All About -Halftime-
Well, it looks like I won't be selling my Xbox 360. After thinking about it more, I've decided that it's just not worth it to sell it, and I actually might regret it with stuff like Resident Evil 5 on the horizon. So I'm going to hold on to it, I still don't play it much though...
Anyways, E3 was today. From what I saw Resident Evil 5 looked good but Gears 2 stole the show for me and that's saying something cus I wasn't a big fan of the original. Definitely looks like something I'll buy. Final Fantasy 13 also got announced as a 360 title but I'm kinda indifferent to the FF series so, yeah. Guess it's good for the hardcore RPG gamers on the 360 though.
Other than that, I checked out the album Live and Let Die by Kool G Rap & DJ Polo. One of the best KGR albums I've heard, I like it better than 4,5,6, and Road To The Riches and those are both great albums so that's saying alot. I'd definitely check it out if you're a fan of gangsta rap. The album feels like a movie, Kool G Rap is an amazing storyteller. And the production is great throughout though not quite as gritty as 4,5,6 and the albums post 4,5,6. It's definitely not a bad thing though.
Yup.... I said it. I'm officiallly bored by videogames, and it's been like this for over a month now. My 360 just sits there like a brick, hardly ever getting touched. I figure I might as well get something for it while I can. I'm just hoping I get some good money out of it. I'm selling the console and all my games.
For now I'll hold onto my Wii, just becuase it's fun to play when you have friends over. But I won't be surprised if that's gone by the end of the year either.
Getting bored with videogames.... It's a funny feeling
Most of you probably don't know this, but I'm a huge, HUGE, fan of the horror genre. Horror books, horror movies, and especially horror games. The Resident Evil series is one of my favorite series of all time, I've played every game in the series except for Code Veronica. Anyways I ordered the Resident Evil remake for GC off of Amazon, it was one of my first original GC games way back in 2002, but unfortunately my GC broke before I could finish Resident Evil, and I promptly sold all my GC games. Well, now that I have a Wii, I figured I'd finally finish one of the best horror expeiriences in all of video games. The control scheme might be dated, but the graphics are still nice and the game is still as scary as ever.
Definitely one of the best GC games, if not the best.
