. He just made Barney more awesome Again I wish I could remember Californication and Nip/Tuck well enough to nominate episodes, but I'm drawing a blank they are just seasons to me, I can't tell episodes apart

    IMO How I Met Your Mother is by far the best comedy ever. Californication is the only one that compares. Even annoying Ted interests me with his storylines, I even love that about the show. I love absolutely everything about it and it's the only show I want to rewatch right now Barney is one of the best characters ever! I just can't see how some people watch it and don't like him, I'm sorry but I can't. Californication is hilarious and hot. It always keeps me interested and cracks me up. One of the best shows on TV The Big Bang Theory is an amazing comedy, especially if you are a geek. Every character except Leonard keeps cracking me up in is absolutely awesome which is rare in sitcoms. 30 Rock is a great comedy! Great writing and acting. So many characters that crack me up. Chuck is an amazing comedy, it was actually supposed to be my 3rd favorite show I can admit that, but I don't want it to win. But then again the second most likely show to win is probably the Office and that would be worse... whatever. I love Chuck, but I think it's a little unfair to put it together with sitcoms, because sitcoms don't have drama or action while Chuck is a mix of all genres. Of course that's why I love it Also Chuck has incredibly weak characters in comparison to the shows above it and to me that's what shows are really about. I like all of the characters, but I love none of them. *is still afraid of getting her ass kicked by Jodie and Mack for having Chuck so low* I don't even love Entourage, it doesn't compare to the rest... but I had to have a 6th and it's a good show

    The last season of Supernatural is one of my all time favorite seasons ever (after everything of Buffy and Angel and Bones season 3). Castle was amazing, such a short season but I love the show. Well actually I loved the show after two promos Complain all you want about the cases, they were short and I never care about them so short is good Both House and Terminator had a bit of a weak season so they were hard to place, but I decided House had a better one, even if Terminator is a better show. I also had such a hard time picking of the three shows Dollhouse, Bones and True Blood. Dollhouse's half a season was weak and Bones was weak. But I decided that I was probably more mad at Bones than it was bad and I took the better show over the one I cared more about.

    All three shows have a huge cast and all the cast members are talented actors. I do not dislike any of the actors on any of these shows On Grey's Anatomy I love a lot of them Patrick Dempsey, Eric Dane, Ellen Pompeo, Sandra Oh and Katherine Heigl 30 Rock and Chuck I love none but really like/like all which is really rare as well.

    And another kinda random blog cause I'm too lazy to actually to use hours on this blog and it's been too long since I blogged

    I was drinking last night Having a few people over at my house, it was so much fun! We started up kinda slow with beer and we were just talking Then we decided to steal my mom's car which is a cabriolet, so we drove around in the city and stopped at a store to buy vegetables That's how bad ass we are, we steal a car to be healthy Then we started out trying all sort of different drinks, cause that's what this night really was about and then I said I prefer my vodka as shots when we made the cosmopolitan and then we did a lot of vodka shots... We were mostly just talking cause we didn't really have anywhere to go. Then we started talking about Waitress and other movies and I was like walking to the kitchen to get something to eat and well lets just say my elsewhere cause we were talking about Nate so I fell up the stairs I didn't see the stairs! and they were like "wow you're really falling for him" and I was like "well as felicia said 'falling into Nathan's eyes is easy' I don't even need to see them to fall" but they didn't get that as they hadn't really seen that. It was a fun moment, but I guess either one of them only fun while you're drunk or you really had to be there moments

    Monday I had a couple of friends over including Ester and I had promised my mom to water the plants and so we went out watering the plants, but I think actually half of what we watered were each other, it was so much fun and we were all so wet and the neighboors were staring

    Finally watched the Dark Night, I didn't love it but thought it was great... then again I've never been much of a Bat Man fan.

    True Blood season 2 has been awesome so far and Eric is growing on me Sookie's still my favorite character by a lot though... the new monster thingies look interesting.

    I really haven't been watching much TV lately... only movies. I have been rewatching the Big Bang Theory and I'm almost done with season 1 I love it, but Leonard who didn't annoy me the first time around is really annoying me this time I hate annoying characters.

    I 30 rock season 1 and grey's anatomy season 3 on dvd So I'm probably gonna rewatch that in the near future...

    I don't even know what else to say... It's been very hot here, we're up to 30*C now and with no airconditioning that really sucks! But I'm also getting used to the heat Going to the beach was nice too, a lot of fun! I really haven't been doing many blogworthy things

    It looks like NPH may host the Emmys Jess and I agree that that qualifies as LEGENDARY

    Title: Dr. Horrible commentary You gotta love Zach Whedon!! I almost love him as much as Joss jess and I keep quoting Dr. Horrible cause we are awesome

    As I am writing this blog I can't get into TV.com so I'm not exactly sure when I'll get to post it... Oh and this is another random blog cause I'm too lazy to use photoshop to make picspams or the rest of the PS tutorial blog

    It's hot here. 25*C It's awesome cause it's exactly the temperature I prefer. I love 20-25* not cold and too hot. I only we had airconition cause it's a little hot inside the house, but that's not something you use very often in Norway... I don't even think the richest people have it here I would go to the beach but unfortunatly I think the water is still cold and besides I'm not one of those persons who loves beaches anymore cause I've done so much traveling already that I'm a little tired of them Living almost 2 months near a beach 7 years in a row really takes the fun out of it.

    I've been rewatching a lot. I'm halfway through Supernatural season 1. I'm on disc 3 of Buffy season 7 (can't wait for the last 5 episodes with nate ). I've watched the 8 first episodes of Desperate Housewives season 4 in my own way meaning I FF through the whole episode and only watch the Nate scenes. Oh and of course the funniest moments Note that I only do that when I rewatch shows and I don't exactly do it very often. It's just that it has only been 1 year and 6 months since I watched these episodes and I don't feel like rewatching a show I don't love. There are a few episodes I haven't seen in season 4 and I'll be watching them properly. I'm also halfway through Doogie Howser season 1. Neil still doesn't feel like Neil to me The last two seasons are much better, but I love it all! I'm in such a comedy mood lately therefore having a hard time watching Buffy and Supernatural. I don't even think you can call the way I watched Supernatural watching... I don't remember ANYTHING from it... but season 1 doesn't even feel like the same show anyway. I'm not sure if I love it even Only some episodes (bloody mary, Hell house, and the final 3) and I always love Dean. Might rerewatch it

    David Boreanaz is in London right now He did a lame interview on the morning show... so boring. They only talked about Bones and stuff I already knew. Few jokes too, it was boring. David Boreanaz radio interview: click!! Oh David, don't do that British accent.... ever again.

    I've been kinda busy with life and haven't been around much lately. I'm commenting on all the blogs but sometimes I'm like a day later and not always around to comment more than once on a blog.

    Ok I'm like 1 hour and 30 minutes into the trasformers movie (the first one) and now I pretty much love it It was a little slow somewhere in the beginning but it got awesome quickly I think I would have enjoyed the movie more if there were no goverment stuff but it's so awesome I'm definatly gonna watch the second one. Although I still think the idea behind the movie sounds strange and uninteresting. An alien robot war that almost causes an apocalypce on earth.

    I finally watched Sweeney Todd yesterday. It was weird and good at the same time. The ending was so shocking and sad, the sad part didn't exactly shock me, but the shock was well... shocking. I really shouldn't write stuff without spoilers it sounds stupid I would have liked to see a better singer as than Johnny Depp as Todd, no offense to him or anything because his voice was great but I'd love to have seen someone with an awesome voice in it.

    I'm getting the hang of this broadway thing... I'm starting to understand some of the jokes, recognise some of the people and I've seen a few shows (not live though). I'd say I have well above average knowledge of it for someone who hasn't been there and doesn't live in the US. You can blame/thank NPH for that. I constantly watching shows, listening to the music from them
    I REALLY want to see Rent, Les Miserables Rock of Ages. Rent looks like it has an amazing storyline and it's kinda young and cool and RoA has a lot of amazing songs Les Miserables looks amazing too, dark and twisty Spike hated it, Neil loved it. Since Spike's taste in TV include PASSIONS I think I'm gonna go with that it's gonna be amazing. Musicals I've seen (in London): We Will Rock You, Dirty Dancing, Phantom of the Opera, mamma mia and Lion King. Phantom of the Opera is by far my favorite so far. Although I loved the music on We Will Rock You more cause you know Queen is AWESOME!

    Zala is leaving today.... I'll miss her Even if it's only for a week. We need to text while you are there, ok? Have lots of fun at the spa

    So I haven't exactly been following all kinds of TV updates this summer... I'm not visiting my usual sites and only kinda following the updates on twitter. Besides I'm going to avoid spoilers next year so there isn't exactly a lot of TV news to follow. But I thought I'd post my fall schedule already with dates. But I tried googeling NBC fall premieres and they haven't been posten yet, right? If anyone knows them or know where to find them please tell me Same goes for my three cable shows. I would love to know when they premiere.

    Cup of tea, cup of tea, almost got shagged, cup of tea

    Columns: Bad, bad Lily for leaving out the little Barney! Barney jr., his barnana. Little barnacle And he still had to pay for the painting. Aww and Barney's hand shaking cause the sword was so heave, that was cute Lol and I love how they put the painting of Marshall in the bar Ted is such a wuss, it can't be that hard to fire someone. Barney is so much better at it

    Monday Night Football: Wonderful episode I wish they would go back more to Barney's gampbling addiction it's so funny Ted is such a dork in this episode!! Barney not suiting up for the funeral was kinda awesome Besides Neil looks good in everything and it's nice to see him out of a suit for a change. Robin trying to avoid the scores was hilarious And if you're friends with Ester you'll notice that she's using an icon from pretty much the same cap as I'm using below

    Lucky Penny: I don't like this picspam, Barney looks weird in it, but to my own defence it was a though one. I just love how Barney could run a marathon without even working out Even if he couldn't walk afterwards. When those mean guys steal his medal thingy I get really sad, I'm probably the only one who just really is on Barney's side 100% of the time. I'm the girl who roots for him to sleep and lie to more women Well in the earlier seasons, now I mostly just want him to get Robin. Oh and it's so lame for Ted to blame everything on someone. Sometimes things just happen and as long as no one litteraly held him back he had no one to blame.

    Arrivederci, Fiero: Pretty average for HIMYM but still wonderful Love Barney pretending not being able to make the napkins all pretty so that he wont have to do it In my world he's just pretending. LOVE Barney being afraid of driving, so cute

    Moving Day: HIMYM needs more episodes like this It's all about friendship Barney knows Ted better than anyone else (yes even Marshall and Lily and this is a fact!). They had such a great day together And I LOVE Barney on the phone with Ted. "I'm not Barney, but I hear that guy's awesome" Lily and Marshall missing Ted was also really cute And Robin smoking in the bathtub and reading magazines about guns, you just gotta love her

    Bachlor Party: I love the cap of Barney where he's smoking the sigar, I just have one word: HOT. The whole stripper thing was so funny! Love that Robin took Barney's tip on the present Haha Robin was so scared of giving it to Lily That was awesome and lame at the same time The grandma speach was priceless

    Showdown: Awww Barney thinks his father is Bob Barker You can't really blame Barney for being what he is, with the kind of childhood he had it's shocking that he's not a serial killer Besides we all know he's awesome I can't remember anything else that happened in the episode, but I'm guessing wedding stuff. I only know that the Barney thing was so sweet and cute

    Something Borrowed: Since I forgot to mention Scooter AKA David Burtka (neil's boyfriend - and they have matching right so I'm suspecting that they have made either some kind of promise to each other or are engadged ) I made an extra big deal about him this time around They are the cutest Hollywood couple ever in second comes Aly and Alexis Wow weird that all of them have been on HIMYM I LOVE Barney in this episode, with the almost crying and superpowers Love Lily's wedding dress Marshall's new hairdo is also were cool thank god for the hat huh?

    Something Blue: Love curious Barney and hungry Marshall and Lily Robin and Ted's teasing and storytelling is great also, glad they finally broke up too Great episode, but I remember very few moments from it, usually the picspams help, but except for the hunger this one doesn't help me much.

    Passion: Angelus and Giles episode And it's wonderful! Close to perfect even. The writing is amazing, I'm guessing Joss deserves credit for that, but not sure. Angelus is so sexy in this episode!! The passion speach is about the sexiest thing that has ever come out of anyone's mouth. Jenny's death is pretty sad, but mostly I'm just thinking Angelus is REALLY HOT throughout the episode! I love writing the passion speach on various places

    Becoming: I don't completely get why the episode is called becoming, I have some theories but they are kinda flawed. Anyone have a good one? This is my second favorite epsiode ever (of any show) and one of the saddest too. Angel's death, it's painful just to think about. I'm pretty sure I can quote absolutely everything Angelus and Darla say in this episode and like 70% of what ever one else say but only while watching the epsiode. I can even quote the whole ritual for awakening Acathla, English and latin

    "I will drink, the blood will wash in me, over me and I will be cleansed. Bear witness as I accend. As I become. Everything that I am, everything that I have done has lead me here. I've strayed, I've been lost but Acathla redeams in me and with this act he will be free and so will we all"

    "Acathla mundatos sum, pro te necavi. Sanguinum meum pro te effendam, esse demonstram. Quo me dignum" I really have NO idea of how to spell this

    "There are moments in your life that make you, that set the course of who you're gonna be. Sometimes they're little, subtle moments. Sometimes... they're not. I'll show you what I mean. Bottom line is, even if you see them coming, you're not ready for the big moments. No one asks for their life to change, not really. But it does. So what are we, helpless? Puppets? No. The big moments are gonna come. You can't help that. It's what you do afterwards that counts. That's when you find out who you are. You'll see what I mean."

    The Wish: Wonderful episode and the first episode with Anya. It's amazing how sometimes one episode guest stars stay for the rest of the show isn't it? She's so funny and awesome I love how Cordy's dress sort of stands out in this image because well it's sort of what it does in the episode too. It's kinda sad actually... almost all the characters we love die. Oh and I wouldn't mind playing with the puppy I promise not to ride him as hard as Willow

    Amends: I LOVE this episode. It's another really sad episode! Angel is wanting to kill himself and my reaction is not unlike Buffy's. Tears out of David's eyes make me cry like a little baby! David and Sarah also made some kind of telephone commercial that sort of starts right after the last scene in this epsode.

    Prom: Beautiful and terribly sad epsiode! Too bad buffy and Angel weren't for ever The sewer scene breaks my heart every time I watch it. I can't believe Angel did that to Buffy. And then the episode breaks my heart all over again when Buffy says "I think terrible is still coming right now I'm just trying to keep from dying". And then the dance... and the umbrella. Looks like Buffy did get one perfect High School moment after all. Also Wesley's "the salsa is hot, very hot" moment was funny I just love it when he drools all over Cordelia "you have the emotional maturity of a blueberry scone" Giles is so underrated.

    Graduation Day: The whole episode is amazing. Faith poisening Angel, him nearly dying. Thinking Willow is Buffy and saying he will stay and that he needs her Buffy nearly killing Faith to save Angel. Buffy nearly dying to save Angel. The big fight and Buffy's amazing plan. Angel leaving into the shadows once again. Also... Am I wrong thinking Angel biting Buffy is very sexy?

    Right, I'm still supposed to mention ela, Gix, Jodie, Jess, Shane and Sara but I forgot about that so i'll just try and do that now

    I've talked about doing a lot of trips next year Everyone seems to want me to travel with them. Ester and I wanna travel to Spain Zala and I to Amsterdam (this is the trip I want the most cause AMSTERDAM ) and Jodie, Tish, Ela and I were talking about a trip to Berlin around my 18th birthday... well I clearly can't do all 3 of them But all 3 would be SO awesome!! I've traveled a lot of places in my life, but these sound like more awesome than anything I've ever done. Cause the people I'm traveling with would be too awesome

    I'm stupid. I thought Shane was a she and he's clearly a he. I'm really emberaced. This has never happened to me before. I publicly appologise

    Watched the passenger in the oven yesterday Had the most awesome experience You know how in the movies sometimes people stop hearing what people say and just focus on one thing? Everything else becomes a blur. Well I thought that was impossible in real life. I was mistaken My mom was talking to me about how to water the plants when they leave and suddently I saw that Booth was gonna say it, I turned my head around and stared at the screen. I'm pretty sure my mom was still talking but I litteraly couldn't hear it and then after the scene was done my mom was still talking and I was like huh? and then she repeated herself, so it seemed like she was talking So what do you say Zala am I crazier than you and Jess? lol and now I wish I hadn't written this cause Jodie is gonna bring this up and make fun of me for this for years

    Another title for this blog could be a blog about nothing Cause I have nothing planned for this blog. I'm just gonna say whatever comes to my mind, which isn't always a smart thing to do, especially if you're me.

    I have some rumors about NPH and they are filling my head, but I'm not gonna spread them out of respect for him I know he didn't enjoy the gay rumors and not being able to come out of the closet in his own way and the press is doing it again. Bad people. And yet if the rumor is true (which it might not be) I am happy that I got to know it it's a good thing, not bad. Isn't it interesting listening to me talking about a rumor and me not telling you what the rumor is?

    I spent like 3 hours today playing a russian card game online While listening to music It's the coolest card game ever, my second favorite would be poker I pwned the other players, cause I rock at cards I lost 0 times and didn't win (came 2nd or 3rd) 4 of the 50 times I played and it was against other people. I guess I'm like Marshall, really good at games. I've never lost a game of Monopoly I have refferences. I also don't cheat. Which makes me not like Barney and Robin and they are much more awesome than Marshall, maybe I should start cheating

    Summer is finally really here the weather is awesome and school is out My parents are leaving for Spain today, which means I'll be alone for 2 weeks *happy dance* In about a month I'll be in Russia That will be awesome too.

    I finally watched Australia the other day Hugh Jackman is so awesome! He's definatly my favorite movie actor He's so hot and awesome. I said that already didn't I? Also there was this guy called Neil there, that totally made me smile every time especially when it was said in the same scentace as Carney (or something) cause it rhymes with Barney My friends were all Emett when they said emett lol. Twilight freaks I was happy to hear that my friends thought Hugh Jackman was hot too Although one of them called him Hugh Heffner (sp?) once She was like "the scene where Hugh heffner pours water all over himself is so hot" and we were like looking at her really weird and then HUGH HEFFNER?!?! and then she corrected herself I think you kinda had to be there...

    Did anyone else notice the blinking Memmys icon thingy on Macky's blog?? Does this mean that the Memmys are coming soon??

    Hmm... I still have to mention Shane. Right she's writing a book and it's awesome so far You should check it out on her blog

I'm rewatching Buffy, I'm currently on season 5 somewhere in the middle. I think I'm changing my mind. I used to have season 4 as my least favorite season but I think season 5 should be *avoids foodlike objects that are being thrown at her* I can't wait to rewatch Angel and Supernatural and Firefly

    Twitter is fun I'm not exactly sure why though... but the cool thing is that it's an RSS feed, you have really cool celebs there (including: Hugh Jackman, Nate *insert that heart again*, Alyson Hannigan and Felicia Day) and you can talk to friends It's also fun to see how many strange people who follow you I'm followed by the DC theatre and Rock of Ages just cause I followed the Tony Awatds, but that was just cause of NPH. He was a pretty cool host though, but he didn't really get to say or do much. His magic trick in the break was awesome though, didn't see it heard it. Someone posted the MP3 file, I love the Church_of_NPH @ LiveJournal Too bad it doesn't have twitter cause then I wouldn't have to visit any site except for TV.com for updates. Every other site I visit daily has twitter Twitter is awesome, join and add me. I dunno why I wrote about twitter When I start rambeling I just can't stop.

    It's been about an hour since I wrote the rest of the blog... ester called me and then my parents left! Yay!! It's gonna be awesome, I love living alone, especially cause my parents still pay for my food

    Oh and I almost forgot, it's friday night and what am I doing... I'm babysitting and not going out Or watching awesome Buffy TV Well maybe that and babysitting Whatever I am just like Nate anyway. I'm a geek and prefer staying in instead of going out Being a geek is awssome! You're bored so much less than normal people cause you always have something fun to do and you don't depend on anyone else to do it

    I was going to say something nice about Jodie in this blog cause she's awesome and I think she's feeling a little left out or something, but I'm not gonna do that since she pretended not to know who NPH was on his birthday, that's just mean

    Right so now over to Photoshop... it's more of an icon making guide and the first part works on any program, even paint. Anyone who knows photoshop even a little can skip the purple steps.

    PART ONE CROPPING:
    Cropping your icon just right is one of the most important things about an icon, sure sometimes it's the flashy effects that matter, but most of the time everything has got to be good.

    There are many ways to crop images and many images to choose from. Most of the time I use screencaps, because there are many more of them and they work best. As for the way of cropping I use the simplest, best and quickest one.
    1. Click the Croop Tool to use.
    2. Write 100px on the top, both under width and height. (or whatever other size you want the icons to be. Full TV.com size is 120 x 120, and if you don't want your icon to be smuddered and resized by TV.com you should use 80 x 80
    3. Simply select and drag wherever you want to crop then double click or press enter.

    The first step is always to find an image. For this tutorial I will be using a few including this one of Kate Backett. (cap credit: carpenyx @ livejournal)

    there are many ways to crop one icon. Examples of bad cutting:

    One of the most important tules of icon making is don't center icons. It makes them dull, uncreative and leaves no space for text, texture, brush etc. Sometimes it is acceptable but unless you can clearly see when don't do it. The other icons have too much of her face cut off, and that looks weird and people can barely see who's on your icon.

    Good cutting:

    Tips: Cut images from the ear and all the way to the other side (for icons as zoomed out as #4) and somewhere on the eye all the way to the other side for more zoomed in images. Photoshop also shows you where the middle of the icon is while cropping, try make it so the person you are making an icon of isn't on the middle, the middle should be on the background preferably, but sometimes hair works too, like on my beckett icons.

    Some pictures are (nearly) impossible to make icons of. This is an example of one of the nearly impossible ones. Because pictures that don't show the whole body but aren't zoomed in enough to make an icon of them from the breast and up, then usually I would say don't try and make it good cause it's not gonna work. Same goes for caps with two people not being really close to each other, doesn't work... There's a reason there aren't many icons of that and shirtless men. It looks boring...     I have now cut the image... you can try in any way possible it doesn't work (well excpept for the way I'm gonna show you later), the image either looses quality or looks weird. Exaples:

    If you desperately want to make an icon the trick is to pick a background color, really dark grey/white/black, I usually use black. Crop outside of the image and making a black border over and under it. Make sure the image is centered on the black border. A lot of movie icons are made this way because you simply have no other choise. But as you can see it works... it works for almost all of those images I told you about, including the ones with 2 persons sitting or standing not so close to each other.

    You may also come by images of people in the background, avoid the people, try cutting around them. we have this image: (same credit)

    Another trick is that when you have a one colored side you can choose that color and simply crop outside of the image without anyone ever knowing about it.

    Another thing you might want to make is icons of people that are far away from the camera. The trick here is again not centering and trying to get as much space over and under the people as possible:

    * I don't really consider the first one good, more like ok because I recomend getting even more space above and under Castle, the second one is better, but normally on these kind of images you won't have to create the black border... I didn't have the time to look for the perfect image.

    Another good way to crop is this way. With space above the icon it makes it centered but not centered in the bad way.

    You may use all the icon bases posted in this blog without crediting, the screencaps don't belong to me. And remember kids don't center, it makes good caps look less good, just look at the icon I made for Shane, I wish I hadn't centered it... it would have been so much better BTW I love it when you guys use my icons As long as you credit, like Shane does.

    The blog ended up being too long so part 2, about selective colors will have to wait That was the more interesting part too and the part where I actually learn you photoshop and not just about images... ah well, stupid TV.com limit.

    Sorry Ela! Happy birthday Neil! :D

    I promised Ela a blog today, but I was too busy to do it, cause believe it or not it takes a while. BTW it's a photoshop tutorial blog... I'll try to put it up tomorrow, and I think it will be tomorrow. I would have sent her/you a PM but I needed to make a little blog saying:
